Las organizaciones están implementado acciones para la mejora de la salud y calidad de vida de sus empleados. Este hecho repercute por tanto en las empresas y en sus empleados, caracterizándose éstos últimos por disponer de cinco fortalezas como el engagement, la resiliencia, la autoeficacia, el optimismo y la esperanza. El cuestionario del empleado saludable mide ocho dimensiones, por lo que el objetivo del trabajo es validar el instrumento reduciendo el constructo del empleado saludable de ocho dimensiones a cinco dimensiones y constatar la fiabilidad del mismo como medio de evaluación del empleado saludable. 287 empleado (208 hombres y 79 mujeres) de edades comprendidas entre 20-59 años participaron en este estudio. Se analizó el ajuste de los modelos de cinco y ocho dimensiones mediante un Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio (AFC), utilizando el método de estimación de Máxima Verosimilitud Robusto. Los índices incrementales (CFI y NNFI) y el absoluto SRMR mostraron un buen ajuste en ambos modelos al ser superiores a ,90 e inferior a ,08 respectivamente. En cuanto a la comparación de modelos se observa un aumento significativo del estadístico de contraste Chi Cuadrado de Satorra-Bentler en el modelo de cinco frente al de ocho dimensiones, aunque la reducción del CFI en el modelo de cinco dimensiones no superó el criterio de ,01, lo que permitió considerar ambos modelos como similares en cuanto a ajuste. Ambos modelos mostraron resultados satisfactorios en cuanto al ajuste, este hecho confirma el uso del cuestionario del empleado saludable de ocho dimensiones a cinco dimensiones. Organizations are implementing actions to improve the health and quality of life of employees, this fact affects the companies and their employees, the latter being characterized by having five strengths such as engagement, resilience, Self-efficacy, optimism and hope. The questionnaire of the healthy employee measures eight dimensions, so the objective of the work is to validate the instrument by reducing the construct of the healthy employee from eight dimensions to five dimensions and to verify its reliability as a means of evaluating the healthy employee. 287 employees (ages 20-59 years) participated in this study. The adjustment of the five and eight-dimensional models was analyzed by means of a Confirmatory Factorial Analysis (CFA), using the method of estimation of Maximum Robust Likelihood. The incremental indices (CFI and NNFI) and the absolute SRMR showed a good fit in both models, being higher than, 90 and lower than, respectively. Regarding the comparison of models, a significant increase was observed in the Satorra-Bentler Chi Square contrast statistic in the five model compared to the eight dimension model, although the reduction of the CFI in the five-dimensional model did not exceed the criterion of, 01, which allowed to consider both models as similar in terms of adjustment. Both models showed satisfactory results in terms of adjustment, this fact confirms the use of the healthy employee questionnaire from eight dimensions to five dimensions.

RESUMOObjetivo: avaliar a percepção dos enfermeiros sobre cuidado paliativo antes e depois de uma intervenção. Método: estudo quantitativo, quase experimental, desenvolvido nas unidades de um hospital de atenção secundária. O instrumento de coleta de dados foi adaptado de um estudo realizado com anestesiologistas, esses foram analisados no programa Excel e organizados em tabelas, sendo aplicado o teste estatístico de qui-quadrado de Pearson, com tabelas que apresentam os valores obtidos dentro de categorias distintas, mas que eram relacionáveis. Foi calculada, também, a proporção das diferenças entre as respostas do pré-teste e pós-teste, sendo considerados significantes os resultados com p<0,05. Resultados: houve predominância dos profissionais antes da intervenção que escolheram a expressão Morte Digna para designar cuidado paliativo (72,9%). Após a intervenção, os profissionais escolheram a expressão Qualidade de Vida (55,9%). Conclusão: a percepção dos enfermeiros acerca dos cuidados paliativos foi deficiente. Esse fato esteve associado à deficiência na formação técnico-científica ainda na graduação. A intervenção realizada promoveu melhoria da compreensão de conceitos relacionados ao cuidado paliativo colaborando para a assistência diferenciada e promotora da qualidade de vida dos profissionais. <p>Self efficacy is an important factor to improve the quality of life of Schizophrenia caregivers. A caregiver’s quality of life affects treatment process which is an important key in curing Schizophrenia patient. This research aims to investigate the relation of self-efficacy to the quality of life.  This is a quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The research was conducted in the working area of <em>Puskesmas Godean I</em>, i.e. <em>Desa Sidoluhur, Desa Sidoagung, Desa Sidomulyo, </em>and <em>Desa Sidomoyo </em>on August 1 to September 15, 2018. There were 47 participants chosen using consecutive sampling technique. The dependent variable is the quality of life of Schizophrenia caregivers. Meanwhile, the independent variable is self-efficacy. Both variables were measured through questionnaire. The quantitative data was analyzed using chi square test. The characteristics of the research subjects are: female, middle aged, married, low-income earners, senior high school graduates, and have caring experience of more than 5 years. It is found that the self-efficacy of schizophrenia caregivers is in ‘strong’ category. There is a significant relation between the self-efficacy of Schizophrenia caregivers and their quality of life. The quality of life of<strong> </strong>Schizophrenia caregivers is influenced by high level of self-efficacy.</p><p><strong> </strong></p>

  Penempatan peran yang baik bagi Family Caregiver sangatlah membantu lansia dalam meningkatkah qualitas hidupnya, meningkatkan motivasi dalam menjalankan hidup Penelitian ini bertujuan Mengetahui hubungan peran Family Caregiver dalam pemenuhan qualitas hidup bagi lansia di Kelurahan Langenharjo Kabupaten Kendal. DesainPenelitianDeskriptifKorelasional menggunakan pendekatan Krosectional,tehnikSamplingStratified Simple Random Sampling dengan karakteristik heterogen, dari populasi mempunyai hak yang sama untuk diseleksi sebagai sampel teknik undianPengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Uji statistik Chi-square, dengan taraf signifikasi 5%jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini 70 sampel pada Family Caregiver dari 213 populasi yang ada. Hasil penelitian dari 70 responden didapatkan Peran Family Caregiver tidak baik dengan qualitas hidup tidak baik 33 (47,1%), sedangkan Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik 3 (4,3%). Untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia tidak baik sebanyak 6 responden (8,6%) sedangkan untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver kurang baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik sebanyak 23 responden (32,9%). Terakhir, untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia tidak baik didapatkan hasil 2 responden (2, 9%) sedangkan untuk distribusi Peran Family Caregiver baik dengan qualitas hidup lansia baik didapatkan hasil 3 responden (4,3%)Menunjukkan nilai ρ value 0,001 (ρ < 0,05) berarti ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kepatuhan lansia dalam keikutsertaan posyandu lansia. Disarankan kepada semua Family Cregiver lansia untuk mampu memahami pentingnya perhatian, dukungan bagi lansia dalammeningkatkan qualitas hidup yang lebih baik bagi lansia.   Kata kunci : Peran family caregiver, qualitas hidup, lansia.   ABSTRACT Placement of a good role for Family Caregiver is very helpful for the elderly to improve their quality of life, increase motivation in living life Research Objective: To know the relationship between the role of Family Caregiver in fulfilling quality of life for the elderly in Langenharjo Village, Kendal Regency. Descriptive Correlational Research Design uses a cross sectional approach, Sampling Stratified Simple Random Sampling technique with heterogeneous characteristics, from the population has the same right to be selected as a sample lottery technique Retrieving data using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Test Chi-square statistics, with a significance level of 5% the number of samples in this study 70 samples on the Family Caregiver from 213 populations. Results of the Study Of 70 respondents found the role of Family Caregiver was not good with poor quality of life 33 (47.1%) , while the role of the Family Caregiver is not good with the quality of life of a good elderly 3 (4.3%). For the distribution of the role of Family Caregiver is not good with the quality of life of the poor family as many as 6 respondents (8.6%) while for the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver is not good with the quality of life of good elderly as many as 23 respondents (32.9%). Finally, the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver with good quality of life for the poor is obtained by 2 respondents (2, 9%), while the distribution of the Role of Family Caregiver with good quality of life for the elderly is obtained by 3 respondents (4.3%). 0.001 (ρ <0.05) means that there is a relationship between family support and the compliance of the elderly in the participation of the elderly posyandu. Background: Self efficacy can optimize the quality of life of clients who undergo the healing process due to chronic diseases. Individuals with higher self-efficacy move their personal and social resources proactively to maintain and improve the quality and length of their lives so that they experience a better quality of life. Objectives: the purpose of this study was to find the correlation between self efficacy and quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease who undergo hemodialysis at RSUD Semarang Regency. Metode: This type of research was descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The samples in this study more 76 people with total sampling technique. The data collection tool for self efficacy was measured by General Self-Efficacy scale, for quality of life with WHOQoL-BREF. Statistical test used Kolmogorov-smirnov. Result: The result showed that self efficacy in patients with chronic kidney disease was mostly in moderate category (53,9%), quality of life in patients with chronic kidney disease was mostly in good category (68,4%). There was a correlation between self efficacy and quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease who undergo hemodialysis at RSUD Semarang Regency, the result obtained p-value of 0.000 <α (0,05). Suggestion: Patients with chronic kidney disease can maintain good quality of life by helping to generate positive self-esteem and high self efficacy.

Objetivo: analisar as características sociodemográficas associadas à percepção da qualidade de vida de mulheres atendidas na atenção primária. Metodologia: estudo transversal, quantitativo, desenvolvido com 113 mulheres em uma unidade de saúde do interior de São Paulo. Utilizou-se um questionário sociodemográfico e a versão abreviada do instrumento de avaliação de qualidade de vida. Para análise dos dados, foram empreendidos testes de associação. Resultados: a maioria das participantes era de classes sociais menos favorecidas e apresentava boa percepção de qualidade de vida e saúde. Os fatores renda, escolaridade e idade foram os mais relevantes na associação com a qualidade de vida. Conclusão: Apesar de mencionarem boa qualidade de vida e saúde, foram identificados piores resultados nos domínios físicos, psicológicos e meio ambiente.  Os achados reforçam a necessidade de que as ações de saúde estejam contextualizadas aos aspectos sociais/territoriais e vinculadas a políticas mais amplas de redução da vulnerabilidade social. WOMEN'S QUALITY OF LIFE AND ASSOCIATED SOCIO DEMOGRAPHIC CHARACTERISTICSObjective: to analyze the sociodemographic characteristics associated to the perception of the quality of life of the women attended in the Primary Health Care. Methodology: this cross-sectional quantitative study was carried out with 113 women aged 20 to 65 years in a health unit in the interior of São Paulo. A sociodemographic questionnaire and the abbreviated version of the WHOQOL-bref quality of life assessment instrument were used. For data analysis, association tests were undertaken. Results: the majority of participants were from less favored social classes and had a good perception of quality of life and health. The factors income, schooling and age were the most relevant in the association with quality of life. Esta investigación muestra las características y estrategias socioeconómicas identificadas en un grupo de famiempresas de confección en Ciudad Bolívar, localidad de Bogotá, con las cuales logran la permanencia de sus negocios y así la reproducción de la vida y la subsistencia de sus familias. Este primer elemento se contrasta con las políticas de consecución de ingresos desarrolladas por los gobiernos distritales en el período 2000-2013, con el fin de encontrar los elementos comunes y el real aporte con el que las políticas sociales y económicas del Distrito benefician la economía popular de la ciudad, teniendo como referencia el grupo de famiempresas con el que se trabajó. Después de obtener un paralelo entre las políticas socioeconómicas del Distrito y las necesidades reales de las famiempresas, se desarrolla un ejercicio práctico aplicando la metodología de Vester como base para la formulación de recomendaciones dirigidas hacia los gobiernos distritales, en las que se manifiestan las prioridades que esta población objetivo espera de la acción institucional para mejorar el desempeño de sus famiempresas y, por ende, el de su consecución de ingresos para mejor su calidad de vida y la de sus familias.ABSTRACTThis research examines the socio-economic characteristics and strategies pertaining to a group of family business in the apparel sector in Ciudad Bolivar (Bogota), which ensures some stability in the business itself and in their families´ livelihood.
