The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the maritime power strategy. College students shoulder the heavy responsibility of building a maritime power, and they can get close to the ocean and appreciate the charm of the sea through participating in sailing. In recent years, with the rapid development of sailing in China, more and more colleges and universities have begun to participate in the sailing. For example, Xiamen University on behalf of China to participate in the World University Sailing Championships, and Qingdao University of Science and Technology on behalf of China to participate in the Russian St. Petersburg University Regatta. More and more sailing teams of universities went abroad to the world. In 2017, the China University Student Sailing Championship attracted more than 30 colleges and universities from all over the country. There are sailing courses in the universities that performance well in sailing races, such as Xiamen University, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Dalian Maritime University. These courses are loved by many students, and the sport is especially appealing to students who like challenges, brainstorm and enjoy good physical constitution. Sailing is a combination of intelligence and physical strength. Theory and practical teaching are both very important in teaching. If the teacher combines theory and practical teaching in the teaching process, then the students will have a more solid grasp of the learning content in the sailing course, and their learning process will be more secure.

Science and technology incubator, as an organization dedicated to serving science and technology enterprises, has many functions, such as cultivating small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises, transforming science and technology into productivity, adjusting regional and national industrial structure, promoting the development of high and new technology industries, and promoting employment. Since the emergence of the first business incubator in the United States in the 1950s, this new form of social and economic organization has been developing rapidly all over the world, and has cultivated a large number of successful enterprises, which initially made great contributions to promoting the development of the world economy. However, with the increasing number of science and technology incubators and the rapid development of science and technology enterprises, various problems in the management system and operation mode of science and technology incubators are gradually exposed, which seriously affects the sustainable development of science and technology incubators in China. In view of this, based on the analysis of the current situation of science and technology incubator management in China, this paper puts forward the construction strategy of standardized management system of science and technology incubator in order to promote the scientific development of science and technology incubator in China.

With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, its personnel training has become a major focus of professional teaching and reform in colleges and universities. It is of great practical value to study the practice teaching issues on cross-border e-commerce for application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities. Starting with the curriculum design of cross-border e-commerce specialty group in schools, this paper studies five factors influencing students' satisfaction with cross-border e-commerce practical teaching curriculum, analyses the shortcomings of current practical teaching curriculum design, and puts forward the optimization countermeasures for improving students' satisfaction with practical teaching curriculum design.

Globalization is an era marked by the rapid development of science and technology, so it can change the world fundamentally. Globalization era knows no geographical boundaries between countries are due to the limit is no longer able to stem the distribution of information that is increasingly diverse. One of the negative impacts of the globalization era is the shifting of local values (cultural) and religious values. Through globalization, various ideologies that conflict with local and religious values have affected some of mankind. Seeing the various realities, there must be concrete steps to overcome them. One is to maximize value education in schools so as to have a positive impact on the behaviour of learners inside and outside of school. The headmaster as a leader in school has a very important role. The strategy used by a headmaster in implementing values education in schools affect his level of understanding and practice. <p>So far, various problems that occur in schools are very alarming. This problem is a concern for the general public, especially for parents and teachers. The rapid development of modern science and technology has become one of the causes. The purpose of this study is to determine the formation of intellectual and spiritual intelligence through T2R innovation. In Al-Qur'an, the Ali 'Imron verses 190-191 contains the concept of the balance of human thought patterns and contemplation of the heart which is translated in the order of intellectual and spiritual intelligence. Intellectual intelligence is related to the awareness of space, something that appears, and the mastery of mathematics. Spiritual intelligence deals with and solves problems of meaning and wider values. The method used in this research is study library research (SLR) and interviews with data processing techniques in the form of descriptive analysis. The T2R innovation is designed to be a solution related to the problems that occur, namely by conducting innovation teaching orientation, ta'lim muta'allim implementation, and improving the world scientific research.</p>
