The purpose of this study is to examine relationship of workplace bullying and organizational justice in banking sector, Lahore. Research concentrated on workplace bullying and its 5 dimensions and organizational justice and its 4 dimensions. Banking sector chooses to conduct this current study. Simple random sampling technique was applied to choose 300 respondents from 28 banks situated in Lahore (Pakistan). The organizational justice and workplace bulling both has reciprocal impact on each other. The organizational justice has more prominent impact on workplace bulling as compare the impact of workplace bulling on the organizational justice. The study provides significant information about the relationships among research variables which further help in reaching the conclusion of the study. The results provide significant information about the relationships among research variables in reaching the conclusion of study and offering certain recommendations to the concerned stakeholders and policy makers.

This article presents theoretical and empirical underpinnings between job designs and employees’ work motivation in banking sector of Multan city, Pakistan. The study adopted a cross-sectional survey research design in which 362 employees participated through simple random sampling technique. The findings of the study revealed that female employees are more motivated towards their jobs than male employees. Moreover, job characteristics and job rotation are high among senior bank employees having experience greater than 12 years. The study concluded that job enrichment is the highest influential factor in determining employees work motivation while quality of work life is negatively influencing their enthusiasm level towards job. In the wake of new technological transformations, academic insight into the current work would further guide the policy makers for designing the jobs for banking sector through decentralization of managerial powers, changing in accordance with the global trends, as well as applying autonomous, mastery oriented and purposely directed policies.

The purpose of current study is to explore the relationship of organizational commitment, verbal bullying and direct bullying in the banking sector of Lahore. Organizational commitment has been found to a serious problem in these days for all organization. This research concentrated on organizational commitment and two types of bullying i.e., physical and verbal bulling. The banking sector chose to conduct this current study. Because banking sector is considered as one of the extremely stressful sectors in Pakistan and it has great share in the economy. Simple random sampling technique was applied to choose 300 respondents from 28 banks located in Lahore (Pakistan). the structure questionnaire was utilized to gather the data. 270 fully completed questionnaires were used in the final analysis. Multiple linear regression was applied through SPSS to test the hypotheses. Overall workplace bullying has negative influence on organizational commitment. Moreover, two dimensions like the verbal bullying and direct bullying has the negative influence on the organizational commitment.

Purpose- The primary purpose of the study is to determine the impact of organizational justice (OJ) on employee sustainability. Along with that, it also describes how organizational commitment mediates this direct relationship. This study includes all dimensions of OJ which are distributive, procedural and interactional (interpersonal & informational) within the context of a developing country (Pakistan). Design/Methodology- This study has considered employees working in the banking sector of Pakistan. Two hundred ten questionnaires were received back from employees. Regression analysis was used to analyze direct relationships between variables, while smart partial least squares (PLS) were used for mediation analysis. Findings- Results demonstrated that all hypothesis were accepted and it was also confirmed that organizational commitment (OC) mediates the direct relationship between OJ and employee sustainability (ES). Originality/value- Multidimensional construct of organizational justice was tested in this study, in the context of a developing country (Pakistan), to address the research gap.

Sustainable economic development does not occur without entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship is the practice of starting new organizations or revitalizing mature organizations. This study therefore is done to analyse the impact of innovation, technology and on the entrepreneurial development activities in Nigeria. Simple random sampling technique was used to select a total of 12 entrepreneurs from Lagos State that constituted our sample size. The primary data consists of a number of items in well- structured questionnaire that was administered to and completed by the respondents. Regression analysis was used to analyse the data. The results showed that there is significant relationship between technological innovation and entrepreneurship development in Nigeria. It is therefore recommended that government should create a friendly or an enabling environment for entrepreneurship and consumer goods to boost the Nigeria economy.

Human Resources Management literature regards training as the blood stream of any organization because the success of an organisation to achieve its objectives and goals heavily highly depends on its workforce. For this reason, organizations should invest in employees’ training in an effort to enhance their performance and that of an organisation. Nonetheless, some organizations regard training as unnecessary expenditure and always cut training budgets in an effort to improve their financial standing to the detriment of their employees’ welfare because that action incapacitate staff to adapt to the ever-changing working environment and uncertain conditions on account of, inter alia, rapid technological innovation and organizational change. This study employed stratified sampling technique to draw a sample of 171 employees from a population of 300 employees through self-administered questionnaire to examine the impact of training on employees’ performance, employee’s motivation and job-satisfaction in the banking sector in Lesotho. The findings of the study generally revealed that training not only increases employees’ performance but also positively affects employees’ motivation and job satisfaction within the banking sector in Lesotho. Therefore, the banking sector in Lesotho should regularly allocate resources for employees’ training based on identified skill gaps to sharpen employees’ skills, knowledge and abilities in order to capacitate them to cope with the ever-changing working environment and uncertain conditions and to improve their motivation and job-satisfaction.

Postpartum hemorrhage is bleeding that occurs after the birth of the baby, placenta, and 2 hours after the placenta is born. One of the causes is anemia. Research in 2015, 60% of 100 mothers giving birth at RSIA Kirana Taman Sidoarjo experienced postpartum hemorrhage. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship of anemia in pregnancy with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. The study design used an analytical survey with a retrospective method. The population of 206 maternity mothers was taken with simple random sampling technique as many as 136 samples in August 2017. Data were analyzed by Chi Square statistical test with 0.05. The results showed that postpartum hemorrhage was more experienced by mothers with anemia (66.7%) than  those without anemia (26.2%). While those who did not experience postpartum hemorrhage were more experienced by mothers who were not anemic (73.8%) than those who were anemic (33.3%). Chi square test results  (p=0.000  <0.05),  which means there is a relationship  of anemia in pregnancy with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. Conclusions of the study were the relationship of anemia in pregnancy with the  incidence  of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. It is expected that midwives and doctors conduct early detection of anemia so that appropriate care can be carried out.

Lately there has been attention to work dissatisfaction and declining quality. Most people find it difficult to motivate themselves, therefore it is not surprising that motivating others is a difficult and complicated task. Motivation indicates the process of movement, including the encouraging situation that arises within the individual, the behavior caused by the situation and the purpose or end of the movement or action. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of nurse characteristics with work motivation in Wamena Hospital inpatient room. This type of research is quantitative with an observational approach. The population is the entire nursing plant in Wamena Hospital with 186 people. Large samples were taken as many as 64 respondents. Sampling techniques used in this study is a simple random sampling technique. Based on the results of the study it is known that there is a meaningful relationship between age, working period and position with work motivation. While there are several factors that are not related to work motivation, namely gender, education and marital status. The statistical test used is path analysis. Statistical tests can be concluded that there is a meaningful relationship to variables as follows: the characteristics of nurses that affect work motivation are age, years of service and position, while the characteristics of gender, education and marital status do not have a significant relationship with work motivation. Based on the results of the study is expected to improve the ability and insight of nursing and motivation of work so that their productivity does not decrease. For example, give remuneration, promotion and periodic reward for outstanding nurses will encourage the motivation of nurse work to develop.

The shortage of professional nurses in a hospital is to threaten service quality and patient safety. Inadequate compensation, no career development, and dissatisfaction can increase turnover intention. Increasing professional nurses' resilience is better than recruiting new nurses from an economic perspective. The research analyzed the effect of compensation and carrier development on job satisfaction and the impact on nurses' turnover intention in a private hospital in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. A quantitative research design with the cross-sectional approach was used. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The samples consisted of 47 nurses who made a self-reported by filling out the questionnaire. Data analysis used Partial Least Square. The study found that compensation and career development had direct and significant effects on Turnover Intention. Moreover, compensation and career development also had indirect and significant Turnover Intention effects through job satisfaction as the intervening variable.

This research paper discusses the reciprocal relationship of Pakistan and United States. Pakistan and United States are engaged in transactional relationship for gaining the credibility of through securing their national interest which bought distractive approaches in bilateral relationship. Historically, Pakistan-United States have been supporting each other against the terrorism as had strong diplomatic alignment in countering terrorism, extremism and fundamentalism. The distrust prevailed and occupied which dismantle the international move to dismantle the terror. The uncertainty of relationship causes a cataclysmic events which provides distrust as well as dismantle the international coalition for the peace establishment. This paper includes the diplomatic ties between Pakistan and United States specially post 9/11. The diplomatic successful alignment for the international peace brought effective orientation thereafter the impact factors of diverse misunderstanding which were mismanaged diplomatically as cases of Raymond Davis, Salala Check post, nuclear proliferation, Osama Bin Laden, Drone Attacks, and Memogate. Their diplopic move is essential to be revamped for the social, economic and political factors which sources the regional peace of South and Central Asia.

This paper investigates the impact of bank-specific and macroeconomic variables on the profitability of Islamic rural bank (BPRS) in Indonesia. Using monthly time series data from January 2010 - December 2018. The estimation model used is a vector error correction model to analyze the long-term and short-term relationships between bank-specific and macroeconomic variables on the profitability of Islamic rural bank. The results showed that CAR and LnTA had a significant positive relationship, while NPF, BOPO and IPI had a negative and significant relationship to the profitability of Islamic rural banks. But FDR and Inflation variables are not significantly related to the profitability of Islamic rural bank. The results leave implications for policy makers, investors and banking sector managers. Based on evidence that bank profitability is more influenced by internal banks (as specific as banks), this research can help Islamic rural banks to help them understand which factors are important to be analyzed to obtain higher profitability.
