Historical museum is very important for patriotic education and social development. In order to improve the quality of the people, realize their thoughts and the development of the future of society, museums and memorial halls with historical themes are playing their role. When they visit, people can feel the patriotic and revolutionary spirit in the long history and gain strength. The exhibition design of the museum will add icing on the cake, explore innovative design, get rid of the old tradition, make people have a stronger sense of substitution, and give full play to the spirit of learning. Our group tried to combine the modern style with the traditional historical memorial hall, so that the memorial hall can play its role of patriotism education, promote social development, improve the quality and ideological consciousness of the people, so that people can feel the patriotism and revolutionary spirit in the long history when browsing and visiting.

The progress of a nation is a function of the level of the resourcefulness of the people which to a great extent, relates to the level of quality of the training and purposeful development of education in that nation. Such progress or development could only occur when an individual in the society is gainfully employed and per capital income is enhanced. This could only be possible when government educational policies are geared towards a functional education that can lead to job creation and also self reliance. Entrepreneurship education is a means through which government could attain such development in the society. Therefore, this paper examines how the role of entrepreneurship education and how it could help in job creation in Nigeria. The challenges of quality entrepreneurship education were also discussed. Finally, the paper advanced some suggestions on how to overcome the challenges so as to reduce unemployment and enhances job creation in Nigeria.

Evolving discourses within the sphere of Christian experience and social development reveals that social transformation in the society cannot be separated from spiritual transformation. Religion as a social phenomenon has therefore become an acknowledged and strategic dimension in the development thinking and practice in contemporary society. But despite apparent contributions of religion to the development of many societies such as Nigeria, the role of religion, especially Christianity, has not been given due recognition in the history and development of a number of societies such as Ibesikpo Asutan of Akwa Ibom State. This study therefore examines the religious experience of the people towards development between 1912 when Christianity arrived and 2019. The method adopted for this work is the phenomenological and descriptive designs. Findings reveal that besides the consciousness of the transcendent and the question of God's existence, Christian missions in Ibesikpo Asutan have contributed immensely toward the development of the area.

Most published research on informal care for older people focuses on the support provided by relatives. The role of non-kin carers can, however, also be significant in supporting older people in their own homes. In this paper, we report the findings from an exploratory study of the support provided by friends and neighbours who are the main carers of frail older people. It draws on interviews with an opportunistic sample of friends, neighbours and older people, which explored their views about the support arrangements, the reasons why help was provided and any difficulties experienced. Several friends and neighbours provided intensive and frequent help, and some played a key role in co-ordinating other services. One of the main forms of direct support related to older people's quality of life, at a broader level than the practical help provided by statutory services. The flexibility of such support, and the friends' and neighbours' concern for older people as individuals, were particularly important to the people they helped. Nevertheless, such help was not provided without costs to the carers. The study highlights the need for policy-makers and practitioners not to take help from friends and neighbours for granted and, in line with the White Paper Modernising Social Services, to provide the support services they need.

Documents the self-perceivcd needs of a sample of Indiana clergy relative to understanding the impact of advances in human genetics, which, while creating opportunities for better health and a better quality of life, also raise serious moral, ethical, and spiritual questions. Interprets clergy responses to 16 science/society issues and compares these responses to the reactions of two Indiana teacher populations. Emphasizes the role of the pastoral counselor in serving the total needs of individuals confronting crises resulting from medical genetic problems. Asserts that a concerted effort must be initiated to meet the human genetics/bioethics education needs of the clergy if clergy are to be successful in counseling the people in their congregations … Critical comments are offered by a professional pastoral counselor not involved in the original research.

Perlindungan hukum terhadap Justice Collaborator dalam Undang-Undang Tindak Pidana Korupsi Indonesia diatur dalam ketentuan Pasal 31 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999 jo Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001.Kata kunci: korupsi; perkara pidana; perlindungan saksiABSTRACTCorruption in Indonesia has been very widespread and has entered into all levels of society. Its development continues to increase from year to year, in the number of cases that occur and the number of losses of state finances and in terms of the quality of criminal acts of corruption committed more systematically that has entered all aspects of people's lives. In an effort to eradicate it can no longer be done as usual, but demands extraordinary ways as well. One of the government's efforts in the prevention and eradication of corruption is the role of justice collaborator. The role of the Justice Collaborator is that a person is a suspect but is not the main actor and can dismantle the people involved above him even though he has been corrupt but he also gets relief because it has helped in a process of dismantling facts and justice. The type of research used is observationaresearch by Normative method, namely library research method, namely legal research conducted by studying and examining library materials in the form of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. While the nature of this study is descriptive, because the authors intend to provide an overview of the problems that are the subject of research. Data analysis is presented descriptive. The Criminal Procedure Code that is still in effect today in fact does not provide space for a criminal offender who is then used as a witness, because there are no regulations regarding the mechanism or forms of protection and the provision of rewards to a witnesses whose perpetrators in collaboration (Justice Collaborator). One of the significant problems of world art culture is the problem of the interconnection and mutual influence of literature. It is even more relevant in Russia, which is positioned as a multinational state. Therefore, the role of intercultural dialogue between Russian and Ossetian literature, which arose at the end of the 19th century, only increased in the following decades. The work of the outstanding Russian poet, prose writer, translator, journalist, teacher and artist Sergei Mitrofanovich Gorodetsky, who entered the Russian literature at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries as part of the Silver Age culture, seems to be tangible in the development of this dialogue. This era was the pride of Russian literature, giving the world A. Blok, A. Akhmatov, S. Yesenin, I. Bunin, V. Bryusov, N. Gumilyov, K. Balmont, O. Mandelstam, V. Mayakovsky, M. Voloshin and many others. S. Gorodetsky’s heritage is striking in its genre diversity – poetry, prose, dramaturgy, opera libretto, journalism, criticism, literary articles, and translations. His long work developed under the influence of Russian folklore, symbolism, neo-romanticism, neo-mythology, he formulated the tasks of acmeism. The proposed work is dedicated to the Ossetian literary connections of Gorodetsky, which are practically not reflected either in his biographies or in his studies of his creations. In 1919, the journalistic fate brought the poet to the Caucasus. His acquaintance with Ossetia began with the Nart epic, with the translation in 1920 of the Nart legend of Atsamaz and Agunda. In 1928, he turned to the Ossetian Daredzan epic and the work of the Ossetian playwright E. Britaev, creating the libretto of the opera Amran, staged in the Bolshoi Theater. In the 30s, a new period in the Ossetian literary relations of Gorodetsky began with his acquaintance with the poet Khariton Pliev. The beginning of their creative friendship was the translation of the poem by Kh. Pliev “Ænækhuyssæg ækhsæv”, written on the death of Kirov. Gorodetsky, an experienced translator, made considerable efforts in the search for the adequacy of imagery, artistic features, and expressiveness of Ossetian poetic speech. The knowledge acquired in the mid-1920s, when he visited Ossetia as a correspondent for the Izvestia newspaper, got acquainted with its ethnography, culture, epos, rites and customs, and met with the people of Ossetia, helped him a lot. Then Gorodetsky turned to the image of the outstanding Ossetian poet Kosta Khetagurov, whose love, due to the common ideological orientation of their work, attitude to the people, to folklore, remained unchanged until the end of his life. The article considers the translations of Gorodetsky poems by Khariton (Hado) Pliev dedicated to Kosta. They are distinguished by the high quality of translation, deep penetration into the specifics of Ossetian poetic speech, the artistic thinking of national poets, their spiritual and moral values. Gorodetsky’s poem “Kosta Khetagurov”, written in 1939 for the poet’s anniversary and read by him at the celebrations in Vladikavkaz (then Ordzhonikidze), is also analyzed. A few decades later, this poem was translated into Ossetian by the poet Haji-Murat Dzutstsati.

Merit System is the placement of someone with a high leadership position based on their competency. The government as the holder of power always makes new regulations or policies and also changes existing policies, to improve the quality of life of the people and the government institution itself. This article aims to analyze the merit system policy in the implementation of the government in Indonesia in implementing the principles of good governance and to see how the role of Baperjakat in making the mutation decision letter has caused problems between ASN and the Regent of Simeulue. The research method uses descriptive qualitative through literature review and research information. Sources of data obtained through journals, news, and documents. Data analysis techniques using Nvivo plus 12 analysis in the form of the crosstab. The results showed that the procedure for the policy of the position of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) issued by the Regent of Simeulue was not based on established rules. In the process of mutation, the basic foundation of its implementation is still to use the seniority system and the spoil system where this system is not well used in the mutation process. In this mutation, the application is not by the principles of good governance.

Haemostatic disorders are both complex and costly in relation to both their treatment and subsequent management. As leading causes of mortality worldwide, there is an ever-increasing drive to improve the diagnosis and prevention of haemostatic disorders. The field of microfluidic and Lab on a Chip (LOC) technologies is rapidly advancing and the important role of miniaturised diagnostics is becoming more evident in the healthcare system, with particular importance in near patient testing (NPT) and point of care (POC) settings. Microfluidic technologies present innovative solutions to diagnostic and clinical challenges which have the knock-on effect of improving health care and quality of life. In this review, both advanced microfluidic devices (R&D) and commercially available devices for the diagnosis and monitoring of haemostasis-related disorders and antithrombotic therapies, respectively, are discussed. Innovative design specifications, fabrication techniques, and modes of detection in addition to the materials used in developing micro-channels are reviewed in the context of application to the field of haemostasis.
