Social interaction creates a vital source of opportunities to learn Mathematics and opportunities for students to talk about their own thinking, and this talk encourages reflection. A study was organized to find out the relationship between the social interaction and the performance of third-year students in geometry. Specifically, the study sought to determine their levels of accidental, repeated, regular, and regulated social interactions; students’ academic performance in geometry; and the relationship between students’ levels of social interaction and their performance in Geometry. The study used the descriptive-correlation method involving 39 students as respondents, and complete enumeration sampling design was used. The descriptive used for social interactions were outstanding, very satisfactory, satisfactory, poor and very poor while for the performance were very high, high, moderate, low and very low. The results showed no significant relationship with the social interaction, while the students’ performance in geometry was very satisfactory. The study concludes that the social interaction has no influence on the performance of students in geometry. The study recommends further study shall be made on the relationship of the students’ performances when clustered according to the different levels of social interaction so that appropriate intervention can be made easily. Keywords—Mathematics Education, social interaction, performance, third year students, geometry, descriptive-correlation method, Davao City, Philippines

Each public open space of the housing cluster has different locations, arrangement patterns, and physical elements so that the social interactions between occupants that occur in each open space are different. Therefore, it is necessary to know how this open space affects social interactions that occur. The method used in the research is qualitative descriptive. Conduct surveys to figure the conditions that occur in the field. Then find the relationship between literature and field conditions related to open space and social interaction with users. From the results of the study, it is known that the place, structuring pattern, and physical elements of space are open to influence the social interaction of residential residents. However, from the user community, the physical element of an open space is the most influential to the social interaction of residents. Without the physical elements that encourage occupant activity, there will be no social activities and interactions in the open space.

This article argues that Georg Simmel’s ideas on secrecy can shed new light on current debates around the relevance or otherwise of privacy as a protection against surveillance interventions. It suggests an interactional approach to privacy, and considers it as a dynamic process which redefines the boundary between what information should be disclosed and what information should be concealed in every social interaction. Simmel argues that this “natural” process relies on the identification of the interlocutor: her psychological/emotional involvement in the relationship, her social position in society and the representation of her expectations. Recent empirical examples show that this interactional perspective may have the potential to reconcile differing privacy accounts, by linking theoretically different levels that are factually distinct: privacy as a collective fact, as a contextual integrity, and as an individual fact.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this paper is a theoretical discussion of the institutional dimension of patriarchal capitalist production relations. We argue why we can understand the relations of production and institutional circumstances involved in the engagement of the courses of action of the subjects, individual and collective. Circumstances 'in' action. For this we address three closely related issues. (1) The first concerns what we mean by circumstances and especially 'not choose circumstance'. The notion of ' institutionalization ' and ' disciplinary device ' is going to be useful for this purpose. (2) The second, what relationship does the notion of circumstance we use with the social interaction. The notion of ' accommodation ' will help us in this regard. (3) Third, what is the relationship between the established interaction dimension and practices of resistance? We propose a concept of the instituted as a disciplinary device that shapes our social interactions, and apply it constantly. We say disciplinary device because institutionalized power relations. That act of discipline configures the humans and his acts but, at the same time, enable them for resistance and transformation. In this sense the power relations that we establish in the production of our life and they are addressed, in patriarchal capitalism, to the appropriation of surplus and of the social practices that oppose it.RESUMENEl objeto de este artículo es una discusión teórica sobre la dimensión institucional de las relaciones de produc-ción capitalista patriarcal.

To trace the parallelism between the main paradigms of the formation of the scientific-cognitive strategy and scientific–world–viewed culture. The traditional model of cognition does not meet modern requirements, and therefore, within the framework of the Post-nonclassical Science Strategy, there is a need for a radical restructuring of the cognitive strategy and its transition to a completely different level of methodology. The triad system A, B, C is a more spectacular scientific-cognitive system, the feature of which is the effective replenishment of knowledge of different levels and values (triad A, B, C), as a necessary condition for increasing scientific–world–viewed culture level. Each of them (triad A, B, C) does not cease to be an element of the initial integrity of the cognitive process. The regularity of the relationship of the triad A, B, C are important prerequisites for the progressive, consistent formation and development of scientific–world–viewed culture. As a result of the introduction of the concept, the technology of cognitive activity is changing at the social and individual levels. Thanks to the Idea, the provisions of the state, public and individual policies regarding the triad A, B, C and, in general, the problem of the formation of scientific–world–viewed culture are changing to one degree or another.
