AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan proses organisasi (komunikasi; pengambilan keputusan; sosialisasi karir dan jenjang karir) dengan efektivitas organisasi dalam pelayanan keperawatan pada struktur organisasi dengan pendekatan sentralisasi dan desentralisasi di Rumah Sakit. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 104 responden yang merupakan total sampel, yaitu perawat pelaksana yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi. Hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen serta uji beda untuk setiap variabel pada pendekatan sentralisasi dan desentralisasi diuji menggunakan analisis Chi-square. Hasil analisis multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistik prediksi menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara proses organisasi dengan efektivitas organisasi, baik pada pendekatan sentralisasi maupun desentralisasi (p< 0,05, α= 0,05). Pada aspek efektivitas, hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil 31,7% pada pendekatan sentralisasi dan 42,3% pada pendekatan desetnralisasi. Untuk itu, pihak manajemen rumah sakit perlu mengupayakan berbagai strategi manajemen keperawatan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan mutu pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit. AbstractThe objective of this research is to find out the relationship within organizational process (communication, decision making, career socialization, and career opportunity) and the effectiveness of the organization in giving nursing care using centralization approach and decentralization approach in Hospital. The questioners were given to a total sample of 104 respondents; they were associate nurses who were chosen using inclusion criteria. The relationship between independent and dependent variable, and the test to differentiate each variable in both centralization and decentralization approach were tested using chi-square analysis. The multivariate analysis using logistic regression prediction test showed that there was a significant relationship between organizational process and the effectiveness of the organization, both in centralization and decentralization approach (p< 0,05; α= 0,05). Moreover this study also showed that the effectiveness in centralization approach was 31.7%, whilst in the decentralization approach was 42.3%. It is recommended that the hospital's management should apply several strategies of management in nursing in order to increase the effectiveness and the quality of nursing services in hospital.

Nursing services have a big role to play in improving and determining the quality of health care. caring is an important component in nursing and is at the core of nursing practice because it contains humanistic values, respects human freedom of choice, emphasizes on improving ability and self-reliance, increasing knowledge and respecting every human being. Nurses who have value and caring spirit will have work behaviors that are in accordance with the principles of ethics due to the care of nurses who view clients as humanistic beings so motivated to provide high quality nursing services. This study is a quantitative study with a design description of correlation with a cross sectional approach to view the relationship of individual characteristics and caring behavior of nurses as independent variables and patient satisfaction as variable dependent. The goal is to know the relationship of individual characteristics and behavior of caring nurses with the satisfaction of inpatients of Abdul Manap Jambi Hospital. Samples of patients treated in the first and VIP inpatient rooms, how to take samples by accidental sampling. Data processing with chi-square analysis. Based on the results of the study the characteristics of individuals are mostly: male gender respondents (56.7%), low education (83.3%), age over 46 years (56.7%), and work (61.7%). Caring behavior of nurses is mostly well behaved (73.3%) and 70% of patients are satisfied with the services provided in the inpatient room of RsUD Abdul Manap Kota Jambi. The results of bivariate analysis there is no relationship of individual characteristics with the satisfaction of inpatients and there is a relationship of caring behavior of nurses with the satisfaction of inpatients in Abdul Manap Hospital Jambi City (p value 0.018). The results of the study are expected to improve the quality of nursing services, especially in providing nursing care by taking into account caring aspects to improve the satisfaction of inpatients. For nurses in the inpatient room consistently and further improve caring application in providing nursing care to patients especially in the fulfillment of basic needs and health education in the inpatient room.

Abstrak: Perawat yang bekerja di ICU dan IGD sangat rentan terhadap stres. Stres kerja yang dialami perawat akan sangat mempengaruhi kualitas pelayanan keperawatan yang diberikan kepada pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan stres kerja perawat di ICU dan IGD RSUD Kota Kendari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik korelasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectional. Data tingkat kecerdasan emosional dan tingkat stres kerja responden dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 18 orang perawat  ICU dan IGD dengan kriteria : tidak sedang dalam masa cuti atau mendapat tugas belajar, bersedia menjadi responden, dan bukan kepala ruang. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2018. Kecerdasan emosional perawat berada pada tingkatan sedang yakni 55,56% responden dan rata-rata tingkat stres kerja perawat dalam kategori sedang  yakni 55,56% responden. Hasil uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (=0.05), diperoleh nilai Contingency Coefficient 0.486 dan nilai  hit= 5.580 = 3.841 yang berarti H0 ditolak sehingga disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dengan tingkat stres kerja perawat di instalasi rawat darurat RSUD Kota Kendari.Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Stres Kerja, Perawat, ICU dan IGD Abstract: Nurses working in ICU and IGD are very susceptible to stress. Work  stress experienced by nurses will greatly affect the quality of nursing services provided to patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence with work stress nurses in ICU and IGD Kendari Regional Hospital. This research is a descriptive analytic correlation research using a quantitative approach with cross sectional method. Data of emotional intelligence level and work stress level of respondent were collected by questionnaire. The subjects of the study were 18 nurses ICU and IGD with criteria: not in the time of leave or get the task of study, willing to be respondent, and not head of space. The study was conducted in February 2018. Emotional intelligence of nurses was at the moderate level of 55.56% of respondents and the average level of nurses' work stress in the medium category ie 55.56% of respondents. The result of statistical test using Chi Square test at 95% confidence level (= 0.05), obtained the value of Contingency Coefficient 0.486 and the value  2 hit = 5.580 〖x〗 ^ 2 = 3.841 which means H0 is rejected so it is concluded that there is a relationship between intelligence emotional with the level of nurses work stress at the emergency hospital installation RSUD Kendari.Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Working Stress, Nurse, ICU and IGD

Setiap rumah sakit mengupayakan pemenuhan sasaran keselamatan pasien  salah satunya adalah mengidentifikasi pasien dengan benar yang bertujuan agar rumah sakit melakukan perbaikan spesifik yang akan berdampak pada peningkatan mutu pelayanan dan keselamatan pasien. Kesalahan identifikasi pasien dapat terjadi disemua aspek diagnosis dan tindakan. Melakukan identifikasi perlu keinginan dari dalam diri perawat itu sendiri atau biasa disebutmotivasi. Jika seseorang memiliki motivasi maka seharusnya dapat menimbulkan kepatuhan untuk melakukan tindakan identifikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dengan kepatuhan perawat dalam pelaksanaan identifikasi pasien pasien sebagai bagian dari keselamatan pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Karya Husada Karawang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Perawat yang berjumlah 104 orang dengan sampel 25% dari jumlah populasi yaitu sebanyak 26 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner. Teknik analisa data terdiri dari analisa univariate dan bivariate (chi square) dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisa didapatkan nilai p value = 0,004 (p<0,05). Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan motivasi perawat dengan kepatuhan pelaksanaan  identifikasi pasien sebagai bagian dari keselamatan pasien di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Karya Husada Karawang 2019.Kata Kunci : Keselamatan Pasien, Identifikasi, Motivasi, Kepatuhan.  ABSTRACTEach hospital strives to fulfill the Patient Safety Goals, one of which is to identify patients correctly which aims to make the Hospital make specific improvements that will have an impact on improving the quality of service and patient safety. Misidentification of patients can occur in all aspects of diagnosis and action. Identifying needs of the nurse's inner self or commonly called motivation. If someone has motivation then it should be able to cause compliance to carry out identification actions. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between motivation and nurse compliance in the implementation of identifying patient patients as part of patient safety in the Inpatient Room of Karya Husada Hospital, Karawang.This type of research is quantitative research with correlational research design. The population in this study were nurses with a total of 104 people with a sample of 25% of the total population of 26 people. Data collection techniques by interview.  The research instrument uses questionnaires. Data analysis techniques consist of univariate and bivariate (chi square) analysis using SPSS software.Based on the analysis results, the value of p value = 0.004 (ρ <0.05) is obtained. So it was concluded that there was a relationship between nurse motivation and compliance with the implementation of patient identification as part of patient safety in the Inpatient Room of Karya Husada Karawang Hospital 2019.Keywords : Patient Safety, Identification, Motivation, Compliance.

Eyes are an important sense because it has function to collect visual information, eyes can be in emergency condition if the function of sight got threatened. Glaucoma is the second causes of blindness after cataract which is permanent or irreversible. It can decrease the quality of life’s glaucomapatient. The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between knowledge, sickness period and intraocular pressure to the quality of life of glaucoma patient. This study is an  analytical observation study which used sectional cross design study. The sample of this study were primary glaucoma patients and secondary glaucoma which have medical treatment in Rumah Sakit Mata Undaan Surabaya. The sample was choosen by systematic random sampling and the total number of sample are 68 peoples. The data have collected by having interview the glaucoma patients and seeing the medical records. To process the data, the writer used Chi Square analysis or Fisher Exact with 95% significance. The result of the study showed that there is a relationship between knowledge (p =0,033) and sickness period (p =0,035), while the intraocular pressure is not related to the quality of life’s of glaucoma patients in Rumah Sakit Mata Undaan Surabaya. The conclusion of this study is knowledge and sickness period have a relationship to the quality of life of glaucoma patients, while intraocular pressure is not related to the quality of life of glaucoma sufferers. The suggestion is to do early detection to people who have risk to get glaucoma and give an education about glaucoma disease to increase the quality of life of glaucoma sufferers. Keywords: The quality of life, glaucoma, knowledge, sickness period

This paper intends to focus on the relationship between types of organisations with the issues of quality of soft-scape construction work. The types of organizations are consultant, contractor, developer, government agency, and educational institution. This research will be using the mix method approach. Chi-square analysis was also performed to find the significant level of relationship between the respondents. Respondents of the survey are among Landscape Architects listed in ILAM directory. The study managed to conduct the questionnaire on 225 persons. <p><em>Good hospital services so far still seem difficult to obtain by the community when they want to seek treatment for services. Good service is a very important thing to improve patient satisfaction especially in poly physiotherapy at Siti Hajar Hospital Medan. This type of research was descriptive with a "cross sectional" design, the population in this research were 150 respondents who came to poly physiotherapy. Samples that meet the criteria in this research are 30 selected respondents. Sampling by means of "systematic sampling techniques. The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship of factors of reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy, and physical evidence to the satisfaction of physiotherapy patient. The results of this research show that the majority of respondents stated that the quality of service in the poly physiotherapy at the Siti Hajar  Hospital in Medan was quite good at 14 people (46.7%). These results indicate there is a relationship between the quality of physiotherapy services and satisfaction, this is evident from the results of chi-square analysis where p-value = 0.004, smaller than 0.005. The conclusion in this resarch is that the hospital gives priority to the development of the quality of physiotherapy services, especially on poly physiotherapy.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em><em>Pelayanan rumah sakit yang maksimal selama ini masih terkesan sulit didapatkan masyarakat ketika hendak berobat untuk mendapatkan  pelayanan. Pelayanan yang baik merupakan hal yang sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien khususnya di poli fisioterapi RSU Siti Hajar Medan. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan rancangan “cross sectional”, populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 orang responden yang datang ke poli fisioterapi. Sampel yang memnuhi kriteria dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang terpilih sebanyak 30 orang responden. Pengambilan sampel dengan cara “teknik sampling sistematis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor kehandalan, jaminan, daya tanggap, empati, dan bukti fisik terhadap kepuasan pasien fisioterapi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa mayoritas responden menyatakan mutu pelayanan di poli fisioterapis RSU Siti Hajar Medan adalah cukup baik yakni sebanyak 14 orang (46.7%). Hasil ini juga menunjukan ada hubungan mutu pelayanan fisioterapi dengan kepuasan, hal ini terbukti dari  hasil analisis chi-square dimana p-value = 0.004, lebih kecil dari 0.005. Kesimpulan dalam Penelitian ini bahwa pihak rumah sakit memberikan prioritas  pengembangan mutu pelayanan Fisioterapi terutama pada poli fisioterapi.</em></em></p>

The phenomenon that is happening now is that many nurses pay little attention to safety and comfort and are not concerned with patient complaints so that patients are less satisfied in the nursing services provided. This study aims to determine the relationship of nurses caring behavior with the level of patient satisfaction in the Seruni care room at H. A. Sulthan Hospital Dg Radja Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is an analytic observational study with a "cross sectional" approach. Samples were 96 inpatients in Seruni. Sampling in this study was conducted with non-probability sampling techniques with consecutive sampling. Data collection is done through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data were analyzed with Chi-Square. The results of the Chi-Square analysis showed that there was a relationship between nurses' caring behavior and patient satisfaction (p = 0.001). The results of the analysis of the strength of the relationship indicate the direction of a positive correlation with the strength of a strong correlation.

Objective of this research; 1) determine the perception of ranchers against the properties and behavior of the leadership of the companion in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 2) analyze the relationship between productivity breeder with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 3) identify the relationship perceptions of ranchers against the leadership companion with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah , The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires which stem from ranchers while secondary data sourced from literature in the form of books and articles. Data processing was performed using Chi-square analysis using SPSS software version 21. One of the factors relating to the productivity of ranchers is the perception of ranchers against the leadership of their companion. Leadership companion views of the nature and behavior of which is owned by a companion. Productivity ranchers indirectly related to the productivity of the cattle business. Characteristics breeder visits of age, years of education, experience ranchers, and businesses in addition to ranchers. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between business other than ranchers with ranchers productivity. The relationship between the perception of the nature of the companion breeder with productivity ranchers produce Pearson Chi-Square value is 9.751 and Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) of 0.002. This is due to interest ranchers against leadership qualities possessed by a companion who produce prolific ranchers. Ranchers consider that a companion of his leadership qualities are ideal as a companion.
