The main objective of this study is to evaluate the implementation of electronic health records at Presbyterian Hospital in Dormaa Ahenkro, Bono Region, Ghana. A total sample size of 50 staff and management of the hospital were sampled using the purposive sampling technique. Qualitative data was collected using questionnaires and observational checklists enlisting the workings of the facilities or technology, while quantitative data was captured using Key Informant Interview (KII) guides with key management staff of the hospital. Data analysis was done descriptively using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences software (SPSS version 21.0). The study revealed that factors such as expectancy of performance, anticipation or effort, facilitating conditions, and social influence highly influence the management of the hospital to adopt the technology. The study revealed that frequent power outages are the main challenge they are confronted with. The study recommended that management implement safeguards ensure the system stands against loss, destruction, interfering, and unlawful use of the EHR system. System safeguards must be in place. Management through the IT unit should consider procurement of an efficient backup system and regular change of passwords to maintain the security of the system.

ObjectivesTo determine the frequency of use and spatial distribution of health record systems in the English National Health Service (NHS). To quantify transitions of care between acute hospital trusts and health record systems to guide improvements to data sharing and interoperability.DesignRetrospective observational study using Hospital Episode Statistics.SettingAcute hospital trusts in the NHS in England.ParticipantsAll adult patients resident in England that had one or more inpatient, outpatient or accident and emergency encounters at acute NHS hospital trusts between April 2017 and April 2018.Primary and secondary outcome measuresFrequency of use and spatial distribution of health record systems. Frequency and spatial distribution of transitions of care between hospital trusts and health record systems.Results21 286 873 patients were involved in 121 351 837 encounters at 152 included trusts. 117 (77.0%) hospital trusts were using electronic health records (EHR). There was limited regional alignment of EHR systems. On 11 017 767 (9.1%) occasions, patients attended a hospital using a different health record system to their previous hospital attendance. 15 736 863 (73.9%) patients had two or more encounters with the included trusts and 3 931 255 (25.0%) of those attended two or more trusts. Over half (53.6%) of these patients had encounters shared between just 20 pairs of hospitals. Only two of these pairs of trusts used the same EHR system.ConclusionsEach year, millions of patients in England attend two or more different hospital trusts. Most of the pairs of trusts that commonly share patients do not use the same record systems. This research highlights significant barriers to inter-hospital data sharing and interoperability. Findings from this study can be used to improve electronic health record system coordination and develop targeted approaches to improve interoperability. The methods used in this study could be used in other healthcare systems that face the same interoperability challenges.

Some risk factors are smoking exposure of cigarette smoke, weather changes, mite on house dirt, pet and history of family sickness. The purpose of this research is to know Relation of mite on house dirt, exposure of cigarette smoke  and history of family sickness with bronchial asthma incident to child 5 – 10  years old on working area of Puskesmas Lempake Samarinda City in 2016. Method which used was analytic survey with Case Control approaching. The total sample was 36 children which consisted of 18 case group and 18 control group with matching by using age and gender which submitted with Purposive Sampling technique. Data Analysis used Chi Square with wrong degree α = 0,005. The result showed that there was relation of mite of house dirt (p = 0,006), history of family sickness (p = 0,001) and no relation with exposure of cigarette smoke (p = 0,370) with bronchial asthma incident to child 5 – 10 years old on working area of Puskesmas Lempake Samarinda City in 2016.

This behavior can interfere with the functioning life of the child so that the child can not be independent, and parents should be involved more in the activities of children. The study aimed to determine the effect of economic token therapy for reducing the attachment behavior among Kindergarten Students. The design of this study was quasi experimental with pre and post with control group. By using multistage random sampling and consecutive sampling technique with a total sample of 68 people who experienced attachment behavior. Consisted of 34 peoples as intervention group and 34 peoples as control group. Bivariate analysis using Wilcoxon test and mann-whitney test. The results showed that there were significant differences of attachment behavior before and after entering the token economy intervention in the intervention group compared with those in the control group (p = 0.000). Token economy therapy has positive effect to reduce attachment behavior of kindergarten student at the beginning of learning process in the kindergarten school. The application of economic token is recommended to overcome the attachment behavior of existing preschool children in schools and in the general public health services.   KEY WORDS: Attachment behavior, Token economy, Kindergarten students.

Disease that is often complained by the public today one of the pain in the bone, which is better known by the community with rheumatism. Rheumatism or rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic, progressive, chronic and tendonic inflammatory disease of joints and connective tissue symmetrically. One way of management of rheumatoid arthritis pain is back massage therapy. Back Massage is one of the techniques to give massage action on the back with lotions/balm for 10-15 minutes, the warm sensation leads to vasodilation of blood vessels that will improve blood circulation in the area so that the activity of the cell is increased and will reduce pain, increase comfort, reduce muscle tension and improve physical and psychological relaxation. This study aims to determine the effect of Back massage therapy to decrease the pain level of rheumatoid arthritis patients in Rajadesa Village Rajadesa Sub District Ciamis District in 2018. Type of research using Quasi Experiment Design with one group pretest-posttest design. Total sample 48 respondents with total sampling technique. Data collection using experimental method with VDS (Verbal Descriptor Scale) pain rate measurement tool. The result of statistical test by using Linear Regression shows Sig = 0,000 <0,05, t value = 18,935> 2,012. Then Ha is accepted, and the average value before therapy is 3.27 with a standard deviation of 0.818, whereas after therapy is 2.23 with a standard deviation of 0.881, meaning there is the effect of back massage therapy on the decrease of pain level in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. So to reduce pain in patients with rheumatoid arthritis can be given back massage therapy.
