The purpose of this study is to determine the development of agrotourism Kampoeng Kopi Banaran and to analyze employee performance in supporting the development of agrotourism in Kampoeng Kopi Banaran, in Semarang Regency. In particular the goal is to find out how management efforts in developing agrotourism Kampoeng Kopi Banaran, management of human resources, employee performance in supporting the development of agrotourism.The study is mixed methods using 56 respondents as samples. While data analysis in this research using multiple regression analysis using F test and t test. The results of the data analysis of socio-demographic explain that influence on the performance showed that age, gender, education, family status, employment status and work experience positively affect employee performance. While F-test states that jointly age, gender, education, family status, employment status and work experience affect the performance. t test in this research shows there is no significant influence of gender on the performance, no significant influence of the family status on the performance. The conclusions of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence of socio-demographic on emplyoee performance and there is a positive and significant influence between employee performance against agrotourism understanding in Kampoeng Kopi Banaran. The purpose of this study to determine factors that affect the performance of employee at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru. Samples in this study were mostly employees at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru which amounted to 61 people. Sampling selected randomly using random sampling techniques (Sugiyono, 2010:93). While the variables studied in this research is the ability and motivation. Data analysis using multiple regression linear, using validity, reliability test, the classic assumption test, F test, t test R2. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results of research on the ability and motivation variables on performance can be seen from Table F value obtained for F (0,05) (58) = 4,01, while F count on the F test is obtained from the data processed by 55,820, meaning F count = 55,820 > 4,01 means there is he ability and motivation variables on performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru. From the results of the t test that most affect employee performance at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru is ability with t value 8,062 > 2,00172 meaning the partial motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance, while the results of the regression equation linear is Y = 14,456 + 0,894X1 - 0,041X2.Therefore means that any changes in the ability amd motivation of both positive and negative will be amended also on the performance of employees at PT. Agung Automall Cabang Sutomo Pekanbaru

This research raises the title of influence of Islamic leadership and the Islamic work motivation on the performance of BMT (Made) employees in Demak District. One of the obstacle which doesn’t make any advanced and the developed of BMT is the low performance of employees. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is a significant influence of Islamic leadership and the motivation of Islamic work on the performance of employees either partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees? This study aims to find out how much influence of Islamic leadership and work motivation and to know the most dominant influence between Islamic leadership and the work motivation on the performance of employees BMT Made in Demak District. This type of this research is field research by using quantitative methods. The population in the study there are 34 employees, who sampled 28 employees consisting of main employees and sub branch employees. The test used in analyzing the data (questionnaire) is a test of validity and reliability, and statistical tests that include; classical assumption test, F test and T test. The result of regression equation test is Y = 4.510 + 0.076 X1 + 0.679 X2, this means that employee’s performance variable get influence from Islamic leadership variable and work motivation with value equal to 0,079 and 0,679 every employee performance variable have 1 score increase. While for Islamic leadership T test obtained value of 0.533 2.060. This means that Islamic leadership variables do not have a significant influence and employee motivation partially have an influence on performance variable of BMT employees. F - test obtained value equal to 18.782, while F table 3,385, because F count > F table then simultaneous test or jointly variable of Islamic leadership and work motivation of Islam have influence to performance of BMT Made employee. Among the two independent variables that are most dominant in influencing employee performance variables is the Islamic work motivation with a value of 5.415. To improve employee performance, managers are expected to improve intensive communication with the employees and provide an opportunity to convey what the wishes and expectations of the employee are. On the other hand, managers must also open themselves to accept criticism or input that is constructive in order to improve the institution. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of the working life and leadership for employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. The relevant data are taken with quantity and quality analyses. Data analyses method used are interview, validity and realibility test of multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, t test, and f test. The conclusion from the results above is the working life and leadership for employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. F test show that variable of the working life and leadership have significant influence for employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu at the 5% significant level. T test show that variable of working life and leadership have significant influence for employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu at the 5% significant level. Correlation coefficient show that variable working life and leadership have significant for employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Working life and leadership could explain the changes in the employee performance in Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (SATPOL-PP) Office Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu for 82.5 percent and the balance of  17.5 percent is explained by the other variables which did not included in the this research.

Motivation and work discipline are the important things in an organization, because theh are a factor which plays a role in obtaining the optimal work. With the motivation accompanied by good work discipline of the employees will greatly affect the personal performance which in the end the organizational goals will be easily achieved. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance, both together and partially. The approach of this research is quantitative with a population of 149 and sample 108. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using t test and F test. The results showed motivation has an influence on the performance of the Directorate of Ports of the Ministry of Transportation's employees by 15.6%. Discipline has an influence on the performance of the Ministry of Transportation's Port Directorate's employees by 19.4%. Motivation and Discipline together have an influence of 27.6%.

This research aims to find out how much motivation and work experience influence on employee productivity, the population in this study is all employees on cv. Citra Proteksindo Jambi City. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, T test, F test, R². The results of the study show that Motivation and Work experience simultaneously affect employee productivity, and partially motivation has no effect on employee productivity while work experience affects employee productivity.

This study entitled The effect of compensation and work discipline onemployee performance at PT (SBS) Sinar Bengkulu Selatan. The formulation ofthe problem in this study is whether the effect of compensation and workdiscipline on employee performance at PT (SBS) Sinar Bengkulu Selatan. . Thepurpose of this study was to determine the effect of work compensation anddiscipline on employee performance at PT (SBS) Sinar Bengkulu Selatan. This research was conducted on the employees of PT (SBS) Sinar BengkuluSelatan. While the time of this study was 20 days, from December 15 to January5, 2020. The population of this study were employees at PT (SBS) SinarBengkulu Selatan, while the sample of this study were employees of PT (SBS)Sinar Bengkulu Selatan which amounted to 95 people. This means that the samplematerial uses quantitative methods. With the research test data analysis technique, the results of the study can beconcluded that the respondents' perceptions about Compensation Location (X1)and Work Discipline (X2) affect Employee Performance (Y) with the results ofmultiple linear regression obtained the following equation: Y = 14,876 + 0,277X1+ 0.795X2 correlation analysis R = 0.823 (X1-Y), 0.926 (X2-Y) and thecoefficient of detrmination of R2 = 0.521 or approximately (52.51%) throughhypothesis testing together (simultaneously) and individually (partial) in Thisstudy uses the f test and t test, compensation (X1) and work discipline (X2), =0.000, it means that the value of fsig<0.05 shows that there is a significantinfluence together. Students  evidently  often lose sight of the essence  of planning  and controlling on learning  practice,  in spite of knowing  that they  are influential  against  their  learning achievement.   This  research  serves  a thorough  out-look  on tbe impact  of planning  and controlling  functions  on learning  practice  carried  out by the students  of Department   of Economy  Teaching,  IKIP PGRI  MADIUN.  The subjects  of this research  are students  of Department   of Economy  Teaching,  IKIP PGRI  MADIUN,  with 50 of whom  have been chosen  to be the sample.  The method  of the research  is co relational  descriptive  study posing  the relationship   among variables.  The data are drawn  by means of questionnaire and documentation.   The data analysis  is carried  out to have r-test, F-test and t-test aided with SPSS for Windows V L6.0. The analysis  shows tbat there is significant  influence  of planning  and controlling  oftbe  learning practice  against the students achievement,  which is proven  by l"count>    rtable by 0.356  >   0.279.  The contribution   of planning  and controlling functions  against  the students'   achievement  is 12.75%, while  the rest of 75.5% belongs to other  factors.  The overall  result  shows  that planning  and controlling  functions  have significant  influence  against the students  achievement,  The F-test proves that F > F  bl by 3.407 > 3.23 or Sigcoun >t Sigprobby 0.042 > 0.05. there is a different  degree of significance of the planning  and comtrolling  function,  which  is proven  by tCOlloIlft 2.434 while ttableat the significance  degree of 5% and N 50 is 2.021 resulting  in tcoun > t ttableby 2.434 > 2.021  showing  the different  influence  of planning  and controlling  variables  against  the students  achievement.   Computation   against  controlling  yields tcouuot f 1.553 while ttablaet the significance  degree  of 50/0 and N 50 is 2.021. this means  that teOlil <= ttableby  1.553 < 2.021  having  no influence  of the planning  function  against  the students'   achievement. The t-test  yields  equation  ofY=2414   + 0.029X -      0.020X which  means  that when  the function  increases  by  1% the learning  achievement   will also increase  by 2.29%  if other factors are considered  constant.  When  controlling  function  increases  by  1% the learning achievement  will decrease  by 2.0% if other factors  are considered  constant.

The research is quantitative descriptive research done in three banks titled: “Analysis of Financing Quality in Syariah Banks Period 2006-2010”. The research purpose is to find out how much given debt influence  and Loan to Assets Ratio (LAR) to Non Performing Loan. In this research, researcher took hypothesis that there’s a significant influence between given debt, Loan to Assets Ratio (LAR) to Non Performing Loan in Syariah Banks period 2006-2010. From the result, it is found determination coefficient (R2) for data regression 0,467. It means that independence variable altogether are able to explain 47% variance of dependent variables, which is Non Performing Loan. Then from t test, it is found that given-debt variable has significant influence to NPL, it is proven that Tcount > Ttable, while LAR has unsignificant influence, it’s proven that Tcount < Ttable and after f test, it is found that given-debt variable and LAR overall has significant influence to NPL.  From data analysis done at once, it’s shown that debt variable given has more significant result to NPL than LAR, which is 0,677%.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean B Makassar yang terdiri dari pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap kerja dan pengalaman kerja pegawai Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean B Makassar dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 112 orang. Metode dalam pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan uji F variabel bebas (pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap kerja dan pengalaman kerja) secara bersama-sama memilki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (kinerja pegawai). Melalui pengujian koefisien korelasi (R) diperoleh bahwa tingkat korelasi atau hubungan antara kompetensi (pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap kerja danpPengalaman kerja) terhadap kinerja pegawai merupakan hubungan yang tinggi yaitu 86.5% dan sikap kerja merupakan faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai Tipe Madya Pabean B Makassar. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Employee Performance Against Competencies at the Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) Type of B Customs Madya Makassar that consists of knowledge, skills, attitude and experience of work employees at the Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) Type of B Customs Madya Makassar with number of samples as much as 112 people. Method of data collection in this study is a questionnaire, interviews and documentation. Methods of data analysis using the method of descriptive and quantitative methods with multiple linear regression. Based on a test of the free variable F (knowledge, skills, attitudes and work experience) together have a positive and significant influence against a variable is bound (the performance of the employee). Through testing (R) correlation coefficient obtained that level of correlation or relationship between Competencies (knowledge, skills, attitudes and work experience) against the performance of the employees is a high relationship i.e., 86.5% and work attitude is the most dominant factor influencing the performance of Employees at the Supervision and Service Office (KPPBC) Type of B Customs Madya Makassar.
