TikTok merupakan aplikasi yang berasal dari Tiongkok, aplikasi ini menyediakan bermacam special effect yang unik dan menarik, fitur tersebut bisa digunakan oleh semua pengguna TikTok dengan sangat mudah ketika membuat video pendek, dan aplikasi ini dipergunakan secara praktis untuk mengedit membagikan video pendek dengan durasi 15 detik kepada seluruh pengguna lainnya. Di Indonesia TikTok merupakan media sosial populer, dan Indonesia menjadi salah satu negara dengan pengguna TikTok terbesar. Fenomena ini dimanfaatkan oleh pihak-pihak perusahaan untuk dijadikan peluang menyebarkan produkyang ditawarkan dengan cara membuat akun TikTok. Terdapat 5 e-commerce yang banyak dikunjungi di Indonesia yang memanfaatkan media sosial TikTok sebagai alat marketing, diantaranya: Tokopedia, Shopee Indonesia, Bukalapak, Lazada Indonesia, dan Blibli. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kredibilitas performa akun 5 TikTok e-commerceyang banyak dikunjungi di Indonesia. Metode yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksploratif kuantitatif. Dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa akun e-commerce Tokopedia meraih peringkat pertama serta mempunyai performa akun yang paling baik diantara kelima akun yang diteliti.

Two paintings, made on aluminium support by Silvio Pasotti (among the major exponents of 1960s Italian pop art) were investigated in a totally non-invasive manner to identify the materials used by the artist. Raman spectroscopy, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), visible reflectance spectroscopy, and spectrofluorimetry with visible excitation were exploited as molecular analysis techniques, which are particularly suitable to recognise also synthetic organic materials, such as pigments and binders. The effectiveness of this multi-analytical approach was demonstrated, leading to the identification of several synthetic organic pigments, both conventional and “special effect” ones, introduced during the first half of the 20th century, as well as some well-established inorganic ones. Combining FTIR results both in the medium and near IR ranges, considerations regarding the binders employed by the artist could also be made, suggesting the use of both nitrocellulose and acrylic paints. Imaging techniques, such as IR reflectography, false colour IR, UV induced fluorescence, and portable microscopy, were also used to achieve a better knowledge of the painting practice.

COVID-19 Street banner is one of various ways and medias used for communicating and informing about the virus that contain of whether invitation, prohibition, or strategies to reduce the spread of Corona virus outbreak to society. Based on an interdisciplinary theoretical framework, this study revealed to the genaral understanding of the COVID-19 banners and how this media contribute to the overcoming of the pandemic spreading. In order to examine and explain the interpretations and influences of this media associated with the awareness and information on how to reduce the COVID-19 outbreak through the images and verbal signs of the banner, this present work analyzed COVID-19 street banner that circulated on the street and building around Medan to Binjai about COVID-19. The study employed the theories of social semiotics by using Barthes theory with descriptive visual study design approach to reveal the code and message of the banner. The result showed that those banners conveyed the similar message that doing the heath protocols are able to reduce the spreading of the virus and they have special effect on society. Government ministry and various organizations worked together to educate and encourage society about COVID-19 through street banners as their communicative strategy.

In the present research, properties and performance of special effect printing inks were observed with the aim of obtaining a printed product with dual functional properties. Thermochromic liquid crystal-based printing ink (TLC) and UV-visible (daylight invisible) fluorescent inks (UVF), pure and as hybrid ink systems, were printed using a screen-printing technique on two types of uncoated paper substrates. Characterization of the paper substrates was performed, as well as detailed analysis of printed layers. Thickness, surface roughness, surface free energy, and adhesion parameters of printed layers were analysed. Spectral reflectance of pure UVF and TLC printing inks, as well as the spectral reflectance of the proposed hybrid ink systems were measured. The thermochromic effect of the TLC ink and hybrid systems was analysed. Microscopy was used to display the visual colour play effect and the effect of the fluorescence. Results of the measurements showed high compatibility of used materials in the proposed hybrid ink systems. Since the effect of luminescence and the colour play effect in the hybrid systems were preserved, it can be concluded that TLC/UVF hybrid ink systems can find their application in the development of functional packaging and in all other applications with special requirements for temperature monitoring and hidden information for different products.

Zinc belongs to the independent human trace elements. Its biological role is taken into account with the activity of attracting endocrine secretion. As a component of some enzymes, zinc affects the processes of reproduction, live and carbohydrate metabolism. Zinc is an important trace element with a variety of biological functions, which is involved in cell growth, apoptosis and metabolism, as well as in the regulation of endocrine, immune and neuronal functions. At the cellular level, zinc stimulates the formation of polysomes, inhibits free radical oxidation, which is catalyzed by iron. The important role of zinc in nucleic metabolism, transcription processes, stabilization of nucleic acids, proteins and especially components of biological membranes. Zinc plays an important role in skeletal development. Zinc accelerates the synthesis of collagen in wounds, has a stabilizing effect on cytoplasmic membranes, and prevents the release of hydrolytic enzymes. In mitochondria, zinc inhibits the transport of electrons in the respiratory chain. This property is realized in sperm, where there is a lot of zinc and there is low respiratory activity of mitochondria. Zinc is necessary for the development of brain tissue. Zincergic neurons are found in the cerebral cortex. Zinc has been shown to play an important role in signal transduction by modulating excitatory and inhibitory cellular receptors and intracellular signaling proteins. Zinc has a special effect on the development and course of many diseases, such as Down syndrome, alcoholism, angina, dysmenorrhea, atherosclerosis and more.

Over time, along with the world, language also evolves and changes. In order to save time and effort, people simplify their speech, often deliberately making changes in the language to achieve a special effect. In this respect, sport stands out in the first place, as it is an important factor in strengthening national unanimity, interpersonal relations and international cooperation. In the process of globalization, sport is becoming more international, getting closer to the representatives of different countries. These relations, of course, are reflected in the sports vocabulary of this or that language, so the language of sports has become one of the most intensively developing lexical systems,In the creation-borrowing and establishment-dissemination of sports terms in the 20s and 70s of the last century, more attention was paid to Georgian terminology. From the 90s of the 20th century, foreign vocabulary prevailed, Will.In recent years, a large number of sports journalists and commentators have chosen the easy way out - using cooking terms or slang instead of word production, indicating the international nature of the sport. The main reasons for the intervention of the Anglicans are the Internet, the culture and sport of pop music, as well as socio-psychological factors. For some, foreign vocabulary is perceived as superior to native. As if it is related to reading and learning, so speech containing foreign words is considered more socially prestigious. However, borrowing is justified only when the borrowed word fills in the missing realities of the language. However, it is not necessary to translate words for that. It is better to use the richest possibilities of Georgian language word production. This should be especially taken into account by sports journalists and commentators, as their speech has a contagious power and even poses a risk of unintentional imitation or infection.

Предметом данного исследования является история последних лет существования Почаевского Свято-Духова скита в советский период, обстоятельства его закрытия и непосредственная деятельность архиепископа Палладия (Каминского), выступившего бесстрашным защитником этой обители. На примере Почаевского скита можно проследить некоторые особенности религиозной политики коммунистической партии в УССР, где советская власть установилась лишь в 1939 г., что не могло особым образом отразиться на церковно-государственных отношениях. Источниковую базу составляют квартальные и годичные отчёты уполномоченных Совета по делам Русской Православной Церкви в Тернопольской области, которые мы находим в Государственном архиве Российской Федерации и Государственном архиве Тернопольской области. Благодаря анализу архивных материалов мы приходим к выводу о деструктивной политике советской власти, направленной на борьбу с Русской Церковью на территории Тернопольской области. Главным объектом вышеуказанной политики являлась Почаевская лавра и её Духовской скит. Полной ликвидации православных монастырей в Тернопольской епархии советская власть добиться не смогла благодаря дипломатическому таланту архиепископа Палладия, который поплатился за это очередным переводом на другую кафедру Русской Православной Церкви. The subject of this study is the history of the last years of the existence of the Pochaev Holy Spirit Skete in the Soviet period, the circumstances of its closure and the direct activities of Archbishop Palladiy (Kaminsky), who acted as a fearless defender of this monastery. On the example of the Pochaev skete, one can trace some features of the religious policy of the Communist Party in the Ukrainian SSR, where Soviet power was established only in 1939, which could not have a special effect on church-state relations. The source base consists of quarterly and annual reports of the commissioners of the Council for the Affairs of the Russian Orthodox Church in the Ternopil region, which we find in the State Archive of the Russian Federation and the State Archive of the Ternopil region. Thanks to the analysis of archival materials, we come to the conclusion about the destructive policy of the Soviet government aimed at combating the Russian Church in the territory of the Ternopil region. The main object of the above-mentioned policy was the Pochaev Lavra and its Dukhovskoy skete. The Soviet authorities were unable to achieve the complete liquidation of Orthodox monasteries in the Ternopil diocese thanks to the diplomatic talent of Archbishop Palladiy, who paid for it with another transfer to another department of the Russian Orthodox Church.

В работе приведены результаты экспериментального исследования шероховатости обработанной поверхности с использованием различных методов анализа данных таких, как анализ Фурье-спектров. Также в работе процесс механической обработки рассматривается с позиции мезомеханики, что дает возможность по-новому оценить процесс стружкообразования. В работе говорится о том, что шероховатость обработанной поверхности, как выходной параметр процесса резания, оказывает особое влияние не только на качество поверхностного слоя, но и на эксплуатационные характеристики деталей машин, работающих в экстремальных условиях таких, как морская среда и тому подобное. Также, в работе рассмотрена природа формирования микронеровностей на поверхности деталей после механической обработки, перечислены факторы, влияющие на параметры шероховатости. Сделаны выводы о том, от чего зависят различные частоты микронеровностей обработанной поверхности. The paper presents the results of an experimental study of the roughness of the treated surface using various methods of data analysis, such as the analysis of Fourier spectra. Also in the work, the process of mechanical processing is considered from the standpoint of mesomechanics, which makes it possible to re-evaluate the process of chip formation. The paper says that the roughness of the treated surface, as an output parameter of the cutting process, has a special effect not only on the quality of the surface layer, but also on the performance characteristics of machine parts operating in extreme conditions such as the marine environment and the like. Also, the paper considers the nature of the formation of micro-roughness on the surface of parts after machining, and lists the factors that affect the roughness parameters. Conclusions are drawn about what determines the different frequencies of micro-roughness of the treated surface.
