Palabras clave: Diáspora-sociedad civil-dictadura-inmigración Abstract: Diaspora is a group of immigrants that be self associating  in order to achieve the own goals and have an strong bond with  Home Land. These persons are part, by double departure, of the civil society. The big question is: When these people are most efficient to makes objectives? Here, in this paper, we try to think about it, especially in troubles moments like could be a dictatorship. Our focus will be the basque Diaspora in Argentina during the last authoritarian government (1976-1983). Keywords: Diaspora, civil society, dictatorship-immigration

When Charles Dickens wrote Oliver Twist in the 1830s, poverty and crime were huge problems in London. To highlight these problems throughout his novel, the author used various literary techniques to create an interaction between the reader and the text in which text can have multiple meanings that can shift over the time.  Thus, he uses symbols to evoke a range of additional meaning and significance. His purpose is to get the reader’s attention to construct meaning as the plot progress to what he intends to communicate about innocent individuals or villainous ones. Symbolism, irony, and satire were among the tools he used in his work. They work together to convey a deeper embedded meaning to cast suggestions about the development of the novel to emphasize the point the author seeks to stress throughout the novel. Drawing upon the importance of literary devices in unfolding the thematic concerns of the novel, this paper seeks to run an in-depth analysis of how symbolism played a vital role throughout Oliver Twist. The paper argues that through symbolism, the author channels meaning in Oliver Twist to develop the thematic concerns of the novel in creative ways to shape the reader’s response and to create a strong bond between the reader and the text. The paper argues that literary symbolism in Charles Dickens’s novel is based on evoking the mental image in the reader’s mind to structure meaning through his/her interaction with the text and then shaping his response according to his/her experience. It also creates a strong bond between the reader and the text.

Islamic law defines marriage as an absolute obligation to follow Allah's command and carry it out as worship and represents a very strong bond. In the context of unregistered marriage, it can be defined as “a form of marriage based on religious law or custom, as well as one that is not announced to a crowd and is not registered with the marriage registry”. This paper discusses literacy in Islamic law and positive law on unregistered marriages. Positive law studies on  unregistered  marriages   are  carried  out  on  the   essence  of  the Law of the Republic of Indonesia and Government Regulations. According   to  Indonesian   law,   sirri   marriage   is a  marriage   that is not based on the principle of legality. In Islam, the study of unregistered   marriage   was   based   on   Qur’an   and   hadith.   This means that it is not legally binding. A marriage that is in accordance   with   the  pillars  and   conditions   of   marriage   is valid  under  Islamic law, as are   marriages   performed   in   sirri marriages, as defined in Indonesian law.

Malaysia, as any other country, is constantly evolving in all facets of life, including architecture, economy, and culture. Despite that, the Malay settlement on the River's fringe remains an early settlement due to the Malays' strong connections to agriculture and socio-culture. The Malay's brilliance in establishing settlements on the river's fringe is among the leading reasons for this community's glorious history in the maritime world. However, today's shift in river activity has eroded the strong bond in Malay settlement. Therefore, affecting the  Malay settlements, which have a significant impact on their economic growth. The research methodology employs previous researchers' exploratory techniques focusing on the effects of urbanization, as well as socioeconomic data from 350 local respondents collected during the field survey in April 2019, and observation analysis information commonly used by architects to evaluate the context of the discussion. These include physical, social, cultural, and public amenities, and the data gathered then was amalgamated using IBM SPSS V26, supplemented by interview techniques and pictorial documentation. Mapping techniques are being used to generate existing settlements patterns by utilizing the Google Earth software. Finally, AutoCAD 2018 software is used to demonstrate the current settlement pattern in the case study situation. According to the results of the study, the pace of urbanization is speeding up and creeping into the Malay settlements. The destruction of river activities in order to change Malay settlement patterns and force them to follow or reject the current trend of urbanization.

The objective of study is to check the vigorous impact of energy consumption on industrial and agricultural output with disaggregated analysis by having openness in both sectors and tube wells lone in agriculture sector as controlled variables. It is essential to analyze a connection between energy consumption and bi-sectoral output in Pakistan. Industrial and agricultural outputs have been taken as dependent variable, as they are mainly dependent on energy consumption. The data from 1999-2019 is employed for the analysis. The econometric technique autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) results are showing a strong bond between energy consumption and industrial output in disaggregated relationship. Electricity shows a negative relationship with industrial output because of developing countries power supply failure dilemma. Similarly, agriculture sector shows significance with energy consumption in disaggregated analysis. Openness of agriculture and gas consumption in agriculture shows a negative but statistically significant relationship. Capital and labor in both sectors are highly influencing regressors as par neo classical output theory, in our disaggregated energy consumption analysis. Error correction regression shows a strong short run and long run relationship of energy consumption with industrial and agricultural output. The stability diagnostic recursive estimates show the perfectly interlinked variables in both models. The present research is equally important for the academic and policy makers as it reveals a strong bond between energy consumption and bi-sector output in Pakistan. Potential measures on energy supply can increase industrial and agricultural output.

The values of power possessed by traditional holders or ninik mamak in the Bungo Malay community can be seen from their position in the tuo house. Tuo's house is one of the cultural relics of ancient Malay, Jambi's house is synonymous with Old Malay customs. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method which is a case study. Research informants were selected by purposive sampling method. The results of the study found that the values of power in the carving of the tuo house in Kampung Baruh Village, Tabir District, Merangin Regency, can be seen from the carvings on the tuo house ornaments, including: Carving of Keluk Paku (Pakis Wood) means that every development actor (leader) must be able to protect the The function and role it carries, Tampuk Manggis Carving means that the inner tribe shows politeness, sweet-faced hospitality to any guests who come. Carved Rope Philosophy of a strong bond and close kinship in the family, Carving Mensinding Gulung Paku (Pakis) showing the boundaries between mamak grandmothers, traditional elders, religious leaders with family and guest rooms, Carving Roots related to inner tribes if married their children from elements (matched) from their own family or from the same tribe. The efforts of the Merangin Regency Government in preserving the existence of tuo houses in Kampung Baruh Village, Tabir District, Merangin Regency, include making the area attractive, improving facilities and infrastructure and increasing accessibility.

In this paper, we have theoretically determined the possibility of adsorption of the gaseous CH2N2 molecule on the surface of X12Y12 nanocages, where X = B, Al, Ga and Y = N, P, As. The electronic structure calculations have been performed by density functional theory (DFT) using four functionals (i.e., B3LYP-D3, M06-2X, ωB97XD, and CAM-B3LYP), together with the 6-311G(d) basis function. We find that the adsorption of CH2N2 on top of the X–Y bond of the nanocage is the most preferred site for adsorption. The adsorption process is accompanied by a charge-transfer phenomenon, which results in a strong bond between the terminal N atom of diazomethane and the X atom of the nanocage. This gives rise to significant changes in the highest and lowest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO and LUMO, respectively) energies and thus attribute properties to the nanocages that enable them to act as building blocks of CH2N2 sensing materials.

This study observed urban lifestyle phenomenon in Jakarta, namely arisan. Conducted in the outskirt of Jakarta, which is Kelapa Gading. This study, which aimed to observe the phenomenon of life style through arisan activities, attempted to observe ideas that underlies the motives of individuals when participating in arisan group and when consuming goods in their daily life. The study found that identity was important in arisan. It emerged as arisan activities were dominated by consumption. Competition among the members of arisan group occurred as a result. It showed who had higher identity and who had not. The role of the leader of the group was interesting as well. The leader was succesful to persuade the members to follow her orders for the sake of arisan activity. The power of the leader was not realized by other members. Strong bond of friendship between the leader and the members made them entering a system where one controlled others on what needs to be controlled.
