This research is expected to be useful for stakeholders both theoretically and practically in terms of choosing and implementing a survival strategy in order to save the company, especially in times of crisis. To answer the research questions, qualitative data analysis techniques were used which followed the following three stages: Data analysis, drawing conclusions and verification  and narrative of analysis results. It can be concluded that the defensive strategy undertaken by PT Sarimelati Kencana, Tbk in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic is appropriate, because it is proven that this strategy can still print positive sales, stable cost of goods sold, positive gross profit, still operating profit positive, and stable operating expenses. However, interest and financial expenses that exceed operating profit are the cause of losses for the franchise holder of the Pizza Hut Indonesia restaurant.From this research, it can be suggested for business people in general to consider and pay careful attention to plans or debt decisions. If the business actor is already in debt, then strengthen the intention and determination to immediately pay off these debts. Good products, good product selling prices, effective promotions, strategic selling locations, and increased sales volume will be in vain when business actors are faced with debt interest expenses that exceed operating profit.

The problem in this study relates to the level of compatibility of operating expenditures, capital expenditures as well as direct and indirect expenditure in the Budget Realization Report (LRA) Garut district fiscal year 2013-2017. The aim of this study was to determine the level of compatibility of operating expenditures, capital expenditures, as well as direct and indirect expenditure on Budget Realization Report (BRR) Garut regency Fiscal Year 2013-2017. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study is the observation, documentation, interviews and triangulation. Data analysis techniques in this study is an analysis model of Miles and Huberman which consists of three stages: 1) Reduction of data, 2) data, and 3) conclusion / verification. The result is the expenditures to Garut regency 2013-2017 fiscal year quite well.

The purpose of this study was to determine the inhibiting factors and forms of empowerment of corn farmers by Stakeholders in nagari Kataping Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The backround of this research is that there are still many nagari Kataping communities who do not yet know how to process corn after harvest. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive type. The technique of this research is purposive sampling. The informants of this guidelines the form of structured questions and documentation. Data validity test in this study uses data source triangulation techniques because the comparison and back-checking of the degree of information obtained through different sources. Data analysis techniques throught three stages, namely the stage of data reduction, the stage of data presentation, and the stage of drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the forms of empowerment of corn farmers by Stakeholders and the inhibiting factors for the cultivation of corn farmers by Stakeholders in the nagari Kataping Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman.

Learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments is an activity of learning the art of calligraphy in developing the potential of students to foster creativity, instill value, and develop productive abilities by using harmless materials, namely using colored plants. The purpose of this research was to determine the process and to obtain calligraphy work in learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments. The type of method used in this research is field qualitative research. The data sources in this study were divided into two: first, primary data sources consisting of the principal, educators, and students of SDN 8 Kawunglarang Rancah; second, secondary data sources obtained through tracing of various references. Furthermore, the data collection instruments used were observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as the data analysis techniques used, namely through three stages including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the process of learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments includes the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The work of SDN 8 Kawunglarang students is still in the basic stages so there are several mistakes in its making.

This research aims to see the implementation of WhatsApp media in EFL Classroom. Researcher used qualitative descriptive data collection through observation to see the learning process that took place in WhatsApp group, then interviewed students and teacher, and finally documentation. Data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. From the research results, it can be seen that the learning process is divided into three stages, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation which is divided into three stages, namely: opening, core and closing activities and 3) evaluation. In this case, students can still participate in the learning process using WhatsApp group and easily accessible, save quota and also have various features that teacher can choose to use in the learning process such as WhatsApp groups, chat messages, document files, videos or photos. In addition, there are still obstacles that faced by teacher and students such as teacher cannot observe directly, learning is not optimal, poor internet network, full cellphone memory or lack of understanding of the material.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan bagaimana cara meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran menggunakan materi geometri berbasis etnomatematika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kepustakaan (library research). Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang berupa hasil-hasil penelitian seperti buku-buku ilmiah, jurnal ilmiah, laporan penelitian, dan sumber lain yang relevan. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian meliputi tiga tahapan, organize, synthesize, dan identify. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa etnomatematika memiliki relevansi dengan indikator pada kemampuan berpikir kritis, yang meliputi interpretasi, analisis, evaluasi, dan keputusan. Secara keseluruhan, disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dapat ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan materi geometri berbasis etnomatematika dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata kunci: geometri, berpikir kritis, etnomatematika This study aims to explain how to improve students' critical thinking skills on learning using materials based on ethnomathematics of geometry. The method used in this research is library research. The data in this study is secondary data in the form of research results such as scientific books, scientific journals, research reports, and other relevant sources. Data analysis techniques in this research include three stages, organize, synthesize, and identify. The results of this study indicate that ethnomathematics has relevance to indicators on critical thinking skills, which include interpretation, analysis, evaluation, and decision. Overall, it is concluded that students' critical thinking skills can be improved by using ethnomathematics-based geometry materials in the learning process. Every component of society began to worry about environmental pollution that could cause environmental damage. Concern about this is demonstrated by starting to use environmentally friendly products and pay attention to business activities carried out by companies around them. Seeing the current public concern for the environment makes business people start doing green marketing. One company that applies green marketing is Starbucks Coffee through Tumbler products. This research contributes ideas for SMEs in the field of beverage culinary to do green marketing to care for the environment and increase customer loyalty. Data collection using a questionnaire distributed directly to the object of research. The population in this study was Starbucks Coffee Tumbler users in Denpasar with a sample of 75 respondents. Data analysis techniques using path analysis (path analysis) and Sobel test.

Women's Appearance

Lipstick is one of makeup elements used to give color to the lips to beautify women’s appearance. The purpose of this study is to describe expression units for the naming and similarity of colors in lipstick products. It focuses on semantic aspects. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used is observation and notes taking. It applies the data analysis techniques in three stages, namely the process of finding, managing, and presenting the data. The results of the study show that there are (a) expression units of color in the lipstick products, (b) expression units of labeling the lipstick colors, and (c) expression units of the lipstick color likeness.

Implementation of managerial supervision is the activities carried profesioal superintendent of schools in order to assist the principal in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of the education and learning. This study aimed to describe the managerial supervision planning, implementation of managerial supervision, and feedback managerial supervision supervisor in Dabin 7 UPTD District of Purwodadi. Qualitative research and ethnography with research subjects school supervisors and principals. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of the flow of the process of collecting data through data reduction, data display and verification. The validity of the data using triangulation and source. The results of the study, 1) Planning managerial supervision include, a. Preparation of supervision schedule manajejerial, b. Preparation of Instrument managerial supervision, c. Compile a list of schools to be supervised. 2) Implementation of supervision manajerial.Ada three stages in the implementation of managerial supervision, namely, initial activity, performance or core activities and the closing 3) The function of feedback is to improve the managerial supervision findings of non-compliance or overcome the problems identified, so as to improve the quality and effectiveness of education.

Resilience is the ability of an individual to rise from adversity or the problems faced. It is needed in dealing with various bitter events such asparental divorce. To attainresilience, children need emotional and optimistic arrangements in dealing with problems. The purpose of this study, therefore, wasto examinechildren's resilience in the face of parental divorce based on the regulation of emotions and optimism. This wasa case study conducted in the city of Padang. The subjects in this study were two students with the criteria of having divorced parents in lessthan seven months or with the provision that the divorce occurred within the study period. Data analysis techniques usedwereinteractive models. The results showed resilience in children was different evenwhilefacing the same problem, such as parental divorce. For instance, one of the respondents,OT, had an excellent emotional arrangement while facing the parental divorce, while the other one, BT,was poor. The level of optimism in children also declined due to parental divorce.
