This study aimed to determine the effect of organizational culture, work stress, and the quality of human resources on motivation and their impact on the performance of insurance company employees in Indonesia. This research uses quantitative research. The type of data in this study consists of quantitative data and qualitative data. Sources of data in this study are divided into primary data and secondary data. The collection technique used in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and observation methods. The sample in this study amounted to 250 employees who had worked at Reliance Indonesia Insurance for at least one year in January 2019 and were spread across the Health Division work unit, which were collected using the non-probability sampling method. The data testing method in this study uses the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Measurement Test, and Hypothesis Testing (Regression Weight and Sobel Test). Based on the results of the study, the conclusions of this study are as follows: 1) Variables of Organizational Culture, Work Stress, Quality of Human Resources have a positive effect on Worker Motivation; 2) Organizational Culture and Motivation Variables Have a positive and significant impact on the performance of the Company's employees; 3) HR quality does not affect the performance of the Company's employees; and 4) Variables of Organizational Culture, Motivation, and Quality of Human Resources have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivational variables.

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Alexa Medika Medan. This research was conducted at PT. Alexa Medika Medan which lasts for 5 (five) months, starting from May 2019 to September 2019.This research uses nonprobability sampling method. The population in this study were employees at PT. AlexaMedika Medan as many as 83 people. Determination of the number of samples using Sugiyono's opinion, so that the total sample is all employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, amounting to 83 people. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire to collect data from human resources, communication, work motivation, and employee performance variables. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, double regression linear analysis, double correlation coefficient linear test, partial hypothesis test or T test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and coefficient determination. Descriptive analysis result for the quality of human resources and communication are good. The result of descriptive analysis for employee performance fall into the quite good category and work motivation is in not very good category. Based on partial analysis, the variable quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence on the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. From the coefficient of determination that employee performance is influenced by the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation by 58.5%. While the remaining 41.5% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not observed in this study.

This study is objected to test the support of top management  that can enhance the quality of Accounting Information Systems (SIA) in Islamic insurance companies in Indonesia. This study uses qualitative methods with a positive paradigm. The data used are primary data with the help of questionnaires as research instruments. Data obtained from returning questionnaires filled out by respondents who are leaders, division heads, department heads or heads of accounting departments. The research population is a sharia insurance company consisting of 59 companies registered as members of the Indonesian Sharia Insurance Association (AASI) as of April 2019. From the population obtained 34 respondents who filled out the questionnaire. Data analysis was performed with descriptive static and PLS-structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS software. The results showed that top management's support had a significant effect on the quality of accounting information systems and support of top management has not been maximized.

The purpose of this study was to analyse the influence of organisational culture, quality of human resources and motivation on performance directly or through work discipline at the Class IIA Batam Penitentiary. This study uses primary data with a questionnaire, such as gender, age and length of work, in order to provide a clear picture of the characteristics of the respondents. This study uses a correlational method approach with a total sample of 95 samples. The research tool uses SEM-PLS, and the results showed that organisational culture had a positive and significant effect on discipline. The quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on discipline. Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on discipline. Organisational culture has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. The quality of human resources has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance. Organisational culture indirectly significantly influences performance through organisational culture. The quality of human resources indirectly has a significant effect on performance through discipline. Indirect motivation has an insignificant effect on performance through discipline. Achievement of KUA performance in Cilacap Regency has not met expectations. These conditions can be improved and need to be evaluated and research on the quality of human resources so that policies taken in the future can improve the performance of employees and minimize factors that can reduce employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance. The method used is path analysis, which is to get the picture, relationship pattern and influence of research variables that have been determined. The result showed that organizational culture had a positive effect on employee satisfaction of 73.4%. Leadership positive effect on employee satisfaction of 73.4%. Organizational culture and leadership have a positive effect on employee satisfaction of 75.7%. Organizational culture and leadership through a positive effect on employee performance through employee satisfaction of 85.2%.

This research is motivated by developments in the era of globalization resulting in an increasingly sharp increase in competition between companies, so that companies are required to highlight all their assets, especially human resources. Human resources are required to continuously be able to develop themselves proactively. Because to achieve the company's corporate goals, it is necessary to have a major asset in the form of employees with good performance. To achieve good performance, the company needs to pay attention to the conditions of a conducive work environment, high work discipline, and good communication. The research aims to analyze and to explain the simultaneous and partial influence of variables of Work Environment Condition, Work Discipline and Communication on Employee Performance of KSPPS BMT Surya Madinah and BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative. The data that was used as primary data from the distribution of questionnaires with 50 respondents, divided into 2 namely was 36 respondents at KSPPS BMT Surya Madinah and 14 respondents at BMT Pahlawan Tungagung. The data analysis that was used was the validity test, reliability test, normality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test (R2), and hypothesis testing (t-test and f test). The results of this research indicate that: (1) the work environment condition has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of KSPPS BMT Surya Madinah and BMT Pahlawan Tungagung. (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of KSPPS BMT Surya Madinah and BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung employees. (3) communication has a positive and significant effects to the performance of KSPPS BMT Surya Madinah and BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung employees. (4) the work environment condition, work discipline, and communication together have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of KSPPS BMT Surya Madinah and BMT Pahlawan Tulungagung

Efforts to improve the quality of human resources, the main source of human companies need to be done well, directed, and planned, so that companies can compete fairly with other companies, given the future competition between companies will be more stringent. Human resources are able to compete with competitors or with business partners the only company that has the quality of human resources. The research objective was to determine the effect of work safety, health and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Eight Iradah Workshop Division. This study uses a survey method using primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The sample in this study was 57 PT. Eight Iradah Workshop Division. Samples taken using saturated sampling are sampling techniques based on the total population. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Work Safety had a significant positive effect on employee performance. (2) Health Work has no effect which has a significant positive effect on employee performance. (3) Discipline of significant positive effects on employee performance.

Human resources or employee is the main driver of the success of a company that needs special attention from the company so that employees can work more diligently in order to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch. The study population was all employees at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch karyawanya number reached 73 (seventy-three). The samples used total sampling so that the sample drawn from the entire population. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires in the study sample, amounting to 73 respondents. The test used is the quality of the test data and test the classical assumptions. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple regression analysis, simultaneous F test and the partial test. The result showed that simultaneous leadership and motivational variables affect the performance of employees at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch, where the F count> F table or 16.196 > 3.128 with a level of significant (α) 0,000 < 0,005. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) of 0.316 means that the influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch 31.6% and the remaining 68.4% is influenced by other variables outside of research. Conclusions from the research that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch. It is expected that the people at the at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch further enhance the leadership and motivation so that employees work even harder to compete and will automatically improve its performance in the company.                           Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Performance

This research was conducted to test the effect of independent variables, they are organizational culture, work ethic, level knowledge of accounting and accountant’s moral hazard on the dependent variable, that is the quality of company's financial report information, either simultaneously or partially. The type of this research is causal associative with quantitative approach, the research aims to determine the effect of two or more variables, with the approach of testing the theory by measuring the variables with numbers and analyze the data with statistical procedures. The population of this study is the accounting and finance employees in the whole national private company in Gresik. Sampling was done by nonprobability sampling method with judgement sampling approach, the results of selected judgement sample is the accounting and finance employees in 13 companies. The data source used is primary data derived from the answers of respondents in the research questionnaire. The data are processed with SPSS 16.0 for Windows with multiple linear regression test. The results of this research show that: 1) Simultaneously, the variable of organizational culture, work ethic, knowledge level of accounting and accountant’s moral hazard affect the quality of company's financial report information. 2) Partially from four independent variables, the variable of organizational culture does not have a strong influence on the dependent variable quality of the company's financial report information.

This study aims to describe the effect of human resource quality, work discipline, and organizational culture on employee performance at Grand Cityhall Medan for 6 (six) months starting from May 2020 to November 2020. This study uses simple random sampling. The research subject was carried out on the employees of Grand Cityhall Medan. with a population of 439 people. The population study used a simple random sampling method. The instrument used was a questionnaire to collect data from the variables of the quality of human resources, work discipline, organizational culture, and employee performance. The data analysis technique used was the validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, F-test, and determination coefficient tests. The results of the descriptive analysis in the variables of human resource quality, work discipline, and organizational culture are in the very good category, while the employee performance variables are in the very good category. The results of the descriptive analysis for the variables of human resource quality, work discipline, organizational culture, and employee performance are in the very good category, at Grand Cityhall Medan. Based on a partial analysis, the quality of human resources, work discipline, and organization has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Grand Cityhall Medan. Simultaneously, the quality of human resources, work discipline, and organization have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Grand Cityhall Medan. The contribution of the quality of human resources, work discipline, and organizational culture to improve employee performance variables is 0.975 or 97,5%, while the remaining 0.025 or 2,5% is from other variables not examined by the authors in this study, work environment, ethos. work, leadership, and so on.

Main mission of regional autonomy is intended to improve the quality of public services and the welfare of the community, creating efficiency and effectiveness of human resource management, as well as empowering and creating a space for people to participate actively in the development process. Therefore, it needs a leader who act can generate commitment, motivation and optimism in carrying out the work, foster an atmosphere of cooperation, and can affect the behavior of subordinates who have an impact on improving the performance of employees. This study aims to identify and assess the relevance of leadership on employee performance mediated by organizational culture, work commitment and work motivation as determinants of employee performance improvement. The sample used in this study was 160 respondents to the analysis unit employees in Food Security Council Keerom Papua Province. Data was collected by questionnaires followed by in-depth interviews. Quantitative Data Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of the program Analysis Moment Structures (AMOS). The results of this study indicate that, good leadership can improve employee performance, when considering the factors that come into play that organizational culture, work commitment and motivation work to DKP in Keerom Papua Province. Furthermore, the results of this study that the strengthening of organizational culture and high employee commitment can lead to increased motivation.
