Different elements in education should be taken into account in the development of education which affects learners' success. Educators are one of the main elements of any educational program, primarily in mainstream education, and there is considerable research recognizing this and the fact that educators have a significant effect on learners' success. Therefore, education can be enhanced simply by enhancing educators' effectiveness. Moreover, because of the importance of educators' factors, many researchers have emphasized educator attributes over the last 20 years. In an attempt to better explain the interaction between educator-related concepts in the setting of English as a Foreign Language (EFL), educator self-efficacy has a significant impact on the educators' everyday lives as well as on their learners and is regarded as an important factor in successful education and instruction. Furthermore, as one of the characteristics, teacher resilience is a multifaceted and developmental concept that has newly captured the interest of some scholars, specifically in the last 20 years, allowing educators not only to face difficult situations to survive but also to recover and prosper. To this end, the current review tries to emphasize these two significant factors in regulating learners' success. Corresponding to this review, some suggestions for further research are provided and pedagogical implications are proposed.

Emotions are now considered critical elements of a successful education. In English as a Foreign Language (EFL) context, there are many challenges for teachers to deal with. Hence, it is necessary to take their emotions into consideration. Despite many studies in this area, researching teachers’ positive mood, hope, and academic buoyancy has been left less attended. Trying to introduce this line, the present study reviewed the definitions, related concepts, theories, and previous studies done on these three variables in detail. It also touched upon the origins of researching emotion in educational contexts describing different schools of psychology. Additionally, the study offered some practical implications for EFL teachers, students, policy-makers, teacher trainers, and researchers. Finally, it enumerated the existing gaps in this area and made a number of research suggestions for future research.

Introduction/purpose: The paper provides a review of recent research in the field of digital training applied in the Serbian Military Academy flight training. Flight training represents the foundation of successful education of military pilots. Its division is based on the environment and a phase of realization. The main part and the core of successful flight training is basic flight training. This training phase has experienced significant changes with the introduction of the Technically Advanced aircraft (TAA) which is characterized by a high degree of digitalization not only of the cockpit but also of other aircraft systems. Consequently, a different methodological approach to training is needed, including a digital training concept. The paper shows the achievements and certain solutions based on some elements of digital training concepts used in the basic flight training at the Serbian Military Academy. Methods: The scientific approach is used in the evaluation of aircraft cockpit digitalization and in the implementation of a new training concept in the basic flight training in the Serbian Military Academy. Results: Based on the methodological analysis used, the importance and the values of the digital training concept in basic flight training are shown. Conclusion: Although the digital training concept is not mandatory in the existing flight training model in the Serbian Military Academy, it proves to be a valuable asset. Its potential is significant and, to a certain extent, it can change the nature of basic flight training. Due to digital training, cadets can fly more safely and their flying skills are acquired faster. In accordance with new modern aircraft acquisition in the Serbian Air Force, every aspect of the digital training concept has to be carefully considered, especially in the basic flight training phase, including conversion to new aircraft types.

The article addresses pre-retirement adults as a subject of retraining, while giving special consideration to the correlation between psychological wellbeing and successful education, as well as to the importance of psychological treatment for overcoming challenges at this stage of life. Purpose of our study is to find the prohibitory and contributory factors of pre-retirement professional retraining. Increased retirement age and, as a result, extended work life have become a burning question in Russian society. New pre-retirement adults are facing new challenges – they have to make choices to determine their future career. At the same time, occurring limitations (age, personality, experience, etc.) are causing risks and difficulties in further training. Crucial component of successful acquisition of new information, completion of professional retraining programs and subsequent employment is psychological well-being. National government has developed, implemented, and funded retraining programs. According to the Russian Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, 2019 exceeded the target for fulfilling retraining contracts. However, the statistics does not state if people are actually content with their retraining. Apart from age, there are other factors that can influence education efficiency. Pre-retirement is an important life stage having an array of aspects to be considered in work with this group as they can affect one's mental health. The study results might be used by specialists of employment centers, professional retraining educators, and pre-retirement psychologists.

Various challenges affect investment in Raha wa Marah Nursery School in Saudi Arabia. The declining investments into this level of education in Saudi Arabia form the foundation for our analysis. According to Pressley et al. (2009), though elementary education has been perceived as the core beginning of a successful education life, it suffers various hindrances that expose this sub-section of the entire education system to likely extinction or reduced importance. In forming a reliable and valid research on the factors that may be attributing to truncated investment in nursery education, Duncan and Magnuson (2013) suggest various methodologies which are applicable. Through interviews with resourceful stakeholders in primary education, the challenges that impede nursery education in Saudi Arabia are spelled out. An interview is an important tool to collect primary information about the subject matter since structured questions either written or verbal are important in permitting the respondent to answer the areas of interest only. In the course of our study, various factors are seen to impede investments in nursery education in Saudi Arabia. Since education is a capital intensive sector, an insufficient fund devoted to the government and private sector hinders development in kindergartens. Other social and political factors are also seen to discourage investments in this section of education. Such social demographic factors like fertility rate and mortality rate play a role in determining the promotion of investment in nursery schooling in Saudi Arabia. Low investment into nursery education in Saudi Arabia has been impacted by various challenges that ought to be addressed. Lack of enough funds to promote literacy education in the kindergarten calls for enough budgetary allocation to the Ministry of Education that could be used in promoting investment.

Successful adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in medical imaging requires medical professionals to understand underlying principles and techniques. However, educational offerings tailored to the need of medical professionals are scarce. To fill this gap, we created the course “AI for Doctors: Medical Imaging”. An analysis of participants’ opinions on AI and self-perceived skills rated on a five-point Likert scale was conducted before and after the course. The participants’ attitude towards AI in medical imaging was very optimistic before and after the course. However, deeper knowledge of AI and the process for validating and deploying it resulted in significantly less overoptimism with respect to perceivable patient benefits through AI (p = 0.020). Self-assessed skill ratings significantly improved after the course, and the appreciation of the course content was very positive. However, we observed a substantial drop-out rate, mostly attributed to the lack of time of medical professionals. There is a high demand for educational offerings regarding AI in medical imaging among medical professionals, and better education may lead to a more realistic appreciation of clinical adoption. However, time constraints imposed by a busy clinical schedule need to be taken into account for successful education of medical professionals.

This article tries to adapt the concept of religious education curriculum in the family with Islamic perspectives whose main source comes from the thought of Islamic education scholars. Islam considers education in the family to be the oldest informal religious educational institution. The role of parents or families is very important to the successful education of the child, because the child has more time at home with his family. Religious education in the family is intended to shape children into human beings who believe and fear Allah SWT and have noble character and religious values that are carried out in daily life. Seeing how important the role of the family in educating children, a curriculum concept is needed as a reference for Muslim parents in educating their children. Thus, parents can guide their children by providing educational materials that suit the needs, ages, interests, and talents of children, as stated in Ibn Sina and al-Shaibani's thoughts on the concept of education in the family. Besides, aspects of the use of methods in educating children are important things to be considered by parents. Abdullah Nasih Ulwan offered methods that parents can use in educating children, including methods of role models (uswah hasanah), habituation methods, advice (mau’izah) methods, methods of attention, and methods of punishment.
