For comercial banks, funding activities include savings deposits and time deposits. Lending activities also include commercial papers, credits, inter-bank placement, and exchange rate. The study attempted to reveal the effects of such factors on the BOPO growth in commercial foreign exchange banks. It utilized secondary data from bank’s financial reports and exchange rate, during the first quarter 2006 to third quarter of 2011. The study is descriptive and the sampling technique of census was utilized with criteria for total assets. Four state-owned banks meet these criteria: PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk., PT. Bank Danamon Tbk., PT. Pan Indonesia Tbk., and PT. Bank Permata Tbk. The analysis was done by performing mathematical calculations and statistics from various financial ratios that reflect the growth of savings products and their distribution. It shows that the saving deposits, time deposit, commercial papers, credits, inter-bank placement, exchange rate have no effect on Overhead Cost Operation (BOPO). The significance is at 13.5 percent. Among the independent variables, only commercial papers have significant effect on Overhead Cost Operation (BOPO). Commercial papers become the most dominant variable at 7.78 percent; the growth of securities variable contributes most to the growth of Overhead Cost Operation Ratio, especially for private national commercial banks.

Sample used is 55 manufacturing companies in listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange’s between 2008-2011. Data used were secondary data from annual financial reports. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling method and the model analysis is multiple linier regression. The result indicated that not all independent variables showed significant influence on the dependent variable. Based on this research, solvency ratios and ratio of activity partially influenced to the changes in earnings, where as liquidity ratios doesn’t influence the change in earnings. Liquidity Ratios, Solvency Ratios, and Activity Ratios are used together have a significant impact on the change in earnings.</span>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic as measured using the ratio of NPL (Non Performing Loan), BOPO, LDR (Loan Deposit Ratio), and NIM (Net Interest Margin) as independent variables on rentability measured using the ROA (Return) ratio. on Assets) as the dependent variable on conventional rural banks in Sukoharjo district. The study population was 16 BPR registered with the Financial Services Authority. From this population, 12 samples were taken that met the criteria of the purposive sampling technique. The object of research is the BPR quarterly financial reports for 2019-2020, which consist of 4 quarters in 2019 and 3 quarters in 2020. Data collection techniques use indirect observation, which is to collect financial report data through the official website www.ojk.go.id. Quantitative methods with secondary data are the methods used in research. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS 19 application. This study resulted that the NPL, LDR, and NIM variables partially did not have a significant effect on ROA, while BOPO partially had a significant effect on ROA. However, if simultaneously the four independent variables have a significant effect on ROA.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Macroeconomics on Third-Party Funding (TPF) with the Equivalent Rate (ER) as the Intervening Variable (Case Study of Islamic Commercial Banks Period 2016-2020). This type of research is quantitative research which utilizes secondary data in the form of time-series data. Purposive sampling was used as the sampling method. The data that has been obtained later processed using the E-views version 9 application tool. Based on the results, it is shown that the Inflation, BI Rate, and Equivalent Ratevariables partially have a negative effect on TPF, while the Exchange Rate has a positive effect on TPF. Moreover, the variables of Inflation, Exchange Rate, and BI Rate have a positive and significant effect on the Equivalent Rate (ER). It is also found thatThe Equivalent Rate variable cannot mediate the effect of Inflation, Exchange Rate, and BI Rate on TPF.
