This study aimed to determine the production process of the blacksmith industry in Togo Binongko District, Wakatobi Regency, in May 2019. The determination of the research location was determined purposively. Respondents in this study were heads of families who worked as blacksmiths in Togo Binongko District, Wakatobi Regency, with as many as 20 respondents. Data analysis uses quantitative data analysis techniques to describe the data that has been collected and present the data in tabular form so that it becomes clearer according to the conditions in the field. The results showed that the agricultural equipment produced by the smart in Togo Binongko District was made through a traditional production process while maintaining product quality. The production process starts from Tila and Tihi (sorting and cutting of iron raw materials), Kepa'a (forging), Hokomonde'a (modeling), and Soropu'a (re-burning). Blacksmith artisans can maintain the quality of the products produced by improving the production process by participating in training and using equipment that can increase production efficiency.

There are complicated correlations between process parameters and quality indicators in candy manufacturing. The objective of this work is to develop an optimization system of candy production process to improve final candy quality and to increase production efficiency. The study is conducted by using an artificial neural network data mining method to obtain optimization knowledge of process parameters from large amount of saved process data. The software platform including data processing, statistic analysis, data mining and graphical display module was developed and the quality forecasting models for typical processing operations were discussed. Experiments indicated that the system can optimize and predict the quality of candy production process effectively.

This study aims to see how the total quality management (TQM) method plays a role in processing 99 coffee products in the Mandiri Mukmin Cooperative. In this study using total qualit management theory and qualitative research. The determination of informants in this study was determined in advance. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview techniques which were conducted in a structured manner. The data analysis technique starts with doing data reduction, then presenting the data and then drawing conclusions. The data validity technique used the source triangulation technique by comparing the data obtained from each informant. Based on the data analysis carried out, the following conclusions are produced: 1) The implementation of total quality management (TQM) in processing 99 coffee products at the Mukmin Mandiri cooperative is in the packing process which still uses human labor. 2) In controlling the quality of coffee raw materials, the quality of processing is measured from the production process to the application of TQM for coffee products which includes product design, taste, and market service. 3) There are still various kinds of obstacles and problems faced in the TQM process of processing coffee products, namely in the production process the machines used are still not fully manufactured. A space or place to produce at the SME or Home Industry level.

To increase production efficiency of meat products, milk protein additives are often used. Despite a number of advantages, use of dairy ingredients involves a certain risk, namely the allergenic potential of milk proteins. A number of methods have been developed to detect milk-origin raw materials in foodstuffs, including immunological reference methods. This study presents newly developed immunohistochemical (IHC) methods for casein detection in meat products. Casein was successfully detected directly in meat products where sensitivity was determined at 1.21 and specificity at 0.28. The results obtained from the IHC were compared with the Enzyme-Linked Immuno Sorbent Assay (ELISA) and there was no statistically significant difference between the IHC and ELISA methods (p > 0.05). The correspondence between the methods was 72% in total. The highest correspondence was reached in frankfurters (90%), the lowest in canned pâté (44%).

The article is devoted to the problems of accounting for industrial waste (technogenic deposits) on the example of ash and slag dumps. The influence of the organization of accounting for technogenic deposits on the indicators of cost, profit, and profitability of the enterprise, if these wastes are sold or used as secondary material, is studied. It is proved that the accounting system should accumulate and form such information that would allow with a sufficient degree of accuracy to determine the economic efficiency of the integrated use of raw materials, would aim at identifying reserves for increasing production efficiency. According to the authors, accounting under IFRS provides a more accurate assessment of ash and slag waste, which ultimately will allow the most accurate determination of the financial result from their further use.

Education never get out of adequate facilities and infrastructure. These can support education. One of them is the using of teaching material. The limiting of it makes students have one handbook only and learn by using it, so they don’t practice enough on working other math problems. With these problems, researcher is encouraged to develop mathematical module cube and block with a scientific approach for 5th grade elementary school. Type of this research is research and development (R&D) with aim to know that development of mathematical cubes and block module with scientific approach for 5th grade is feasible or not. Data collection techniques used interview, observation, documentation, and questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used qualitative data analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results of the development of mathematical cubes and blocks modules with the scientific approach are said to be very feasible with a percentage of 84 from material expert, 81,34 from module expert, 83 from 5th grade teacher and 95,10 from 5th grade students.

Quality antenatal care has a major role in reducing maternal mortality. Every effort to improve quality must also be accompanied by efforts to pay attention to factors that contribute to improving the performance of midwives in providing services. The study used a combination of quantitative approaches in 67 midwives in the Bukittinggi and qualitatively in 15 informants, of which 9 people included in-depth interview informants to coordinator midwives, head of the Public health center and staffing and 6 FGD informants to midwives on duty at the health center. The results of quantitative data analysis, factors related to the performance of midwives are incentives, motivation and workload. Motivation is the most dominant factor related to the performance of midwives. The results of qualitative data analysis, the leadership plays an important role in increasing motivation to work midwives and optimizing the role of midwives in overcoming problems related to overlapping workloads. Midwives also need to increase their participation efforts and empower pregnant women so that programs can run well and provide positive feedback for improving the health status of pregnant women. Basically antenatal services provided by midwives are in accordance with standards, but the paradigm of antenatal care for pregnant women must shift from achieving quantity to focus on quality. To improve the performance of midwives in providing antenatal care, several efforts are needed: monitoring and evaluation of the quality of antenatal care by midwives, leadership involvement in efforts to increase midwife motivation both from supervision and reward management in non-material forms. Providing equal opportunities for midwives to improve competence through training, especially training related to quality antenatal care. In addition, the provision of infrastructure at the polindes needs attention.
