The performance of nurses can be seen from several cases that occur in hospitals. The incidence of falls in patients, nosocomial infections, inadequate documentation is the result of nurses' low performance. Factors that affect the performance of nurses in hospitals are job satisfaction. So this study aims to describe the relationship between job satisfaction and nurse performance. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a sample of 85 nurses at Arosuka Hospital using proportional sampling technique. The research instrument used a job satisfaction survey questionnaire and the Individual Work Performance quasi (IWPQ) and statistical tests used frequency distribution and chi-square tests. The results showed that the majority of nurses' job satisfaction was in the satisfied category as much as 56.5% and the majority of nurses' performance in the high category was 51.8%. Then obtained a significant relationship between job satisfaction and nurse performance with a p-value of 0.000. So it is expected that hospitals can pay attention to aspects of nurse job satisfaction in making policies

Anxiety is something that afflicts almost everyone at a certain time in his life. Anxiety is a normal reaction to a situation that is very pressing for one's life. Anxiety can arise alone or join with other symptoms of various emotional disorders (Savitri Ramaiah, 2003: 10). Based on the results of the preliminary study, it is known that there are still mothers who experience anxiety about facing labor in PEB pregnant women, which is 29%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between coping strategies and the anxiety of facing labor in PEB pregnant women at Syarifah Ambami Hospital Rato Ebhu Bangkalan. This research method is Analytical, while the research design uses cross sectional. Independent variables are coping strategies, and the dependent variable is anxiety. Population, namely all pregnant women with PEB as many as 33 pregnant women with an average of each month. Samples taken as many as 30 pregnant women with simple random sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaires and HARS scale were processed using cross tabulation and lambda statistical tests. From the results of the study, almost half of 45.8% of PEB pregnant women with mild anxiety with adaptive coping strategies were obtained. Based on the lambda statistical test, get pValue = 0.045 and a = 0.05. Thus the results obtained p = 0.045 <a = 0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, namely there is a significant relationship between Coping and Anxiety Strategy in Facing Labor in PEB Pregnant Women at Syarifah Ambami Hospital Rato Ebhu Bangkalan. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for midwives that a high-risk pregnant woman also has excessive anxiety that can affect the delivery process. By doing so, health workers should be able to provide detailed information to pregnant women about the high risks they experience.

In this research, Problem formulation is any influence of work motivation and work ability simultaneously and partially to employee performance at STBA. The hypothesis proposed is the influence of work motivation and work ability simultaneously and partially on employee performance at STBA. Type of descriptive research with questionnaire as data source. The population in this study is all employees STBA, totaling 71 employees. The sample in this research is 42 employees, using Slovin formula with sampling technique used. Probability sampling is sampling technique that gives equal opportunity for each population to be selected as a member of the sample and the method used is simple random sampling. Tool of analysis in this research is doubled linear regression. Based on simultaneous test (F test) obtained value of F count equal to 19,104 bigger than F table value (3,252) so that its decision reject Ho and accept Ha. This means that simultaneously the independent variables (work motivation and work ability) affect Employee Performance. Based on the partial test results (t test) calculate the work motivation variable of 3.735. By looking at the position of t arithmetic (3.735) is greater than t table (2.026) then t arithmetic is the rejection of Ho and acceptance of Ha so that his decision reject Ho and accept Ha. This means that partially Work Motivation variables affect employee performance. The value of t arithmetic working ability variable of 3.328. By looking at the position of t arithmetic (3.328) greater than t table (2.026) then t arithmetic is in the rejection region Ho and acceptance of Ha so that his decision reject Ho and accept Ha. This means that partially Work Ability variables affect Employee Performance. Associated with the results of hypothesis testing, then the results of this study showed the influence of work motivation and work ability either simultaneously or partially. The effect of the research results showed a positive direction, which means that better work motivation and the ability of good work will improve employee performance. Therefore it is expected that the management of STBA to review the efforts to improve motivation factors and employee work skills so as to achieve maximum employee performance.

Key words : Work Motivation, Working Ability, Employee Performance
