The present study attempts to bring up eco-destination which is until now still under-researched. Especially, it puts interest in the relationship between image and identification, which is absent in tourism literature. Combined together and tailored to its purpose, it develops new constructs, that is eco-destination image and eco-destination identification. In order to represent the real nature of Wakatobi as eco-destination, it also develops another two constructs as the antecedents of eco-destination image and eco-destination identification, that is perceived eco-support and need for uniqueness. By doing so, it puts together interactively some theories that previously stand mutually-exclusive, especially those of image, uniqueness, subjective norm, and social identity theories. This mixture becomes its conspicuous novelty. The population covers domestic and international tourists over 25 years old. It applies convenience sampling for questionnaire distribution. It applies SPSS for data analysis. The results would be that perceived eco-support has significant effects on destination image and eco-destination identification, while destination image has a significant direct effect on eco-destination identification, which makes destination image only serve as a partial mediator in the relationship between perceived eco-support and eco-destination identification. Need for uniqueness should have an insignificant effect on eco-destination identification, but significant effect on destination image. It means that destination image serves as a full mediator in the relationship between need for uniqueness and eco-destination identification.

PT Eigerindo Multi Produk is a company that produces outdoor, travel, and riding equipment. In early 2021, Eiger was hit by a crisis that many concluded was a failed PR activity. Eiger formed a crisis responsibility by providing feedback and creating a discount program for the audience. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the crisis responsibility affected the loyalty of Eiger customers with a post-crisis reputation as an intervening variable. This study uses an explanatory quantitative approach involving 265 samples selected using non-probability purposive sampling technique with criteria that sample must know this case and have used Eiger products. This study uses path analysis as a data measurement technique to prove whether there is a relationship between the variables in this study. Path analysis was carried out using the AMOS 26 tool. The results showed that a post-crisis reputation was a partial-mediation intervening variable. The direct effect in this study is more prominent than the indirect effect.

The objectives of this study are: 1). Knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance directly. 2). Knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance. 3). Knowing the effect of work performance on employee performance. 4). Knowing the effect of compensation on employee performance through work performance. The population is defined as "the number of families that will be studied", the population used by researchers in this study is the entire work of PT. Nippon Paint Kediri. This research sample was taken by using simple random sampling technique that is sampling technique from the population that was carried out randomly regardless of the strata that existed in the population. simple random sampling is a method of sampling where each element of the population has the same opportunity to be chosen as a member of the sample and the sample is taken using a number table/generator. The technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of the research and the discussion described, conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1). There is a significant direct effect between the variable compensation (X1) on employee performance (X2) of 0.410. 2). There is a significant direct effect between compensation (X1) on employee performance (Y) of 0.561. 3). There is a direct significant between employee work performance (X2) on employee performance (Y) of 0.358. 4). There is an indirect effect between compensation (X1) on employee performance (Y) through employee work performance (X2) of 0.708.
