This study aimed to identify the level of career deviation commonness among school’s principals from the point view of teachers in Tulkarem governorate, as well as recognizing that commonness according to the gender, qualifications and practical experience variables. The results of the study showed that the teachers' estimates of the prevalence of career deviation among the principals of the public schools in Tulkarm governorate were medium, the results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample estimates of the functional deviation due to the variables (gender, academic qualification, years of experience). Based on the previous results a number of recommendations were proposed, the most important of them were: To enhance and promote the culture of commitment among principals.

    This study aimed to: Identify the leadership style prevailing among public school principals in Hail from the teachers ’point of view, and to reveal the statistical significance of the differences in the estimates of the study sample individuals of the leadership style prevailing among school principals, which may due to variables of (educational stage, number of years of experience, and specialization). The researcher used the descriptive method, and prepared a questionnaire consisting of (24) statements distributed to (3) dimensions, which are: Democratic style, authoritarian style and chaotic style. The current study population included all the teachers of public education schools in Hail, who numbered (9390) teachers. The questionnaire was applied to a random sample of (296) teachers. The study found a set of results, the most important of which are: The prevailing leadership style among school principals is the democratic style, followed by the authoritarian style, and then the chaotic style. Where the democratic style obtained a mean (4.18) and a high degree of approval from the study sample, while the domineering style obtained a mean (1.83) and a low degree of approval from the study sample, and the chaotic style obtained an average (1.73) and a low degree of approval. The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the degree of the study sample’s estimates of the leadership style prevailing among school principals due to the variable of years of experience, while there are no statistically significant differences in the degree of the study sample’s estimates of the leadership style prevailing among school principals due to the variables of the educational stage or specialization. In light of these results, the researcher recommended organizing training courses for school principals to enlighten them about the modern trends in educational leadership, and urged school principals to follow the democratic style of administration.

This study aimed to know the administrative and educational problems facing integrating people with special needs in basic government schools in Tulkarm Governorate from the viewpoint of teachers and managers, and to know the impact of the study variables (gender, educational qualification, years of experience) on administrative and educational problems facing integration of people with special needs In the basic public schools in Tulkarm Governorate from the point of view of teachers and administrators, and to this end the descriptive approach has been used And designing a questionnaire consisting of (20) paragraphs, distributed on a random stratified sample of (60) teachers and administrators in the basic government schools in Tulkarm Governorate: The study reached the following results: that the total degree of administrative and educational problems facing the integration of people with special needs in Basic public schools in Tulkarm Governorate have an average of (3.86 out of 5), and at the level of fields; the field of administrative problems got (3.87) and the field of educational problems got an average of (3.85) and all of them are verbal (large), and that there are no statistically significant differences for the problems Administrative and educational facing the integration of people with disabilities The special needs in the basic government schools in Tulkarm Governorate from the viewpoint of teachers and administrators are attributed to the study variables (gender, educational qualification, years of experience) Based on the results, the study recommended the need for special places to play for people with special needs, and to find treatment programs in the event of problems for those with special needs.

The study aimed to identify the role of extracurricular activities in psychological resilience development among students in basic grades in private schools from the point of view of their teachers in the capital city of Amman, as well as to find out of differences between estimations means of primary grades teachers contribution extent of extracurricular activities in psychological resilience development due to (Gender, academic qualification, and years of experience). In order to achieve study objectives, descriptive analytical methodology was used. The research also used psychological resilience scale. The research sample consisted of 273 male and female students. In order to answer the research questions, different statistical techniques were used through the (SPSS), Social Packaging Statistical System. The research concluded that there is a role of extra-curricular activities in psychological resilience level with a mean(2.33 out 3 ). The research results indicated that there are no differences in extra-curricular activities roles in the role of extra-curricular activities in the physical resilience to gender. The results also indicated that there differences in extra-curricular activities role in psychological resilience, due to variables (educational level, gender, years of experience, and age). The study recommended a set of recommendations.

This study aimed to identify the impact of school principals' practice of re-engineering administrative processes on achieving quality assurance standards from the point of view of educational supervisors in the Kasbah Brigade. A survey method was used. The sample consisted of (42) supervisors. The results of the study showed that the degree of practitioners of public schools to re-engineering administrative processes from the point of view of educational supervisors in the Kasbah Brigade was high. Furthermore, the degree of achieving the quality assurance standards from the point of view of the educational supervisors in the Kasbah Brigade was moderate. The study recommended that the principal should pay attention to continuously improve the administrative processes in all its aspects and devise new ways to manage the school and perform its various tasks.

The study aimed at identifying the degree of applying the visual management strategies and the obstacles of applying them in the public universities in Riyadh region in light of the vision of the Kingdom in 2030. In addition, it aimed at identifying the statistical significance differences on the implementation of the visual management strategies from the point of view of department heads according to the variables of gender, Years of service). The researcher followed the descriptive approach. The study community is composed of all department directors at the public universities in Riyadh, specifically King Saud University, Princess Norah Bint Abdul Rahman University, and Saudi Electronic University. The sample of the study was limited to a randomly selected sample of 137 department heads in the public universities under study. The tool consisted of a two-pronged questionnaire, namely the degree of application of the visual management strategies. It includes three sub-axes (rules of operation, disinfection, and elimination of waste), the second axis: obstacles to the implementation of visual management strategies. The results of the study came out with a number of results, the most important of which were: After the implementation of the business rules strategy, a total average of (3.74 of 5) was achieved with a grade of (large), followed by the clearance strategy with an average of (3.61 of 5) (3.53). The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences between the respondents' responses to the implementation of the visual management strategies of the heads of departments In the universities in question are due to the variables (gender, female favor, In addition to the number of years of experience and for the benefit of their experience 5 years than less. In addition, there were statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members on the obstacles of visual administration in the heads of departments at King Saud University, Princess Nora University, In the Riyadh region in view of the vision of the Kingdom in 2030 due to the gender variable. And for the benefit of males. There were no statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members on the obstacles of visual administration in the heads of departments due to the variable (years of experience, qualification). In the light of the results, a set of recommendations and proposals were presented to activate the implementation of the visual management strategies in the public universities in Riyadh and other Saudi universities in light of the vision of the Kingdom in 2030.

The goal of the research is to know the extent to which math teachers use e-learning innovations and its relationship to their creative thinking. The researcher followed the descriptive approach, and to achieve the objectives of the research ,she designed two research tools, which are a questionnaire included (24) paragraphs, and calculated its sincerity and stability, and the second used the Silver Image Torrance test (a) to measure the skills of creative thinking (flexibility, fluency, authenticity) and then applied to the research sample of (100) mathematician teachers (58 males and 42 females) working in the public schools in Thi Qar province. The results of the survey were properly processed using statistics, and the following results were achieved: the results showed the extent to which e-learning was used in mathematics teaching from the point of view of mathematics teachers, and its overall importance, and the phrases that received the highest percentage of respondents were the phrase (22) [e-learning helps to convey the impact of learning], with a 93.3% percentage of sample responses on the search tool, while (8) [e-learning helps with the content of continuous learning] has a percentage of the sample responses. The results also showed the positive relationship between the use of e-learning innovations and creative thinking.

This Study aimed to identify The Reality of Implementing E-Management In Light of Knowledge Management Operation from Principals Point of view at Al-Zarqa First Directorate, and to determine the effect of variables (sex, and years of experience), the researcher used the Descriptive approaches, to collect data Questioner used which consisted from (34) paragraph , study population consisted of all principal in Al- first Zarqa directorate (152) Female and male, the sample consist from (59) Female and (49) male, chosen randomly, the result of SPSS analysis shown that the level of Implementing E-Management In Light of Knowledge Management Operation from Principals Point of view at Al-Zarqa First Directorate was very high with total average (4.25 out of 5) and at the level of dimensions The knowledge acquisition dimension attained the highest average (4.83), then the knowledge storage dimension with an average (4.43), the third after knowledge generation with an average (4.25), all of which were rated (very high), and the fourth after knowledge transfer with an average (4.11), and the fifth after knowledge application with an average (4.10). The knowledge-sharing dimension has an average of (3.81), and the last three are (high). The finding also showed there was no statistically significant differences at (α≤0.05) refer to principal sex (male and female) in addition there were statistically significant differences between the principals years of experience in favor of (10 years and more). Based on the results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations and proposals, to enhance the reality of applying electronic management in light of knowledge management processes in public schools in Zarqa, the whole of the Kingdom and the Arab countries.

Despite the fact that establishing a culture of teamwork among students is one of the most important functions and duties of the school, very few studies have addressed this issue in Saudi Arabia. This study investigates the role of all-female schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in promoting a culture of teamwork among its students from the point of view of teachers. The study followed the descriptive- analytical approach: a random sample of teacher participants were selected to represent the public school community. A questionnaire was distributed among all teacher participants for data collection, and the SPSS software was used to analyze the data. The study’s results revealed that all areas regarding the culture of teamwork received high approval ratings. Further, the study recommends involving teachers and students in drafting the school's vision by providing all means of communication between departments, especially electronic platforms, including recognition of outstanding teamwork. The study aimed at identifying the attitudes of Jordanian female kindergarten teachers towards children's libraries. It also aimed at identifying whether there is any statistically significant difference – at the statistical significance level of (a ≤ 0.05) - between respondents’ attitudes which can be attributed to their years of experience or academic qualifications. The sample consisted of (161) out of 167 (96.4%), female kindergarten teachers in the public schools located in Karak Governorate, Jordan. A questionnaire was used for collecting data. Several statistical methods were used. It was found that Jordanian female kindergarten teachers in Karak Governorate have moderate attitudes towards children's libraries. It was also found that there is a statistically significant difference - at the statistical significance level of (a ≤ 0.05) between the respondents’ attitudes towards children's libraries which can be attributed to their years of experience and academic qualification. The study recommended that more attention should be paid to achieve the goals of the Child's Library. She also recommended the need to improve the reality of the libraries, and continue to provide them with the latest sources of information allocated to children by different age groups of childhood, and secure qualified teacher/ librarians.

The aim of the study is to reveal the degree of interest of the school administration to talented students from the head masters' point of view in public schools in the directorate of Marka in Amman- Jordan. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and developed (Tnyra) scale (2016) to match the current study. The results showed the degree of interest of school administration to talented students was positive average degree and indicated that there were statically significant differences in the degree of interest of the school administration to talented students in public schools because of the sex variable and to the female. The absence of individual differences of statically significance in the degree of interest of the school administration to talented students in public schools because of the variable of scientific qualifications. According to this study the researcher presented a set of recommendations, as: supply the public schools by teaching tools to help teachers in a achieving talents students goals, and implementation of awareness programs for school administrations with the aim of focusing on supporting talented students and encouraging them to participate in active school activities in the outside community, also giving school management material and moral incentives for talented and creative students in the areas of school outside and inside activities.
