The goal of the study was to investigate the relationship between these two factors in Legal Medicine staff. Methods: This research is a descriptive-correlational study and the statistical population of this study includes the staff of Legal Medicine Organization throughout the country. Data collection instruments included two questionnaires of spiritual health and job satisfaction (JDI) and demographic information. The sample size was 321 according to the completed questionnaires. Descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation test and SPSS 16 software were used for data analysis. The significance level of the test is considered to be 5درصد. Results: Among the dimensions of job satisfaction, the highest mean was related to job satisfaction (53.50) and the lowest was related to salary satisfaction (19.72). The study found that there was a relationship between job satisfaction and spiritual health (p = 0.049, r = 0.102). Also, between spiritual attitude to creator with job satisfaction (p = 0.032, r = 0/120) and also between spiritual attitude to self with job satisfaction (p = 0.022, r = 0/128), between spiritual health with satisfaction of the supervisor (p = 0.020, r = 0.139) and there was a relationship between spiritual attitudes toward the Creator with the satisfaction of supervisors and colleagues (p = 0.035, r = 0.118 and p = 0.042, r = 0.114, respectively). Discussion and suggestions: Job satisfaction is associated with higher spiritual health as well as higher spiritual health related to job satisfaction. Paying attention to the spiritual health of staff can be helped by promoting spiritual attitudes, and this requires using up-to-date scientific spirituality training. This can be effective in planning for the promotion of spiritual health and thus improve the performance of the organization's staff.

The aim of this study is to investigate the risk taking status of the recreation department students. The universe of this study consists of students studying at the Recreation Department of the Faculty of Sport Sciences of Fırat University. The sampling on the other hand consists of 130 people who were randomly selected from the Recreation department. The risk taking scale was applied to 130 individuals studying the recreation department and the results obtained were evaluated in the SPSS 22 analysis program. The "Risk Taking Scale", which was first prepared by Weber, Blais and Betz in 2002 and measures individuals' risk taking in terms of moral, social, health, entertainment and financial aspects, was used in the study. The scale was shortened by Weber and Blais in 2006. The scale used in 2006 was used in our study. The reliability value (Cronbach's Alpha Value) in the study is .83. It is measured how much risk individuals are willing to take in five fields specified, according to the scale. After obtaining the research data, SPSS 22.0 statistics package program was used. In the analysis of the data, first of all, whether the data showed normal distribution was examined by Kolmogorov Smirnov test. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that the data showed normal distribution. Frequency %, Independent Samples T Test and One Way Anova Tests were used to evaluate the data of the study. The significance level was determined as P < 0.05 in the analysis. As a result, it was seen in our study that the values of the students studying in the recreation department were above average. In this study conducted on recreation students, it was found that there was no significant difference in terms of risk taking situations. It has been observed that there is not much research done on risk taking in our country. Most of the studies conducted were in the scope of adolescents. There has been scarcely any research, especially on sports and risk taking. For this reason, it is recommended to carry out comprehensive studies on sports and risk.

According to data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia 2018, smoking based on age ≥10 years is mostly in West Java Province with a frequency every day and sometimes as much as 32%. The average number of cigarettes smoked was 28.8% (equivalent to two packs of cigarettes). Men who smoke were found to have lower mean levels of psychological well-being than men who don't smoke. Purpose: This study aims to compare the psychological well-being of smokers and non-smokers in Salatiga. Methods: the research used is a comparative descriptive quantitative study using a questionnaire: Psychological Welfare Scale, the data is managed using the t-test analysis technique. Results: a comparative test of every aspect of psychological well-being, showed that the t values of 1.018 *, 0.584 *, 1.930 *, 0.177 * and 0.874 * were greater than the significance level of 0.05. This shows that there is no significant difference in the aspects of physical, social, emotional and spiritual well-being for non-smoker and smoker respondents.

The possible relationships among creativity, intelligence, and self actualization were examined in 208 high school students to determine whether or not consistent self actualization scores existed for subjects high in the first two variables. Students high in both creativity and intelligence had significantly higher scores in self actualization than those obtained by students high in either creativity or intelligence. No significant difference in self actualization was found between students high in creativity only and those high in intelligence only. The results were interpreted as indicating that educational systems should stress both intellectual and creative abilities to achieve the highest level of psychological well being in students.
