This study aims to describe the effect of human resource quality, work discipline, and organizational culture on employee performance at Grand Cityhall Medan for 6 (six) months starting from May 2020 to November 2020. This study uses simple random sampling. The research subject was carried out on the employees of Grand Cityhall Medan. with a population of 439 people. The population study used a simple random sampling method. The instrument used was a questionnaire to collect data from the variables of the quality of human resources, work discipline, organizational culture, and employee performance. The data analysis technique used was the validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, F-test, and determination coefficient tests. The results of the descriptive analysis in the variables of human resource quality, work discipline, and organizational culture are in the very good category, while the employee performance variables are in the very good category. The results of the descriptive analysis for the variables of human resource quality, work discipline, organizational culture, and employee performance are in the very good category, at Grand Cityhall Medan. Based on a partial analysis, the quality of human resources, work discipline, and organization has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Grand Cityhall Medan. Simultaneously, the quality of human resources, work discipline, and organization have a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Grand Cityhall Medan. The contribution of the quality of human resources, work discipline, and organizational culture to improve employee performance variables is 0.975 or 97,5%, while the remaining 0.025 or 2,5% is from other variables not examined by the authors in this study, work environment, ethos. work, leadership, and so on.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of leadership, quality of human resources and organizational culture on employee performance at the Utsman Bin Affan Library of UMI Makassar. The population of this research is the total number of employees within the Utsman Bin Affan library at UMI Makassar, totaling 30 people. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and literature study. Processing and data analysis using the latest version of the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that based on partial testing, leadership variables, human resource quality, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Utsman Bin Affan UMI Makassar Library. This can be seen from the value of t-count t-table, namely 2.98 which is obtained from df2 = 26; α = 0.05 and it can also be seen from the significance level value 0.05, namely the leadership variable with the t-test 3.121 2.98 or the significance 0.004 0.05 (significant effect), the variable quality of human resources with t-test 3.566 2.98 or a significance of 0.001 0.05 (significant effect), and the organizational culture variable with t-count 3.006 2.98 or a significance of 0.002 0.05 (significant effect).

The quality of human resources, work professionalism, communication has an influence on the performance of education and employment center employees in airlines both partially and simultaneously. The research approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The aviation training center population was 79 employees and 75 people were taken as respondents with the sampling method used was simple random sampling or simple random samples. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of testing and analysis conducted stated that the quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work professionalism has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the quality of human resources, work professionalism, and communication support employee performance.

This research was conducted to determine the relationship between the quality of the Principal's leadership and organizational culture with the performance of SMAN 28 Tangerang District employees. The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational survey method, using correlation theory which is about product moment. Research data collection techniques from respondents carried out through questionnaires or questionnaires. The sample population was 103 employees in each section of SMAN 28 Tangerang, with simple random sampling technique. The magnitude of the effect of leadership quality and organizational culture together on employee performance by 87.2% This shows the higher the quality of leadership and organizational culture, the better the performance of employees, and vice versa the lower the quality of leadership and organizational culture will have an impact for employee performance.

(9) analyzing motivation through the development of human resources affects the performance of employees (10) analyzing the development of human resources affects the performance of employees The object of this research is employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of South Sulawesi which is divided into 24 Offices of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of The City Regency and 1 Regional Office. The sample of this study was 386 out of a population of 10,293 employees. The research sample was obtained by random sampling cluster technique after which the population was proportionate using proportional random sampling. The data is analyzed with the Structural Equetion Modeling (SEM) program. The results showed: (1) Organizational Culture has no effect on employee performance. (2) Leadership Style positively and significantly affects employee performance (3) Work Motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance (4) Work Motivation positively and significantly affects employee performance (5) Leadership style positively and significantly affects Human Resource Development (6) Leadership Style positively and significantly affects Human Resource Development. (7) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Human Resource Development (8) Organizational Culture positively and significantly affects Performance Through Human Resource Development (9) Organizational Culture positively and significantly affects Performance Through Human Resource Development. (10) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant impact on Performance through Human Resource Development. Compensation is an important thing that employees should be given to employees appropriately, whether compensated financially or non-financially compensated. Employees need compensation such as bonuses, benefits, a comfortable working environment, and work that can show the ability for employees to provide the best performance to the company. One of the objectives of this study is to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee performance in Cargill Tropical Palm (ISK Lake View Estate) of West Kalimantan. The sample in this research is all of Cargill Tropical Palm (ISK Lake View Estate) field employee as many as 110 people used as material of analysis. The concept of variable compensation consists of three dimensions including direct, indirect, and non-financial financial compensation. Performance variables consist of quality of work, quantity of work, reliability, knowledge, and cooperation. The analysis used is descriptive analysis. Test validity, reliability, classical assumptions, regression, correlation, and determination. The data obtained is processed using SPSS Statistics 20.0 program and yields the equation Y = 24.662 + 0,543, which means that with increasing compensation of 24,662 it will increase the employee performance of 0,543.

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Alexa Medika Medan. This research was conducted at PT. Alexa Medika Medan which lasts for 5 (five) months, starting from May 2019 to September 2019.This research uses nonprobability sampling method. The population in this study were employees at PT. AlexaMedika Medan as many as 83 people. Determination of the number of samples using Sugiyono's opinion, so that the total sample is all employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, amounting to 83 people. Data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire to collect data from human resources, communication, work motivation, and employee performance variables. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, double regression linear analysis, double correlation coefficient linear test, partial hypothesis test or T test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and coefficient determination. Descriptive analysis result for the quality of human resources and communication are good. The result of descriptive analysis for employee performance fall into the quite good category and work motivation is in not very good category. Based on partial analysis, the variable quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, communication has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan, and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence on the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT AlexaMedika Medan. From the coefficient of determination that employee performance is influenced by the quality of human resources, communication, and work motivation by 58.5%. While the remaining 41.5% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not observed in this study.

Research is motivated by the phenomenon of low employee performance, presumably due to suboptimal human resource development and a less conducive organizational culture. The study aims to identify and analyze: a. human resource development, organizational culture, employee performance; b) the magnitude of the influence of human resource development on employee performance; c) the importance of the impact of organizational culture on employee performance; and the extent of the effect of human resource development and organizational culture on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The data collection tool used a questionnaire distributed to 44 employees. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and through a statistical process. The results showed: a. From the results of descriptive analysis of human resource development, organizational culture and employee performance are in good condition, but there are weaknesses in certain aspects. The results of the verification analysis show; b) human resource development has a significant effect on employee performance with a magnitude of influence of 66.69%; c) organizational culture has a significant impact on employee performance with the importance of the result of 51.84%; and d) the development of human resources and organizational culture together have an effect on employee performance with the magnitude of the influence of 78.30%, the remaining 21.70% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the model. In conclusion, both partially and simultaneously, human resources and organizational culture's development affects employee performance.

ABSTRACT Influence of the quality of Human Resource and motivation to work the Performance of employees and the Impact on the effectiveness of the organization of the people’s welfare regional secretariat District Karawang. the Purpose of this study to obtain empirical evidence and found the clarity of the phenomenon and conclusions about the influence of Quality of Human Resources and Work Motivation Against Employee Performance and Its Impact on Organizational Effectiveness in the Public Welfare Section Karawang District Secretariat. Basedon data analysis, it indicates regression equation Z = 0,35 X1 + 0,62 X2 + 0,889 Y + ԑ1 + ԑ2. The result show that the quality of human resource, motivation to work and the performance of employees perform positive and significant effect on effectiveness of the organization. Determination test indicates that the value of adjusted R square is 0,79 which means that 79%quality of human resource and motivation to work. Purpose of the study is to examine and analyze the role of education and training in improving apparatus human resource quality through competence as intervention. The data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 82 respondents. However, only 78 respondents qualified. The tool was analyzed utilizing path analysis. Research results conclude that training and education have significant effect on competence. It indicates that regular education and training for the employees will improve employees' competencies better. Education and training have a significant effect on improving the quality of human resources. The higher the frequency, the better quality of apparatus human resource. Competency has significant effect on improving the quality ofapparatus human resource. This suggests the higher apparatus competencies, the higher investmestment in the community. Competence partially mediates the influence of education and training on improving the quality of apparatus human resource. Consequently, training and education have impact on improving the competence quality of apparatus human resource as intervention.Keywords: education and training, competency, apparatus human resource qualityTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis peran pendidikan dan latihan dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya aparatur melalui kompetensinya sebagai intervensi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada kompetensi, itu menunjukkan pendidikan dan pelatihan kepada karyawan dari kompetensi masing-masing pegawaipun yang lebih sering atau teratur juga akan meningkatkan lebih baik. Pendidikan dan Pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, hal ini menunjukkan semakin tinggi frekuensi, kualitas pendidikan dan latihan akan meningkatkan sumber daya aparaturnyapun. Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan pada peningkatan kualitas sumber daya aparatur, hal ini menunjukkan kompetensi yang lebih tinggi dari aparatur, semakin tinggi investasi pada masyarakat. Kompetensi sebagian menengahi pengaruh pendidikan dan latihan pada peningkatan kualitas sumber daya aparatur. Pendidikan dan Pelatihan sehingga secara tidak langsung berpengaruh pada peningkatan kualitas kompetensi sumber daya aparatur sebagai intervensi.Kata kunci: pendidikan dan pelatihan, kompetensi, kualitas sumber daya aparatur

The performance of an employee plays an essential role in an organization because it contributes to the achievement of the performance of every organizational function. Several previous studies showed that human resource competencies and organizational culture can affect employee performance. This study aimed to test and analyze the competencies of human resources and organizational culture on employee performance at Bio Farma both partially or simultaneously. This study was conducted using a quantitative method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire distributed to employees of Bio Farma with samples taken of 300 employees. The research results were tested using path analysis. The results show that human resource competencies and organizational culture had a significant effect on employee performance at Bio Farma, either partially or simultaneously.
