The membership administration procedure factor, the medical resume factor, the diagnosis codification factor and the action codification factor are still obstacles so that they are returned by the BPJS Health verifier. The purpose of the study was to determine the BPJS Health claim procedure at the hospital. Literature research or literature study and qualitative approach. Based on a review of 15 (fifteen) journals, it was found that there are still obstacles in the BPJS Health claim procedure so that the file is returned to the BPJS verifier. As in the case of membership administration procedures, medical resume factors, diagnosis codification factors, and action codification factors. which causes BPJS health files to be returned, namely the absence of Standard Operating Procedures which regulates the factors regarding the collection of documents for BPJS patient registration requirements. Components of author authentication and audit records are not appropriate because there is no signature of medical personnel and there are still empty parts. And the writing of the diagnosis is not specific so that the codification is not accurate and the coder on memorization does not refer to ICD-10 or only sees ICD-10 volume 3 without looking at Referring to volume 1.

In returning the outpatient medical record file to thesection of the Medical Record Unit, Assembling there was a delay. This is because the return of medical record files has not been carried out according to Standard Operating Procedures, as a result, causing delays in the reporting system. The method used is qualitative using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews and literature study. This study aims to determine the return of former medical records of outpatients at Dayeuhkolot Health Center. The results of the study prove that the delay in returning outpatient medical record files at the Dayeuhkolot Health Center with presentations during the 1 week study amounted to 63 or 22% of 285 medical record files. Efforts have been made to disseminate information to all officers related to the efforts made by the person in charge of COVID-19 patients in returning medical record files on time.

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of cash and credit sales administration at PT Sun Star Motor Malang in accordance with the existing Standard Operating Procedures. This type of research used in this study is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data analysis techniques by finding and finding data, eliminating or reducing data, processing data, analyzing data, making conclusions and suggestions. The result is that the application of cash sales administration procedures at PT Sun Star Motor Malang is sometimes not in accordance with existing procedures. This is due to the accumulation of tasks performed by sales because of the quite important role of sales for consumers. If it is related to internal control, sales should not be able to accept cash because every sales transaction related to receiving cash is held by the cashier. Every receipt of money, both cash and non-cash from the buyer, will be made proof of receipt, for example receipts

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency as well as supporting and inhibiting the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency. The type of this research is descrip- tive research with qualitative approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation with informants. Data analysis technique uses Miles & Huber- man theory, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency had not run effectively because the standard operating procedures had not been implemented optimally by the supervisors and carved out a subscription; facilities and infrastructure are inadequate; as well as the salary of supervisors and parking atten- dants subscribers are minimal. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of a subscription parking policy in Sidoarjo Regency has not run effectively related to stan- dard operating procedures, facilities and infrastructure, and the level of compliance of the parking attendants subscription.

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the implementation of standard operational procedures (SOPs) in nutrition unit of X hospital in Surabaya after the change of management. The scope of the study is the implementation of SOPs that focused on the organizing of processing food in hospital’s kitchen. The study uses explanative qualitative approach with case study method. The types and sources of data are qualitative and primary data. Methods of data collection are interview, observation, and documentation.</em></p><p><em>The results of the study show that the change of management caused many changes and adjustments in day to day operational implementation, but there is not enough updating the SOPs. The evaluation of SOPs reveals that the report needed by new management is not available as there are not enough documents in the existing SOPs to support the availability of the report. Hence, the updating of SOPs is necessary to fulfill the management demand.</em></p>

SMS Reminder is a Short Message Service that broadcast in one direction, which means that incoming SMS will not be replied by system, and serves to remind the user. The system will automatically send SMS to multiple phone numbers which have been entered in database previously. The delivery time of SMS must be in accordance with a predetermined scheduling. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of implementation on SMS Reminder activities at Syafira Hospital Pekanbaru. The method use in this research is descriptive qualitative approach. The numbers of informants were two people that officer and person in charge SMS Reminder section. These results indicate that the Human Resources of SMS Reminder amounted to two person have educational backgrounds S1 and have been not trained specifically on SMS Reminder and the service of SMS Reminder have not Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), as well as the lack of a telephone to perform SMS Reminder. Suggestions on this research is SMS Reminder officers should be trained in communication and procedures for the implementation of SMS Reminder and make Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) so that the officer has a reference in carrying out their duties.

ABSTRACT Staggering international trade transactions result in the increase of demand for transportation services. Directorate General of Customs and Excise performs supervision of sea transport facilities (sea patrols) and inspection of sea transport facilities (boatzoeking). This study uses constructivist paradigm, qualitative approach with descriptive nature and case study strategy. The result demonstrates that Main Service Office of Customs and Excise Tanjung Priok has been properly handling boatzoeking. However, there are rooms for improvement. It is advised that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in boatzoeking is institutionalized, the number of personnels conducting boatzoeking is validated, ship drafts calculation is mandatory and additional security support and inspection aids are materialized.Keywords: Boatzoeking, transport facilities, sea patrol  ABSTRAK Transaksi perdagangan internasional akan mengakibatkan timbulnya permintaan akan jasa angkutan. Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai harus melakukan pengawasan laut yang ketat. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma konstruktivis, pendekatan kualitatif dengan sifat deskriptif dan strategi studi kasus. Pada dasarnya prosedur pemeriksaan sarana pengangkut laut (boatzoeking) pada KPUBC Tipe A Tanjung Priok telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala atau permasalahan dalam boatzoeking yaitu tidak terdapat suatu standar yang baku berupa Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) dalam melaksanakan kegiatan boatzoeking selama ini, jumlah pegawai yang tergabung dalam Satuan Tugas Bea dan Cukai dalam melaksanakan pemeriksaan administrasi terlalu sedikit, ketidaktahuan Satuan Tugas Bea dan Cukai dalam melakukan penghitungan berat muatan melalui draft kapal, terbatasnya alat-alat penunjang keamanan dan alat bantu pemeriksaan yang digunakan untuk pemeriksaan sarana pengangkut laut. Kata kunci: Boatzoeking, sarana pengangkut, patroli laut

Nikah bawah tangan menjadi isu krusial dalam hukum Islam kekinian. Sadd al-dzarī‘ah merupakan salah satu bentuk metode ijtihad yang yang dapat digunakan sebagai landasan istimbath al-hukm (pengambilan hukum). Secara istilah sadd al-dzarī‘ah merupakan pembahasan seputar upaya untuk menghalangi dan memblokade semua akses dan kemungkinan dari suatu perbuatan tertentu yang pada dasarnya diperbolehkan maupun dilarang untuk mencegah terjadinya segala jenis kerusakan dan kemudaratan. Teori pencegahan ini sering disebut sebagai langkah preventif dalam meminimalisir atau bahkan menutup jalan terjadinya kemudaratan suatu perbuatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan studi pustaka. penelitian pustaka mengacu kepada literatur-literatur sebagai basic of anlisis atas topik yang dijadikan obyek penelitian. Salah satu bentuk langkah preventif pemerintah Indonesia dalam bidang hukum perkawinan adalah menjamin ketertiban dalam sebuah perkawinan melalui undang-undang pencatatan perkawinan, sebagaimana pasal 5 ayat (1) Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) yang berbunyi “Agar terjamin ketertiban perkawinan bagi masyarakat islam setiap perkawinan harus dicatat”. Langkah ini bertujuan membentuk keadilan gender, agar diskriminasi terhadap kaum perempuan dalam praktik perkawinan tidak lagi terjadi. Underhand marriage is a crucial issue in contemporary Islamic law. Sadd al-dzarī'ah is a form of the ijtihad method which can be used as a basis for istimbath al-hukm. In terms of sadd al-dzarī'ah, it is a discussion about efforts to block and block all access and the possibility of a certain act which is basically allowed or prohibited to prevent all kinds of damage and damage. This theory of prevention is often referred to as a preventive step in minimizing or even blocking the path for the occurrence of an act of oblivion. This research uses a qualitative approach, with literature study. literature research refers to the literature as the basic of analysis on the topic which is the object of research. One form of preventive measures taken by the Indonesian government in the field of marriage law is to guarantee order in a marriage through the marriage registration law, as in Article 5 paragraph (1) Islamic Law Compilation (KHI) which reads "In order to ensure orderliness of marriage for the Islamic community every marriage must noted ”. This step aims to establish gender justice, so that discrimination against women in the practice of marriage no longer occurs.

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

The research aims to uncover the symbols in the novel The Alchemist and to gain knowledge about the moral teachings in the symbol. This research is descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources in this study are words, phrases or sentences in the novel Alchemist. Data collection method is a literature study method with note taking technique. Data were analyzed using description and content analysis methods. The results showed that the novel The Alchemist contained many symbols. These symbols include: (1) wise parents, who symbolize both negative and positive things. From his appearance, parents can symbolize something bad, but behind his old age he symbolizes a knowledge that is very much and wise; (2) stones that symbolize something hard, not easily broken, and can provide clues to something; and (3) deserts or deserts which can be interpreted as symbols of drought, aridity, unattractiveness, emptiness, despair, determination for ignorance, and also as symbols of devotion.
