The purpose of this research is to find out the financial supervision of school management at SMP Sint Carolus Bengkulu City. The sample in this study was 30 people consisting of teachers, administrative staff and committee boards at SMP SINT Carolus Bengkulu City. The data collection method in this study was using the questionnaire method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression, determination test and hypothesis. The results of the regression equation have a positive direction, namely Y = 0.798 + 0.238X1 + 0.360 X2 + 0.298X3 + 0.355X4+e. Planning has a positive and significant influence on SBM management at Sint Carolus Middle School Bengkulu City with a significant value of 0.029, which is smaller than 0, 05. This illustrates that as planning increases, the management of SBM at Sint Carolus Middle School in Bengkulu City will also increase. This illustrates that as programming increases, SBM management at SMP Sint Carolus Bengkulu City will also increase. Budgeting shows a positive and significant influence on SBM Management at SMP Sint Carolus Bengkulu City with a significant value of 0.006 less than 0.05. This illustrates that as budgeting increases, SBM management at SMP Sint Carolus Bengkulu City will also increase. Evaluation has a positive and significant influence on SBM management at SMP Sint Carolus Bengkulu City with a significant value of 0.017, which is smaller than 0.05. This illustrates that the higher the evaluation, the management of SBM at SMP Sint Carolus Bengkulu City will also increase. Planning, programming, budgeting and evaluation have a significant and joint effect on the Management of SBM at SMP Sint Carolus Bengkulu City with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05. This illustrates that if there is attention to planning, programming, budgeting and evaluation, SBM management will increase.

Abstract. This study is a quantitative survey research, namely statistical test data analysis in the form of multiple linear regression with purposive sampling. The data collection method was by distributing questionnaires to 200 participants of the Bareksa Fund Academy training. The results show that the decision of Muslim investors in investing in Islamic mutual funds is influenced by the maqasid sharia principle approach. Meanwhile, the result of F count is significant at 49,141, meaning that, overall, there is an influence of the factors of the maqasid sharia approach on investment decisions (value). This also implies that there is a significant influence of the variables of maintaining religion, soul, sense, and treasure on the investment decisions. Meanwhile, the variable maintaining offspring does not show any effect, because the probability is 0.961> 0.05. Keywords: Investment, Islamic Mutual Funds, Islamic Maqasid Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keputusan investor Muslim dalam berinvestasi di reksadana syariah dengan pendekatan maqashid syariah. Penelitian ini juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan faktor dominan dari pendekatan maqashid syariah (menjaga agama, jiwa, akal, harta, dan keturunan) terhadap keputusan (nilai) investasi. Survey kuantitatif dipilih sebagai pendekatan penelitian, yaitu dengan analisis data uji statistik berupa regresi linear berganda dengan purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada para peserta pelatihan Bareksa Fund Academy, sebanyak 200 peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan investor Muslim dalam berinvestasi di reksadana syariah dipengaruhi oleh pendekatan prinsip maqashid syariah. Sedangkan, hasil F hitung signifikan sebesar 49,141 artinya, secara keseluruhan terdapat pengaruh pada faktorfaktor pendekatan maqashid syariah terhadap keputusan (nilai) investasi. Ini berarti juga terdapat pengaruh pada variabel menjaga agama, jiwa, akal, dan harta secara signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi tersebut. Namun demikian, variabel menjaga keturunan tidak berpengaruh karena probabilitas 0,961>0,05. Kata kunci: Investasi, Reksadana Syariah, Maqashid Syariah

This study aims to determine the effect of simultaneous variables X1 (facilities) and X2 (service quality) to variable Y (satisfaction) and know the partial influence of variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) to variable Y (satisfaction). Sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data collection method in this research is using primary data and secondary data. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 23. Based on the result of t test data analysis variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) partially have no significant effect on passenger satisfaction in terminal Rajekwesi Bojonegoro and the result of F test simultaneous variable X1 (facility) and X2 (service quality) have significant influence to passenger satisfaction in terminal Rajekwesi Bojonegoro.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of knowledge management on employee performance, analyze the effect of competence on employee performance, analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance). In this study, samples taken are structural employees PT.centris Kingdom Taxi Yogyakarta. The analysis tool in this study using multiple linear regression with Ordinary Least Square method (OLS). The purpose of this research is to determine empirically whether the service quality (tangibles, reability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) affect taxpayer’s satisfication. This research was conducted by distributing 255 pieces of questionnaires to KPP Pratama Kebon Jeruk Satu. Questionnaires were returned and in the content of 235 pieces and are all used in this research. Multiple Linear Regression was used to the test of hypothesis. The result of this research showed that tangibles, reability, responsiveness, assurance, and emphaty had significant influence in taxpayer’s satisfication. The aim of this research is to measure the perception of middle school students in Ankara regarding the quality of school life. According to the findings obtained, the students have moderate level perceptions about the quality of school life. Their perceptions about sub-dimensions vary. While the students have the highest perceptions about sub-dimension “status”, they have the lowest perceptions about “school management”. The students have moderate perceptions about sub-dimension “student” which includes mutual relations between students. Similarly, they have moderate perceptions about feelings towards the school which include items related with school image as perceived by the students. The school management, which is directly responsible for the school climate and image, has an impact on life quality perception. Analyzing school life quality of the students by their demographic features, it was found that female students and students in a class consisting of 10-20 students have higher school life quality perception. Although academic success of the students varies, their school life quality perception does not vary.

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the magnitude of the effect of expectations and benefits on motivation partially and simultaneously. Analyze the effect of expectations and benefits on decisions. Analyzing the effect of expectations and benefits on decisions through intervening variables.This research is quantitative. Data collection method is to use primary data through a questionnaire to the people of Situ Udik Village with a sample size of 96 respondents. The analysis used is path analysis. The results of the study in regression 1 showed that partialy and simultaneously the expectation variable had a real positive effect on people's motivation. The model regression test shows that the expectation variable has no effect on motivation. Simultaneously shows the expectation and profit variables have a significant positive effect on motivation. The influence of expectations on decisions proves that there is no direct influence on decisions. Analysis of the effect of profits on decisions proves that there is a significant influence on decisions. In the analysis of the influence of expectations on decisions through motivation shows there is a significant effect, on the profit variable, there is an influence on decisions through motivation as a connecting variable.

The purpose of this research was to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of audit experience, knowledge of detecting errors, independence and audit tenure on audit judgment. This research was conducted at Public Accountant Office in Bali area and registered in IAPI year 2017 with primary data collection method that is questioner. The number of samples analyzed by 44 respondents, and using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The final result of the research states that the higher the audit experience the more accurate audit judgment. Increasing the knowledge detecting errors an auditer so audit judgment is more accurate. The higher the independence of an auditor the audit judgment is more accurate. The more audit tenure an auditer the audit judgment more accurate.

<p>The purpose of this research was to know and analyze the influence of commitment to the performance of the lecturers of Polytechnic of Merchant Marine Semarang. The population sampling for this research was all lecturers at Polytechnic of Merchant Marine Semarang whom had “jabatan fungsional” or functional positions. The data sampling was using census to all 71 lecturers at Polytechnic of Merchant Marine Semarang. The data source used primary secondary data and used linear regression to analyze it. The result of the analysis showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the commitment and the performance.</p><p align="left"><strong><em>Keywords </em>: <em>Commitment, Performance, Lecturers</em></strong></p><p> </p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen terhadap kinerja dosen Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Semarang.  Sedangkan untuk populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua dosen fungsional di Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Semarang dengan jumlah 71 orang. Pengambilan Sampel dalam penelitian ini digunakan dengan metode sensus dengan jumlah dosen di Politknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Semarang keseluruhan sebanyak 71 orang. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka dapat dibuat kesimpulan berikut hasil analisis regresi yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komitmen terhadap kinerja.</p><p><strong>Kata kunci : <em>Komitmen, Kinerja, Dosen</em></strong></p>

Tourism has been an icon of countless regions in Indonesia since the founding of "Visit to Indonesia" in 2009 by the Government. All efforts were made by stakeholders (Government, managers of tourism destination, hotels and surrounding communities) in order to increase the visit of local tourist (Wiscal), archipelagic tourist (Wisnu) and foreign tourists (Wisman), one of the method is by implementing Saptapesona. The goal of this research is to distinguish the influence of reception of society of Sidoarjo toward marine ecotourism development through the implementation of Saptapesona. The type of this study is quantitative with data acquisition technique through observation and questionnaire, distributed to tourism managers, village and district government staff, and tourists in three different locations namely Sedati, Candi, and Jabon respectively for about 144 respondents. The data analysis was using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence of community receptions on the development of marine ecotourism.
