Consequently, the promotion of healthy relationships in this group is considered essential, so that dating violence can be prevented. Even so, after analyzing the current state of the matter about this issue, it is observed that the use of violence does not usually arise spontaneously. In fact, an aspect related to the invisibility of dating violence translates into the idealization that this group makes of violent behavior, rooted in "romantic love", downplaying the abuse. Through these studies, it is insisted that educational training in this subject positively favors interpersonal relationships. That is why, the aims of this work are, first, to analyze the current state of the issue of prevention and intervention in dating violence, to subsequently develop a psycho-pedagogical proposal around the guidelines of the latest studies. To do this, first, the literature on the subject we are dealing with is reviewed. Subsequently, the aims, design, participants, instruments, methodology, activities and evaluation that constitute this approach to prevention and intervention are specified. In conclusion, a prospective of this line of research is presented, summarizing the contributions and improvements that it entails in the field of dating violence within the educational community.

This chapter introduces a music therapy treatment manual for depressed young people with an emphasis on emotion regulation that is descriptively explained using illustrative examples. A short overview on the current state of research and on treatment approaches for children and adolescents with depression is provided. Recent research that supports the hypothesis of depression mainly being a disorder of emotion regulation involving severe mood disturbances is described. Furthermore, a strong association between music processing and emotion regulation is identified. Since listening to music and associated activities are of major importance to young people, a treatment manual tailored to integrating findings from current music therapy practice and research was developed. The focus of the manual is mainly on stabilization, improvement of emotion regulation, and working on interpersonal relationships, integrating interventions such as playlist creation, improvisation, songwriting, and mindful music listening.

Introduction. The article is based on the results of a sociological study. The relevance of the research is based on the fact that building interpersonal relationships in the field of premarital behavior is one of the priorities for young people. The result of these relationships is the formation of their own vision, opinion and position in relation to the creation of a family and marriage. Marriage attitudes are formed in young people under the influence of socio-cultural factors that have to be faced both by an individual and by young people of a particular society. The purpose of the article is to study the opinions and needs of young people regarding the of legal marriage, to analyze the socio-cultural factors, which are the most important for the formation of marriage trends. Materials and Methods. The theoretical and methodological basis of the work is represented by a set of concepts and theoretical approaches in accordance with the subject and the problem of the article. It required reference to the methodological tools of family sociology, psychology, pedagogy, cultural studies, youth sociology, and demography. General research methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, interpretation, system method, and secondary analysis of empirical data were used. The authors’ empirical research was conducted using the questionnaire method. Results and Discussion. The authors conducted a survey of young people in Saransk. A total of 300 people were interviewed. The object of the study is young people aged 18 to 35 y.o., the subject is socio-cultural factors that influence the development of their marriage tendencies. The article empirically substantiates the main issues hindering youth from a legal marriage, analyzes the factors important for the life of the youth in Saransk in terms of their positive or negative impact on legal marriage. It also reveals the influence of national factors on trends in marriages among young people. Conclusion. The article empirically proves that the key socio-cultural factors that determine the marriage trends among the modern youth in Mordovia are both internal (the presence/absence of a suitable candidate for the role of a spouse, mutual love) and external (the absence/availability of separate housing, education, work, nationality) factors. In general, modern young people are very consistent in their position regarding marriage. The influence of the national factor is most significantly traced in issues related to the socio-cultural and moral aspects of premarital behavior. The novelty of the article is based on conceptual and empirical analysis of the influence of socio-cultural factors, including the national factor, opinions of young people in relation to legal marriage.

The book under review is a compilation of the author's articles and lectures that highlight the prominent developments in the literature on the subject of Islamic banking and inform the reader of the current state of debate on it. One of the earliest and main contributors to this topic is the author himself. The focus of this review will mainly be on "Economics of Profit-Sharing", which is the title of the fourth chapter of the book and is among his latest contributions. This chapter is a significant contribution as it is the first attempt to formalise the concept of profit sharing into an analytical model and, therefore, demands closer scrutiny. However, in the remaining chapters of the book, the author has drawn attention to some of the fine points made in the literature on this topic. Since some of these points appear to be controversial to me, I will briefly discuss them before moving on to the analytical chapter of the book.

Resilience is critical among survivors of trafficking as they are mostly vulnerable populations who face multiple adversities before, during, and after trafficking. However, resilience in survivors of trafficking is understudied. This scoping review aims to clarify the current state of knowledge, focusing on definitions of resilience, how resilience has been studied, and factors associated with resilience among survivors. Five databases were searched using key words related to trafficking and resilience. Studies were included if they were published in English between 2000 and 2019 and focused on resilience with the study design including at least one of these four features: (a) use of standardized measures of resilience, (b) qualitative descriptions of resilience, (c) participants were survivors or professionals serving survivors, and (d) data sources such as case files or program manuals directly pertained to survivors. Eighteen studies were identified. Findings indicated that resilience was primarily described as emergent from interactions between the survivor and the environment. Resilience in trafficking appeared largely similar to resilience in other kinds of victimization. Nonetheless, trafficking survivors also may display resilience in alternative ways such as refusing treatment. Positive interpersonal relationships were the most commonly mentioned resilience factor. In addition, current research lacks studies featuring longitudinal designs, interventions, participatory methods, types of trafficking other than sexual trafficking, and demographic characteristics such as age, gender, and national origin. Future research needs to establish definitions and measures of resilience that are culturally and contextually relevant to survivors and build knowledge necessary for designing and evaluating resilience-enhancing interventions.

AbstractThis article contains a comparative study of heuristic textual practices in various scientific disciplines. By this we mean formulation practices with which new knowledge is generated in institutionally influenced routines and connected to existing knowledge, e. g. ‚highlighting the relevance of a research topic‘, ‚defining a concept‘ or ‚supporting a statement argumentatively‘.The aim is to find out to what extent such textual practices occur in different scientific disciplines, how they are distributed and combined. Furthermore, we study the effects domain-specific contexts have on heuristic textual practices. The data basis of our study is a corpus of 65 dissertations from the 13 different faculties of the TU Darmstadt. In the pilot study we report here, we examined the introductory chapters of the dissertations. Methodologically, it is an annotation study: Based on the current state of research on the subject, we have derived a basic annotation scheme, which we have developed and refined in a collaborative process of guideline creation. Our study affiliates on socio-pragmatic research on text production and formulation routines in the sciences. It is theoretically informed by the philosophy of science research on heuristics, methodically we make a contribution to the scientific debate on collaborative annotation procedures.

The article considers issue of the connections between Teodor Parnicki, the Polish author of historical novels, and Russia. His attitude has its origins in biographical experiences. Knowledge of Russian culture is evident especially in the early work of Parnicki, and above all – in literary criticism of the interwar period. Careful reading shows that the sketches and reviews are a conservative critical project, the subject of which is Soviet social and cultural policy and communism in general. This article also complements the current state of research (who did not address this issue), while being a contribution to further research.
