In 1999-2001 the effect of sowing method and plant density on the sanitary state of three cultivars of yellow lupine protected with fungicides against diseases was investigated. In spring of 2000 the seedlings on the experimental fields generally withered, which was most likely caused by the applied herbicide, however in 1999 and 2001 seedling black leg (complex of fungi) was reported. The plants germinating from the seeds sown in points were clearly less attacked by pathogens evoking seedling black leg than those sown in rows. The most serious disease of yellow lupine was antracnose (<i>Colletotrichum gloeosporioides</i>). It occurred in all experimental years and its intensity increased during vegetation period. Cultivars of lupine used to the experiment were attacked by <i>Colletotrichum gloeosporioides</i> in a different degree, however, the injury index was mainly determined by weather conditions and the lupine development phase. The applied fungicides significantly limited the development of lupine antracnose. The effect of sowing method and varied plant density on disease intensity was varied.

The object of the experiment were seeds of two traditional cultivars of yellow lupin (Juno and Amulet) cultivated in 1999 in two crop-rotation with 20% and 33% yellow lupine contribution. The quantitative and qualitative composition of the fungal community colonizing the seeds were determined in the laboratory conditions after 0.5-, 1.5- and 2.5-year of storage time. In total 1077 fungal colonies were isolated from the lupin seeds. Fungi representing the species of <i>Penicillium</i> - 29.3%, <i>Alternaria alternata</i> - 26.7% and <i>Rhizopus nigricans</i> - 12.7% were isolated most widely. Among the fungi pathogenic to lupin, the species of <i>Colletotrichum gloeosporioides</i> (16.3% isolates) was dominant. The crop rotation with 20% lupin reduced the number of fungal colonies colonizing the seeds including the pathogens from the species of <i>C. gloeosporioides</i>. Seed disinfection decreased the total number of fungal colonies isolated from both cultivars. Higher number of <i>C. gloeosporioides</i> isolates was found in the combination with disinfected seeds. More fungal colonies were obtained from seeds of cv. Amulet than from those of cv. Juno. The storage duration had an effect on the population and the composition of species of fungi isolated from seeds of yellow lupine. With longer storage population of <i>Penicillium</i> spp. and <i>Rhizopus</i> spp. increased, whereas the population of <i>C. gloeosporioides</i> decreased.

Between 2011 and 2015, a two-factor field experiment on yellow lupine was conducted in Gorzyń, Poland (52°34'07''N, 15°54'33''E). The first-order factor was the farming technology: low-input (LI; without fertilization and chemical protection); medium-input (MI; medium level of fertilization and chemical protection) and high-input (CONV; high level of fertilization and chemical protection). The second-order factor was the cultivar (indeterminate cv. Mister and determinate cv. Perkoz). The research assessed the productive and economic effects of two yellow lupine cultivars grown in different farming systems. The weather conditions significantly influenced the yield in consecutive years of the research. A change from the LI farming system to the MI and CONV systems increased the seed yield by 13.1% and 22.0%, respectively. The research also showed differences in the yield of the cultivars under study. The indeterminate cv. Mister yielded more seeds than the determinate cv. Perkoz (1.95 t/ha vs 1.81 t/ha). The research also showed that when the EU subsidies were added, the value of production increased along with the cultivation intensity. However, an increase in the outlay on industrial means of production in higher-intensity technologies caused a decrease in the gross agricultural income value.

Current situation and agricultural management on the non-black earth area of Russia arebeing gradually worsen by the negative natural factors such as a significant increase of weather based climatic abnormal risks, deterioration of agro-meliorative conditions of agricultural lands because of colonization by tree and shrubbery vegetation and secondary bog formation, hidden degradation of soil fertility. When combined with functional loss of ameliorative complex and meliorative systems amortization, regional agriculture adaptation possibilities were rapidly limited. Production shortfall due no abnormal weather conditions for particular field crops was 19…48% during last five years, level of business realization of bioclimatic potential on a field was decreased by 7…12%.The complete realization of regional agricultural adaptive potential to weather based climatic changes and limitation of greenhouse gases emissions is possible on a basis of regeneration ofalll functions and aspects of ameliorative complex management. Toward this goal the coordinated actions of federal and regional management of Agricultural Complex, Scientific and Educational institutions, project foundations and managers are needed in a relation to human resources, scientific and regulatory supply. Any incomplete treatment in these fields inherent in visual negative consequences for food security and social economic development of rural areas of non-black earth zones not only at the current historical moment, but in a future also. Fundamental influence of solving of these problems deserves to scientific supply of innovative ameliorative complex, renewal of which should be based on principals of resources and energy preservation, nature management, computerization and digitalization management. During a long term research it was established that increase of average vegetation period temperature by lоСhas increased productivity of winter wheat, barley and summer wheat in average on 0,7 tons per ha, winter wheat and oat on 0,4 tons per ha, potatoes – 8,2 tons per ha, edible roots-6,4 tons per ha, cabbage 9,8 tons per ha, dry basis of herbage of multi and one age grasses–0,5 and 0,7 tons per ha. Increase of СО2 Concentration from 0,35 to 0,45% during last twenty years contributed into grow of yield in regional agriculture which can be estimated as 0,3 tons per ha per measure; searching remedy for agroclimatical risks decreasing production became drainage and irrigation systems (decrease 3…5 times);new method of reclamation of abandoned areas with transformation of biomass of tree and shrubbery vegetation into biochar makes it possible to decrease СО2 emissions up to times and get an adverse balance of СО2;secondary reclamation of lands covered by trees and shrubbery on area of 22ha used for vegetables and area of 37ha used for forage crops could supply a farmer with work and revenue sufficient for maintenance of one child what is on the major facts of population declaim in rural areas.

Data of long-term researches (2015–2018) in southern forest-steppe zone of the Republic of Bashkortostan, is justified theoretically and experimentally the mode of irrigation of potatoes on leached chernozems of unsatisfactory, satisfactory and good ameliorative condition of irrigated lands. For the growing periods of potatoes with different heat and moisture supply, the number of watering, the timing of their implementation, irrigation and irrigation norms are established. On lands with unsatisfactory meliorative state the number of irrigation depending on weather conditions of potato vegetation period varied from 0 to 3 (1.5 on average) with average irrigation norm – 990 m3/ha. With satisfactory meliorative state of lands the number of irrigation on average increased from 0 to 4 (2.3 on average) with irrigation norm – 1305 m3/ha. On lands with good meliorative state the number of irrigation was the highest – from 1 to 5 (3 on average) with average irrigation irrigation norm is 1653 m3/ha. It was noted that in the dry periods of potato vegetation the greatest number of watering was carried out (3–5 watering), and in the wet periods (2017) watering was not carried out except for the area with a good reclamation state, where only one irrigation was carried out by the norm of 550 m3/ha. Water consumption of potato was studied in dynamics as a whole during the growing season and the months of the growing season depending on weather conditions of vegetation period and land reclamation condition of irrigated lands, as well as in the control (without irrigation). The lowest total water consumption was in the area without irrigation and averaged 226.8 mm. In irrigated areas, its values increased to 319-353.4 mm. The average daily water consumption varied from 2.12 to 3.3 mm. The highest rates of potato water consumption were observed in June and July, and the lowest – in May and August. In the total water consumption of potatoes on the site without irrigation, the largest share was occupied by atmospheric precipitation and in addition to them the arrival of moisture from the soil. Irrigation water was used in irrigated areas along with precipitation, the share of which was 30.2–46.1 %.

The dry matter and moisture contents of the aboveground vegetative organs and kernels of four maize hybrids were studied in Martonvásár at five harvest dates, with four replications per hybrid. The dry matter yield per hectare of the kernels and other plant organs were investigated in order to obtain data on the optimum date of harvest for the purposes of biogas and silage production. It was found that the dry mass of the aboveground vegetative organs, both individually and in total, did not increase after silking. During the last third of the ripening period, however, a significant reduction in the dry matter content was sometimes observed as a function of the length of the vegetation period. The data suggest that, with the exception of extreme weather conditions or an extremely long vegetation period, the maximum dry matter yield could be expected to range from 22–42%, depending on the vegetation period of the variety. The harvest date should be chosen to give a kernel moisture content of above 35% for biogas production and below 35% for silage production. In this phenophase most varieties mature when the stalks are still green, so it is unlikely that transport costs can be reduced by waiting for the vegetative mass to dry.

Fusarium head blight (FHB) is a serious disease of wheat and barley that not only lowers yield but also contaminates the grain with associated mycotoxins such as deoxynivalenol (DON). Chemical control options for FHB and DON include application of triazole fungicides at the anthesis or flowering stage. This presents practical challenges for growers in managing FHB, as the appropriate timing window typically lasts only 3 to 4 days. If this small window is missed, due to weather conditions or technical problems, fungicide application is less effective in controlling FHB and DON. The present work was conducted over 2 years (2019 and 2020) to test the efficacy of a new fungicide (pydiflumetofen + propiconazole) from Syngenta labeled as Miravis Ace in controlling FHB and DON content at 50% head emergence (Feekes 10.3), anthesis (Feekes 10.5.1), and end of flowering (Feekes 10.5.3) stages. Prosaro 421 SC, a standard FHB control triazole fungicide, was used at all three stages for comparison with the test fungicide. Miravis Ace application at 50% head emergence provided significant control over the nontreated check for FHB incidence (2020), FHB severity (2019), and DON content (2019) with control efficacies as high as 51, 69, and 52%, respectively. However, mean control percentages relative to the check were highest with Miravis Ace at anthesis in both 2019 and 2020 for all the FHB parameters. In conclusion, 50% head emergence provides statistically significant control on FHB and DON, but anthesis was the most effective application stage for Miravis Ace.

The ontogenetic properties of moesian beech seedlings were analysed in the first vegetation growth period at identical sites, but in different stand conditions based on the divergent values of unique and complex biological characteristics. The seedlings were formed on the deluvium at the site of montane beech forests (Fagetum moesiacae montanum typicum Jov. 1976) on deep eutric brown soil. The terrain is gently sloped, exposure east-southeast, altitude about 470 m The seedlings from the completely closed part of the stand are the phenotype of the sciomorphic structural form. Their above-ground shoots usually consist of: hypocotyl, cotyledons (or their scars), above-cotyledon internode-epicotyl, a weak (leafless, as a rule), sylleptically formed "above-epicotyl axis", two opposite, primary, leaves and vegetative buds, large terminal and undeveloped in the axyl cotyledons and primary leaves Compared to the conditions in the closed canopy, seedlings on the felling area differ in some biological properties and form a different phenotype In the different environment conditions, the greater significance of differences between identical biological properties is expressed according to the order of their origin. The most expressed differences occur in the development of the "above-epicotyl axis". In the juvenile stage of ontogeny, in the conditions of more illuminated felling area, Moesian beech can form shoots with shortened or incomplete cycle of morphogenesis and thus it is ontogenetically adapted to site and weather conditions More intensive growth of the "above-epicotyl axis" of the seedlings on the felling area conditioned the averagely higher seedlings at the end of the first vegetation growth period, more numerous assimilation apparatus, larger diameter root collar, larger diameter of hypocotyl and epicotyl parts. The range between average effects of growth in closed stands and in felling area points to the development potentials of beech depending on the factors of ecological nature, which can be controlled, to some extent, by silvicultural measures.

Of the analysis of the soil and clime conditions that are characteristic for the ash deposits as well as from the observations on the behavior of an enriched array of species, on these terrains there was observed the possibility of obtaining good results with the peanuts crop on the terrains covered by powerplant ash. There was chosen the Arachis hypogaea L. due to its capacity to capitalize the ash covered terrains, as well as by protecting by its vegetal mass a long time period of the vegetation period, decreasing the ash drift and the reduction of the environment pollution that is near the ash deposits. In supporting this species there was considered the thermic favorable regime of the zone, the high sunshine, the light texture, high water permeability of the deposited material, the plant density to the surface unit and the covering degree of the terrain by vegetal mass, that are favorable features in controlling the ash drift and environment pollution.

The paper present the results of 26 variants of weed control in maize (grouped in 6 distinctly strategies) which were tested in 2010 agricultural year in a one factorial stationary experiment. Three of the strategies were based on post emergence weed control methods, two of them – on pre-emergent weed control method and one of them – based on both methods. The main goal was establishing an optimal network weeds control in maize crop. Maize weed in Luduş area increased, due to weed seeds reserve in the arable stratum and weather conditions, which allow weeds to grow alternatively, and because of the development of problem-causing species during the maize vegetation period, when no tilling is performed.
