Social change in Muslim is usually marked by the development of the Muslim civilization, social change has been absorbed through the interaction between religion and society which has implications for social processes. Social change in society always demands changes in Islamic law. Sociologically, society is always changing. Literature study research method with a qualitative approach. The conclusion from this literature research can be concluded that the relationship between Islamic law and social change is reciprocal and influences each other, Islam takes a stand to be able to keep up with the times in its own way.

Diniyah education has been implemented by all educational institutions in Indonesia, starting from the lowest level, namely SD/MI to SMA/MA. Initially this diniyah education was implemented in Islamic boarding schools during the month of Ramadan. The aim is to foster morals, character, and strengthen worship for students during the month of Ramadan. The purpose of this study was to identify the role of diniyah education carried out in the world of education during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research method is a literature study method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the role of diniyah education can be measured through 4 things, namely increasing student religiosity, developing sustainable education and in accordance with the development of the times, being patient with calamities, and increasing husnuzon attitudes in students.

Abstract. Waqf is a legal act of wakif to give up part of his property to be used forever or for a certain period of time. PC Persis Pangalengan District is a religious organization and has an organizational management structure that deals specifically with waqf issues. At PC Persis Pangalengan Subdistrict, the waqf pledge pledged Rp. 65,000,000 in cash waqf funds for the purchase of an ambulance, but because PC Persis Pangalengan received a grant of 1 ambulance from PD Persis Bandung Regency, the allocation of waqf funds was diverted to clinic renovation. The purpose of this study was to determine the transfer of waqf assets in the Pangalengan Islamic Union PC according to Islamic Law and Law no. 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf. This research method uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was done by means of literature study and interviews. It can be concluded that according to Islamic law it states that the majority allow the transfer of waqf assets with a note that it is intended for the general benefit. And according to Law No.41 of 2004 it is permissible because there are more articles that allow the transfer of waqf assets than articles that do not allow the transfer of waqf assets. According to Islamic law, the transfer of waqf assets is permitted with the aim of the usefulness of the object or waqf objects being sustainable even though they are exchanged, sold or converted, as long as they are based on the general benefit. As for according to Law no. 41 of 2004 concerning waqf the transfer of waqf assets is permitted provided that nadzir reports it to BWI. Abstrak. Wakaf adalah perbuatan hukum wakif untuk menyerahkan sebagian harta benda miliknya untuk dimanfaatkan selamanya atau untuk jangka waktu tertentu. PC Persis Kecamatan Pangalengan merupakan sebuah organisasi keagamaan dan memiliki struktur kepengurusan organisasi yang khusus menangani masalah perwakafan. Di PC Persis Kecamatan Pangalengan,pada ikrar wakaf pihak wakif mengikrarkan dana wakaf uang senilai Rp.65.000.000 untuk pembelian mobil ambulance,namun dikarenakan PC Persis Pangalengan mendapatkan hibah 1 buah mobil ambulance dari PD Persis Kabupaten Bandung,maka alokasi dana wakaf tersebut dialihkan untuk renovasi klinik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengalihan aset wakaf di PC Persatuan Islam Pangalengan menurut Hukum Islam dan UU No. 41 Tahun 2004 Tentang Wakaf.Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara Studi Kepustakaan, dan Wawancara. Dapat disimpulkan menurut hukum Islam menyatakan bahwa mayoritas membolehkan pengalihan aset wakaf dengan catatan bertujuan untuk kemaslahatan umum.Dan menurut Undang-Undang No.41 Tahun 2004 itu dibolehkan karena lebih banyak Pasal yang membolehkan pengalihan aset wakaf dari pada Pasal yang tidak memperbolehkan pengalihan aset wakaf. Menurut hukum Islam pengalihan aset wakaf diperbolehkan dengan tujuan nilai kemanfaatan dari objek atau benda wakaf tersebut dapat berkesinambungan meskipun dengan cara ditukar, dijual atau dialih-fungsikan, selama didasarkan pada kemaslahatan umum. Adapun menurut UU No. 41 Tahun 2004 tentang wakaf pengalihan aset wakaf itu diperbolehkan dengan catatan nadzir melaporkan kepada pihak BWI.

Nikah bawah tangan menjadi isu krusial dalam hukum Islam kekinian. Sadd al-dzarī‘ah merupakan salah satu bentuk metode ijtihad yang yang dapat digunakan sebagai landasan istimbath al-hukm (pengambilan hukum). Secara istilah sadd al-dzarī‘ah merupakan pembahasan seputar upaya untuk menghalangi dan memblokade semua akses dan kemungkinan dari suatu perbuatan tertentu yang pada dasarnya diperbolehkan maupun dilarang untuk mencegah terjadinya segala jenis kerusakan dan kemudaratan. Teori pencegahan ini sering disebut sebagai langkah preventif dalam meminimalisir atau bahkan menutup jalan terjadinya kemudaratan suatu perbuatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan studi pustaka. penelitian pustaka mengacu kepada literatur-literatur sebagai basic of anlisis atas topik yang dijadikan obyek penelitian. Salah satu bentuk langkah preventif pemerintah Indonesia dalam bidang hukum perkawinan adalah menjamin ketertiban dalam sebuah perkawinan melalui undang-undang pencatatan perkawinan, sebagaimana pasal 5 ayat (1) Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) yang berbunyi “Agar terjamin ketertiban perkawinan bagi masyarakat islam setiap perkawinan harus dicatat”. Langkah ini bertujuan membentuk keadilan gender, agar diskriminasi terhadap kaum perempuan dalam praktik perkawinan tidak lagi terjadi. Underhand marriage is a crucial issue in contemporary Islamic law. Sadd al-dzarī'ah is a form of the ijtihad method which can be used as a basis for istimbath al-hukm. In terms of sadd al-dzarī'ah, it is a discussion about efforts to block and block all access and the possibility of a certain act which is basically allowed or prohibited to prevent all kinds of damage and damage. This theory of prevention is often referred to as a preventive step in minimizing or even blocking the path for the occurrence of an act of oblivion. This research uses a qualitative approach, with literature study. literature research refers to the literature as the basic of analysis on the topic which is the object of research. One form of preventive measures taken by the Indonesian government in the field of marriage law is to guarantee order in a marriage through the marriage registration law, as in Article 5 paragraph (1) Islamic Law Compilation (KHI) which reads "In order to ensure orderliness of marriage for the Islamic community every marriage must noted ”. This step aims to establish gender justice, so that discrimination against women in the practice of marriage no longer occurs.

This research takes the object of Sebening Syahadat by Diva SR, this work is a novel that tells the story of the journey ofa teenager named Sam who is in the process ofsearching for identity. The journey is filled with interesting twits and turns embelissed with a love story that is very suitable if consumed by the younger generation who are learning to find identit. This study aims to reveal the value motives that led Sam’s character in finding his identity, which expected to be a material for reflection for readers, especially young people who are in the process of discovering his identity, the scope of the problem in this study is to reveal the value motives that affect the character’s psyche. Sam is told to have a rascal character.The research method used in this study took a descriptive qualitative approach, data colletion used was a literature study technique with stages of reading, note taking, coding for futher analysis. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis technique.The result of the research in this research process indicate that the mental process of Sam’s character influenced by several factors, including: a. Motives in cultural factors (Situasional Factors), b. The motive for love begins with admiration for the attitude of someone who is full of noble values of character, c. The motive of curiosity and fulfillment of his needs for true value.

The purpose of this study is for learning. This study entitled Social Change Towards Development of Rasau Jaya Village 3 After the Development of the Rajati Flower Garden. With the problem of how social change in the village of Rasau Jaya 3, economic improvement after the construction of a flower garden, development planning or the addition of facilities. This research method is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources of this research are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that: after the construction of the flower garden in Rasau Jaya 3 village the development of social change there was increasing, the people there accepted the development of the flower garden, because with the development of the community's economy there could be increased, because the people there could sell at around the flower garden so that it can increase their economy again there, and there will be plans to add facilities in the flower garden so that it can attract visitors to keep coming to the flower garden of the flower garden rajati.

This study examines Hamka's political thinking about Islam and the State in the Basic State debate that took place in the Constituent Assembly 1956-1959. Hamka belongs to the basic group of defenders of the Islamic state with Mohammad Natsir in the Masyumi faction, fighting for Islamic law before other factions namely the Nationalists, Communists, Socialists, Catholics-Protestants and members of the Constituent Assembly who are not fractured. Specifically examines the issue of why Islam is fought for as a state basis by Hamka. and how Hamka thought about the relationship between Islam and the state. The research method used is a type of library research with literature studies or documents consisting of primary and secondary data and reinforced by interviews. The theory used in this study is the theory of religious relations (Islam) and the state. This study found the first, according to Hamka, the Islamic struggle as the basis of the state was as a continuation of the historical ideals of the Indonesian national movement. The second was found that the constituent debate was the repetition of Islamic and nationalist ideological debates in the formulation of the Jakarta Charter. Third, this study also found Hamka's view that the One and Only God Almighty means Tauhid or the concept of the Essence of Allah SWT. The implication of this research theory is to strengthen Islamic thinking legally formally, that is thinking that requires Islam formally plays a major role in state life. The conclusion is that Indonesian society is a heterogeneous society in terms of religion. This means that constitutionally the state recognizes the diversity of religions embraced by the Indonesian people and guarantees the freedom of every individual to embrace religion and realize the teachings he believes in all aspects of life. Hamka in the Constituent Assembly stated that the struggle to establish a state based on Islam rather than a secular state for Islamic groups was a continuation of the ideals of historical will.

The objective of this research was to provide an understanding of cohesion and coherence in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia with title Kemenperin Jamin Serap Garam Rakyat. The research method used is the method of content analysis with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques begin with data reduction, data tabulation, data classification, data interpretation, and conclusions. The results show that in the news text in the newspaper Bisnis Indonesia there is a more dominant cohesion found pronouns, ellipsis, and conjunctions or hyphens. Then, the coherence that is found is the relationship of contradictions, general specific relationships, comparison relationships, causal relationships, review relationships, and referral relationships. Abstrak: Dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2006 tentang Administrasi Kependudukan adanya Pasal yang mengatur tentang perkawinan beda agama, dalam Pasal 35 huruf (a) yang menyatakan bahwa perkawinan yang ditetapkan oleh pengadilan. Namun dalam Undang-Undang tersebut tidak diatur secara jelas, sehingga memberi peluang timbulnya dampak negatif. Namun yang diakui di Indonesia jika pasangan suami istri yang berbeda agama harus memeluk agama yang sama di salah satu pasangan dengan maksud mereka harus pindah agama baik memeluk agama istri maupun suami. Dengan adanya berbagai kemudharatan yang timbul, maka hal itu tidak sesuai dengan hukum Islam. Oleh karena itu, penulis ingin mengetahui dampak perkawinan beda agama yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2006 tentang administrasi  kependudukan dan tinjuan hukum Islam terhadap perkawinan beda agama dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 23 tahun 2006. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Kualitatif. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian, dampak dari perkawinan beda agama yaitu dampak terhadap rumah tangga yang tidak harmonis menimbulkan kegelisahan, dan sulitnya berkomunikasi. Dampak terhadap anak yang membuat hubungan antara keluarga yaitu anak dan orang tua menjadi kacau dan tidak utuh karena mengetahui kedua orang tuanya berbeda keyakinan. Dampak terhadap harta warisan yang mengakibatkan anak yang lahir dari perkawinan beda agama tidak mempunyai hak untuk mendapatkan harta warisan apabila tidak seagama dengan pewaris yang dalam hal ini pewaris beragama Islam. Adapun tinjauan hukum Islam menyatakan bahwa perkawinan beda agama itu tidak sah, karena menurut fatwa MUI Nomor:4/MUNASVII/MUI/8/2005 menetapkan bahwa nikah beda agama hukumnya haram yang diperkuat dengan firmannya dalam surat al-mumtahanah ayat 10 dan al-baqarah ayat 221.Abstract: in Law No. 23 of 2006 on the administration of the population of the article governing the marriage of different religions, in article 35 letter (a) stating that the marriage is established by the court. But the law is not regulated, so it allows causing negative impacts. But it is recognized in Indonesia if different couples of religion must embrace the same religion in one partner with the intention they have to move religion both embrace the religion of the wife and husband. With the various blessings that arise, it is not under Islamic law. Therefore, the author wants to know the impact of the marriage of different religions organized in law Number 23 the year 2006 about the administration of population and the Islamic law to the marriage of different religions in the law Number 23 the year 2006. In this study, the research method used was qualitative. Based on the results of the study, the impact of the marriage of different religions is the impact on the unharmonious households raises anxiety, and difficulty communicating. The impact on the child who makes the relationship between the family is the child and the parent becomes chaotic and not intact because knowing both parents are different beliefs. The impact on the inheritance that resulted in children born from the marriage of different religions does not have the right to obtain inheritance if not as religious as the heir, in this case, Muslim heirs. The review of Islamic law states that the marriage of different religions is not valid, because according to fatwa MUI number: 4/MUNASVII/MUI/8/2005 stipulates that the marriage of different religious religion is haram strengthened by his word in Sura al-Mumtahanah verse 10 and al-Baqarah verses 221.

Covid 19 has hit the world and is a global problem today. Various theological responses are also present to interpret suffering, worship to pastoral care. However, this pandemic cannot be separated from the problem of the relationship between humans and other creations of God. Humanitarian issues and environmental problems are interrelated. So, there needs to be a theological reflection related to the integrity of creation in the midst of a pandemic. The author uses the term stewardship of creation to describe the relationship between humans and other creations of God. This article uses a descriptive-analytic research method with a qualitative approach. The author found that important themes in the Bible can encourage human involvement in the stewardship of creation even though there are certainly various challenges that will be faced.

This study aims to describe the representation of sex education in the film Dua Garis Biru by director Gina S. Noer. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research method uses Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis with two-way significance and the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth. The subjects of this study are Dara and Bima, the object of this study is a sign of sex education represented in scenes, dialogues, and characters in films. Methods of data collection by observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation. The film Dua Garis Biru tells the story of how Dara and Bima, two teenagers, must be responsible for the consequences that they did not think of before due to free sex. This film also illustrates the important role of parents in communicating information about sex to children. The results of this study indicate that there is a picture of sex education in the film Two Blue Lines. It was concluded that the side or form of sex education is displayed in scenes, dialogues, or characters that insert the importance of knowing sex education and knowing the consequences of every action related to sex. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan representasi pendidikan seks  dalam Film Dua Garis Biru karya sutradara Gina S. Noer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penelitian menggunakan Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes dengan signifikan dua arah dan pemaknaan denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Dara dan Bima, objek penelitian ini adalah tanda pendidikan seks yang direpresentasikan dalam adegan, dialog, dan karakter dalam film. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Film Dua Garis Biru bercerita tentang bagaimana Dara dan Bima, dua remaja harus bertanggung jawab atas konsekuensi yang tidak mereka pikirkan sebelumnya karena melakukan seks pranikah. Film ini juga menggambarkan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mengkomunikasikan informasi tentang seks kepada anak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat gambaran tentang pendidikan seks dalam film. Sisi atau bentuk pendidikan seks ditampilkan dalam cuplikan adegan, dialog, atau karakter tokoh yang menyisipkan pentingnya mengenal pendidikan seks dan mengetahui konsekuensi dari setiap perbuatan yang berhubungan dengan seks.
