This research study aims to: (1) Know the organizational structure of the Banda Aceh City Grade Fighting Student Training Center (PPLM). ) Knowing the management of facilities and infrastructure in supporting the achievements of athletes in the Student Training Development Center (PPLM) to fight degrees in Banda Aceh City. (4) Knowing the implementation of financial management at the Student Training Development Center (PPLM) of the ranks of Banda Aceh City. (5) Knowing the implementation of training management at the Training Center for Student Training (PPLM) to fight degrees in Banda Aceh City. The research was carried out at the Center for Student Training Development (PPLM) to fight degrees in Banda Aceh City. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The unit of analysis is the Central Training Center for Student Training (PPLM) to fight degrees in the City of Banda Aceh. Data retrieval techniques through documentation study, in-depth interviews, and observation. Sources of data in this study are administrators, coaches, and athletes of the Banda Aceh City Student Training Development Center (PPLM). The results showed that: in general, the implementation of the management of the Student Training Development Center (PPLM) in Banda Aceh was generally very good.

(4) Knowing the implementation of financial management in the Center for the Training of Student Training (PPLM) fighting the Banda Aceh City degree. (5) Knowing the implementation of the management training of the Tarung College Student Training Development Center (PPLM). The study was conducted at the Central Training Center for Student Training (PPLM) fighting in the city of Banda Aceh. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The unit of analysis is the Central Training Center for Student Training (PPLM) fighting in the city of Banda Aceh. (1) Organizational Structure of the Center for Training of Students Training (PPLM) fighting in the city of Banda Aceh has been good which already has elements of the organization that continues to strive to facilitate athletes to excel. (2) The process of recruiting athletes has been carried out well because it is very selective and in accordance with the criteria / marking as determined by the standards of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia (3) The implementation of facilities and infrastructure management is not good, this is because the supporting media for PPLM athlete facilities is not yet complete and only utilize what is there. (4) The implementation of financial management has been carried out well because it is in accordance with their respective portions. (5) The implementation of training management in the Tarung College Student Training Development Center (PPLM) has been going well. Considering the allocation of funds from the APBN and ABPD which is limited to each year, so that management only maximizes in accordance with the allocation of existing funds. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Mengetahui struktur organisasi Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh (2) Mengetahui proses tahapan yang dilakukan dalam perekrutan atlet di Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh (3) Mengetahui manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam mendukung prestasi atlet Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. (4) Mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen keuangan di Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. (5) Mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen latihan Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Balai Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif. Unit analisisnya adalah Balai Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh. (1) Struktur Organisasi Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh sudah sudah baik dimana sudah memiliki unsur-unsur organisasi yang terus berupaya memfasilitasi atlet untuk berprestasi. (2) Proses perekrutan atlet sudah dilaksanakan dengan baik karena sangat selektif dan sudah sesuai dengan kriteria/ bencmarking sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh standar Kemenpora Republik Indonesia (3) Pelaksanaan manajemen sarana dan prasarana kurang baik, hal ini dikarenakan media pendukung fasilitas atlet PPLM belum lengkap sepenuhnya dan hanya memanfaatkan apa yang ada saja. (4) Pelaksanaan manajemen keuangan telah dilaksanakan dengan baik karena sudah sesuai dengan porsinya masing-masing. (5) Pelaksanaan manajemen latihan di Pusat Pembinaan Latihan Mahasiswa (PPLM) tarung derajat Kota Banda Aceh sudah berjalan dengan baik. Mengingat alokasi dana dari APBN dan ABPD yang terbatas pada setiap tahunnya, sehingga pengelolaan hanya memaksimalkan sesuai dengan alokasi dana yang ada. This study aims, firstly to reveal the values that can be developed in the subjects of social studies. both want to know the efforts that have been done by IPS MTs teachers. in implementing character education in IPS learning. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research. The research object is the teachers of IPS MTs in West Java who become participants of substantive training in increasing the competence of young teachers of IPS MTs. in Bandung Religious Training Center which took place on 06 s.d. April 17, 2017. Technique of data retrieval is done by interview, and filling in questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that; First the teachers carry out character education in IPS learning as a hidden curriculum (hidden curriculum). Both learning strategies conducted by teachers in implementing character education in IPS learning is through learning materials and activities such as disciplinary cultivation, honesty, and responsible attitude, hard work, and never give up. The purpose of this study is to analyze the local financial management supervision by the local parliament members period 2009-2014 in Puncak Jaya regency and stuff underlying onset of these conditions. The data used in this research were the primary data using the instrument as a list of questions with in-depth interviews to the research informants. The subjects were legislators of Puncak Jaya Regency period of 2009-2014 totaling 24 people. The method used were qualitative descriptive analysis.The results showed that the personal background would have less effect on the function of supervision of local financial management. The political background effect on the supervisory function of financial management at Puncak Jaya Regency legislators. The legislator knowledge about the budget effect to a good supervision of the local financial management. The legislator who have a good understanding of the local financial regulatory would easy to supervise whether the budget has been run according to predetermined objectives and to detect the occurrence of budget leaks.Keywords: Personal Background, Political Background, Legislators Knowledge about the Budget, Supervisory Function of the Local Financial Management by the Local Legislators.

This study aims to explain Indonesian language errors on signboards and banners in Magetan. The problem in this study is the mistake of using Indonesian on nameplate and banners in Magetan. The method used in the compilation of data uses a qualitative descriptive method of phenomenology. The data source in this study is a photo document that results from monitoring the use of Indonesian on signs and banners in the city of Magetan. For data retrieval techniques in this research using sampling snowball. The focus in Indonesian language error research on signboards and banners is on spelling, use of inappropriate sentences and foreign words.

Consideration of the composition of employment Indonesia today and face the challenges of free trade to meet the global competition we will analyze regional government policy in improving the Competitiveness of Human Resources (HR) in the international community, which is a case study in Kediri. This research is qualitative descriptive with case study technique. The data collection was done by using in-depth interviews, field observation and documentation. The informations processed by data condensation and analized by readiness factor of IMD Worid Talent Ranking.The results show government policies in improving Competitiveness Human Resources (HR) Kediri relatively plentiful, varied and implemented by many Local Government Unit (LGU) owned both the Provincial Government and the City Government. In the mean as well as those policies will have a positive impact relative to the increase of Competitiveness human resources in the international world.

The rapid development of the salafi movement in Indonesia is inseparable from their main approach, namely, purification and education. In the realm of education, there is a phenomenon of the emergence of various salafi schools in various regions in Indonesia, including in the city of Metro, Lampung. Two topics related to the Islamic education system in salafi pesantren and the position of women in salafi pesantren were the questions this research was based on. This research was a qualitative-descriptive study. Data collection was done by direct observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The results of the study showed that in terms of the teaching method, the salafi pesantrens in Metro city were not too different from the learning systems in other Islamic boarding schools. Meanwhile, for salafi women, Islamic boarding schools provide a special program for women they call tarbiyah al-nisa'.

Abstract One of the city government’s programs to upgrade the representation of Banda Aceh as a green city was to revitalize the open space of krueng Aceh riverbanks. However, such a work has been progressing slowly. Although some wide banks area have been processed into parks, but, some other areas especially those with narrow areas in sizes of the banks have not been upgraded. Currently, these areas, with less green, have been becoming slum where some illegal settlements occurred. In general, the area along Aceh riverbanks has not been design comprehensively, since there has insecure public accessibility, irregular park zoning, un functioned water tourism facilities, un proper waste management system, and un balanced socio-economic conditions in relation to local environmental conditions. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of green open space at the Krueng Aceh riverbanks, Banda Aceh City and formulate criteria for structuring Green Open Spaces based on Sustainable Urban Riverfront. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The research instrument used was interviews, field observations, literature studies. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner with data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study are the design recommendations for Green Open Space (GOS) that apply the principles of sustainable urban riverfront. The development of the potential of the Krueng Aceh riverbank as a green open space is expected to be a sustainable landscape and able to support the function of the area from the ecological, social, and economic aspects.

ABSTRAKTindak lanjut dari penerapan GNNT dibuat MOU (kerjasama) antara Bank Sulut dan Pemerintah Kota Manado tentang meningkatkan transaksi non tunai untuk layanan keuangan Pemerintah Kota Manado. Adapun pelaksanaan berbagai pembayaran secara transaksi non tunai diwujudkan sebagai salah satu upaya pembenahan tata kelola keuangan di Pemerintah Kota Manado yang di implementasikan oleh Walikota Kota Manado tentang pelaksanaan transaksi non tunai (transaksi non-cash). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui proses implementasi system transaksi non tunai terhadap pengelolaan keuangan daerah di Kota Manado. Kemudian mengetahui keuntungan dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses implementasi system transaksi non tunai terhadap pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah Penerapan sistem transaksi non tunai di Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Manado di terapkan secara bertahap berdasarkan Surat Edaran Menteri Dalam Negeri. Keuntungan penerapan system transaksi non tunai di Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Manado yaitu, penggunaan aliran dana seluruh transaksi dapat ditelusuri sehingga lebih akuntabel, dikarenakan seluruh transaksi didukung dengan bukti yang sah. Dalam penerapan system transaksi non tunai ada beberapa kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Manado adalah sebagi berikut sulit menerapkan system pada penerimaan retribusi. Pembuatan SPTD mengalami keterlambatan. Kata Kunci: gerakan nasional non tunai, pendapatan daerah, transaksi non tunai ABSTRACTThe follow-up to the implementation of GNNT was a MOU (cooperation) between Bank Sulut and the City Government of Manado about increasing non-cash transactions for financial services in the Manado City Government. The implementation of various payments in non-cash transactions is realized as one of the efforts to revamp financial governance in the City of Manado which is implemented by the Mayor of Manado City regarding the implementation of non-cash transactions (non-cash transactions). The purpose of this study is to know the process of implementing the non-cash transaction system for regional financial management in the city of Manado. Then find out the advantages and obstacles faced in the process of implementing a non-cash transaction system for regional financial management. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive research.  The results of the research obtained are the application of a non-cash transaction system in the Regional Revenue Office of the City of Manado which is implemented in stages based on the Circular of the Minister of Home Affairs. The advantage of applying the non-cash transaction system in the Regional Revenue Office of the City of Manado, that is, the use of the entire flow of transactions can be traced so that it is more accountable, because all transactions are supported by valid evidence. In the implementation of the non-cash transaction system there are several obstacles faced by the Regional Revenue Service of the City of Manado as follows as it is difficult to implement the system for receiving retribution. This research aims to: (1) determine the recruitment management of human resources in the PPLOP of Para-athletics in Central Java, (2) identify the facilities and infrastructures management in PPLOP of Para-athletics in Central Java, (3) find out the financial management of PPLOP of Para-athletics in Central Java, and (4) figure out the training management of PPLOP of Para-athletics in Central Java.This research was conducted at the Student Sport Education and Training Center (PPLOP) of Para-athletics in Central Java. This research applies qualitative descriptive method. The unit of analysis is the Student Sport Education and Training Center (BPPLOP). The data retrieval techniques include documentary study, in-depth interview, and observation. The data sources in this research are the administrators, trainers, and athletes of PPLOP of Para-athletics in Central Java.The results of the study show that: the implementation of the Student Sports Education and Training Center (PPLOP) of Para-athletics in Central Java is good. In PPLOP, disabled athletes already have a good organizational working structure. However, in terms of the implementation of the recruitment of athletes, the PPLOP of Para-athletics in Central Java is still lacking so that it needs a lot of evaluation and improvement. This can be seen from the small number of participants registering in this year; 6 people registered and 4 people attended the selection process and none met the expected criteria. This is due to the lack of socialization from the PPLOP manager, in this case the Dinas Pemuda Olahraga dan Pariwisata Jawa Tengah (Central Java Youth Sports and Tourism Service) to schools in the Central Java Regency/City, and the distant location of the regency/city, causing prospective participants to face difficulties in registering or obtaining appropriate information. Furthermore, children with special needs or disabilities are minority students.The facilities and infrastructure required for the event are considered adequate, fulfilling the needs of student athletes. This is due to the good planning process from the parties related to the procurement of facilities and infrastructures. However, some of the essentials are fail to be fullfiled by the organizer because the procurement of facilities and infrastructures is adjusted to the budget limit of the BPPLOP sourced from the Central Java Province APBD (Regional Government Expenditure).The implementation of financial management has run well. The good management in fulfilling the implementation of BPPLOP of Para-athletics in Central Java has proven this. Fund and financial reporting are provided by looking at the current needs. Even though some shortcomings in needs are obvious, the organizer can manage them.The implementation of the training in PPLOP of para-athletics in Central Java has run as expected. Exercise planning in the training programs has been made and coordinated well, with the collaboration between organizer and trainers in accordance with the needs of athletes.

NGOs have different characteristics compared to business organizations, the main and fundamental difference lies in the way NGOs obtain funding needed to carry out various activities. In connection with raising funds to finance the program and activities of the NGO operations, fundraising is discussion among NGOs. But the evidence indicates that most of the NGOs now have not been up to doing fundraising so the impact on the lack of availability of fund. Purpose this study was to obtain an overview of the management of NGO fundraising in support of funding and sustainability of the organization through planning, implementing fundraising strategies and managing funds to NGOs Marifad in Banda Aceh. This study was conducted with a qualitative approach where data were obtained through in-depth interviews and gathering materials related material as well as direct observation at Marifad NGOs in Banda Aceh.The results showed that fundraising activities are the backbone of the organization in exploring funding. Fundraising strategy within an organization is an analysis tool to identify potential funding sources to make sustainability and existence lembaga.LSM Marifad have built systems management agency reserve funds provided for in the financial SOP. SOP financial load on system and standard financial procedures, the goal is to build financial management mechanisms that are transparent and accountable, this is all done in an effort to increase the trust to those donors that have an impact on increasing fundraising organization. Keywords: Fundraising, Funding, Sustainability, NGO.
