This study aims to find out how the evolution of e-business in the Channel Enhancement stage occurred in one of the largest retail companies in Indonesia. The sample of this research is PT Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret). In this study, using a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using literature studies, observation and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the company PT Indomarco Prismatama or Indomaret has optimally utilized the development of information technology by implementing it into a website and digital application. Thus, the company has entered and implemented the Channel Enhancement evolution stage to the maximum extent.

The Right

Amil zaka in zaka institutions has the right as one of eight ashnaf. Their rights are usually used by zaka institutions as operational cost. However, not all of the intitutions which manage zaka take amil’s right, one of them is Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This institution does not take amil’s right and it is independent in its operational cost. To support this operational cost, Yayasan Nurul Hayat establish business unit with utilize its profit.This study aimed to discover the capability of business unit in supporting operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The selections of informant are using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by semi-structured interviews and documentation. This data is analyzed using descriptive method.The result of this study shows that Yayasan Nurul Hayat Employments’ Salary is taken from business unit’s profit. It is also used to give bonus for employments and grow the business unit of Yayasan Nurul Hayat up. From the result of this study, it can be concluded that the business unit which is developed has great capability to support operational cost of Yayasan Nurul Hayat.

The Impact

This study aims to determine the impact of learning from home (BDR) in career planning for class XI MA NW Samawa students class XI MA NW Samawa and to find out the factores that influence the understanding of career planning during the BDR period. This research approach uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The population in this study were students. .data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research on class XI students at the MA NW Samawa school, the results showed that the implementation of learning from home (BDR) had an impact on career planning for students in class XI MA NW Samawa. .it means that students experience obstacles in planning intensive career planning. Students lack information related to career planning, lack of understanding of students to know themselves, students' unpreparedness in planning their careers. .it means that students have not been able to plan their future careers, students have not understood the steps in career planning which include: recognizing talents, paying attention to interests, paying attention to values, paying attention to personality, and understanding their potential. .This study has proven that the implementation of learning from home (BDR) has an impact on career planning for class XI students at MA NW Samawa.

This research was concerned about the development of religious awareness based on adult education for corruption inmates in Pesantren Al - Hidayah. The main objective is to describe development of religious awareness process-based adult education for corruption inmates in Pesantren Al – Hidayah. The literature review of the research comprised: religious awareness, adult education, penitentiary. This research was conducted through descriptive research and case study method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used through observation, interview and documentation. Subjects in this research was a spiritual adviser, Corruption inmates and tutors. The research showed that the religious awareness was applied through a participatory, fair and equitable, transparent, learning need; Multi way communication, a variety of learning methods, pragmatic, problem-based in awareness and inoculation of belief, habituation, practice and reinforcement process; spiritual adviser role as a facilitative leader. <p><em>The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the implementation of standard operational procedures (SOPs) in nutrition unit of X hospital in Surabaya after the change of management. The scope of the study is the implementation of SOPs that focused on the organizing of processing food in hospital’s kitchen. The study uses explanative qualitative approach with case study method. The types and sources of data are qualitative and primary data. Methods of data collection are interview, observation, and documentation.</em></p><p><em>The results of the study show that the change of management caused many changes and adjustments in day to day operational implementation, but there is not enough updating the SOPs. The evaluation of SOPs reveals that the report needed by new management is not available as there are not enough documents in the existing SOPs to support the availability of the report. Hence, the updating of SOPs is necessary to fulfill the management demand.</em></p>

The purpose of this study is to express the experiences, ideas, needs, and the use of information technology for the development of management information systems in a higher education institution. This study is qualitative approach research using the case study method. The research data collection uses the techniques of observation, interview, and documentation study. The research procedure used in this research consists of several research steps utilizing the case study method of Robert K. Yin: research planning, research design, research preparation, research data collection, research data analysis, and doing the research report. The research analysis is done by pattern matching. The data validity testing through data source triangulation and technique triangulation. The result of the study presents: (1) the analysis of management information system based on tacit and explicit knowledge through the process of exchanging experience, idea, and initiative, (2) the management information system design based on the needs analysis, and (3) the development of management information system using information technology.

Social media creates changes in the world of marketing, especially promotion and advertising that results in the creation of online business trends. Ivoree is a local brand that sells women's shoes through Instagram to make sales, Ivoree started selling since September 2019 through Instagram social media. Ivoree began to experience development and use social media Instagram as its main promotional tool. The purpose of this study was to find out how to use Ivoree Instagram social media. The concept used in this research is the use of Instagram social media in marketing products. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. While the data collection methods used are interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study are the use of social media on Instagram by uploading content and using features provided by Instagram to interact with followers, Ivoree also endorsed influencers on Instagram to attract the attention of its target market.Media sosial menciptakan perubahan pada dunia pemasaran khususnya promosi dan periklanan yang mengakibatkan terciptanya tren bisnis online. Ivoree merupakan merek lokal yang menjual sepatu perempuan melalui Instagram untuk melakukan penjualan. Ivoree mulai berjualan sejak September 2019 dan menggunakan media sosial Instagram sebagai alat promosi utamanya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan media sosial instagram Ivoree. Konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan media sosial Instagram dalam memasarkan produk. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pemanfaataan media sosial di Instagram dengan mengunggah konten dan menggunakan fitur yang disediakan Instagram untuk berinteraksi dengan pengikutnya. Ivoree juga meng-endorse influencer di Instagram untuk menarik perhatian target pasarnya.

Tujuan dari penelitian untuk mengetahui gambaran program literasi yang ada Di Perpustakaan SMPN X Kabupaten Banyuwangi saat ini, sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk membuat dan mengadakan Program Literasi Perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terhadap pustakawan (online via Whatsapp). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Perpustakaan di kelola oleh 2 pustakawan; 2) Belum adanya program literasi yang pure dari perpustakaan;3) Program literasi satu-satunya adalah program GLS yang berupa membaca 15 menit sebelum kegiatan belajar mengajar (PBM) di mulai;4) Program Perpustakaan hingga saat ini masih sebatas kerjasama dengan para guru, untuk mengadakan PBM di ruang perpustakaan. Dari hasil tersebut peneliti membahas tentang Program Literasi yang akan diadakan dengan jadwal Harian, Mingguan, Bulanan, dan Per Semester. Peneliti juga memberikan gambaran akan hambatan-hambatan yang menghalangi kemampuan berliterasi secara umum yang dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan berliterasi siswa.  ABSTRACT The purpose of the research is to find out the description of the literacy program in the Library of the SMPN X Banyuwangi Regency, as a material consideration for making and holding a Library Literacy Program. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, with data collection techniques through interviews with librarians (online via Whatsapp). The results of this study indicate 1) The library is managed by 2 librarians; 2) There is no pure literacy program from the library; 3) The only literacy program is the GLS program in the form of reading 15 minutes before teaching and learning activities (PBM) starts; 4) The Library Program is still limited to collaboration with teachers, to hold PBM in the library room. From these results, the researchers discussed the Literacy Program which will be held with a schedule of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Per Semester. Researchers also provide an overview of the obstacles that hinder the ability of general literacy which can affect the ability of students to be illiterate.

The purpose of the study was to find out the title role of Pesantren believer Cooperative Mandiri Sidoarjo towards economic empowerment and independence employee boarding schools. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach to the case study method. Data collection was carried out by interviews and direct observation to informants, namely those in charge of pesantren, cooperative and cooperative employees (santri). And secondary data collection comes from journals, text books and other literature. The result of this study is the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative plays a major role in enhancing the empowerment of cooperative employees (santri) and playing an optimal role in supporting the independence of the cottage. The economic empowerment of pesantren employees conducted by the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative is by making the Cooperative a work field, a place to apply knowledge and a place to increase income. As for the independence of the cottage, that is to become the main source of funding for Islamic boarding schools in carrying out operations and the sustainability of Islamic boarding schools. Mental health is an issue labeled as taboo and is very rarely discussed in Indonesia. This issue calls for works in order to spread mental health awareness and one of the ways is by doing persuasive communications through digital comics. The purpose of this research is to study persuasive communications about mental health through digital comics. This research was conducted using qualitative approach and case study method on an Instagram account named @petualanganmenujusesuatu. Data collection techniques used in this research were interview, observation, and literature review. The researches used Persuasive Communications, Mental Health, dan Digital Comics Theory. The results of this research indicate 3 things, the implementation of persuasive communications about mental health through digital comics have 3 types of purposes which are affective, cognitive, and conative purpose. Strategies implied are strategies in composing messages, choosing the channel, and feedback. Persuasive communications about mental health through digital comics is also influenced by the visualization of the comics itself as the media, through character depiction and color selection.Kesehatan mental adalah suatu isu yang masih dianggap tabu dan jarang dibicarakan di Indonesia. Hal ini mendorong upaya untuk menyebarkan kesadaran tentang kesehatan mental, salah satunya dengan melakukan komunikasi persuasif melalui komik digital. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui komunikasi persuasif tentang kesehatan mental melalui komik digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus pada akun Instagram @petualanganmenujusesuatu. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Teori yang digunakan adalah Teori Komunikasi Persuasif, Kesehatan Mental, dan Komik Digital. Hasil penelitian terdiri atas 3 hal, yaitu pelaksanaan komunikasi persuasif tentang kesehatan mental melalui komik digital memiliki 3 tujuan secara afektif, kognitif, atau konatif. Strategi yang digunakan adalah strategi penyusunan pesan, pemilihan saluran, dan umpan balik. Selain itu, komunikasi persuasif tentang kesehatan mental juga dipengaruhi oleh visualisasi komik sebagai medianya, yaitu melalui penggambaran karakter dan pemilihan warna.

As finance instrument, cash waqf becomes brand new in history of Islamic banking. Waqf is an act of worship by separating personal wealth to be public wealth in order to embody people prosperity. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study method. Data collection is conducted by interviewing informan (nazhir, wakif, and mauquf ‘alaih). The technique of analysis used in this study is reduce, present, and conclude the result. Then, the technique of data validity is source triangulation. The result of the study is the effectiveness of cash waqf’s program to distribute the fund to build a mosque. The level of effectiveness would be successful if all the element were totally accomplished and also affect people prosperity in maqashid syariah’s perspective.
