Nowadays, teaching entrepreneurship is important in terms of developing country’s economics and forming entrepreneurial thinking among the society. The difference between entrepreneurial competence and adequacy must be considered, as well as defining entrepreneurial competences as being initiative and stringy. The result of teaching entrepreneurship has two different meanings - it is considered as a skill of leading business, more widely - as a stringiness of an individual. Human is an actualization of civilization, society and historical experience of profession, therefore the process of forming entrepreneurial thinking - universal skill - should be considered through this lens. The Entrepreneurial work is not easy, it demands a purposeful approach, assessment of individual possibilities and skills. Lots of business theorists and practicists still argue about whether it’s possible to teach someone entrepreneurship or not. Everybody agrees that possessing the entrepreneurial skills is very important, but cannot define what it means. The Entrepreneurial thinking can be reviewed as:  The Vivid vision and understanding of life goals - an entrepreneur mostly does what he wants and likes and minimizes almost every unpleasant work.  Desire to work for yourself - strong will to work without dependence on others.  Abillity and desire to take responsibility on his personal life, income and other material pleasures.  Particular attitude towards money - for entrepreneurs, money is not an instrument of fulfilling goals. Therefore, they’re not afraid of investing millions. The Positive perception of the word “investition” - entrepreneur sees investments not as an expense, but as the additional possibility. He knows that he doesn’t waste money in books or trainings, but investing in himself. The ability to gain from every situation - if others are saying that it’s not real, then it’s just an opinion of others. The Entrepreneurs love experiments - he’s open to the new things and possibilities and uses chances. The Entrepreneur is able to find necessary contacts, resources, possibilities fast. Dealing with those who are difficult to be dealt with, to say a firm “no” if he doesn’t agree with something. Developing entrepreneurial thinking is very real and this process should be based on human’s formation into an entrepreneur - if 100,000 is the biggest number for him, then his business will be of this scale. And when he starts thinking with 100 Million categories, the business will profit him accordingly. Keywords: entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial competences, entrepreneurial skills, teaching entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial thinking.

3D printing technology is a versatile technology. The waste of 3D printed plastic products is a matter of concern because of its impact on the circular economy. In this paper, we discuss the current status and problems of 3D printing, different methods of 3D printing, and applications of 3D printing. This paper focuses on the recycling and degradation of different 3D printing materials. The degradation, although it can be done without pollution, has restrictions on the type of material and time. Degradation using ionic liquids can yield pure monomers but is only applicable to esters. The reprocessing recycling methods can re-utilize the excellent properties of 3D printed materials many times but are limited by the number of repetitions of 3D printed materials. Although each has its drawbacks, the great potential of the recycling of 3D printed waste plastics is successfully demonstrated with examples. Various recycling approaches provide the additional possibility of utilizing 3D printing waste to achieve more efficient circular application.

Computational supramolecular chemistry offers an additional possibility to do some practical chemistry in a safe surrounding and with connections to topics beside chemistry together with pupils and undergraduate students. Some case studies including investigations of ion selectivity of cryptands, like Albrecht’s cryptand spaced by a C2H4-bridge, Beer Can or the isomers of [2.2.2], are presented. This report on the work of pupils and students during the past years, focuses also on the question of isomeric cryptands and cryptates.

In several stages a new legal instrument (the constitutional complaint) was established in the legal system of Lithuania starting by the amendment of the Constitution on March 21, 2019 and continuing in July by introducing the requirements for appealing to the Constitutional Court. The essence of this novelty lies in the model established in the Polish Constitution, i. e. the additional possibility for a person who has exhausted all usual means of defence of constitutional rights and freedoms to appeal directly to the Constitutional Court questioning the constitutionality of such a legislative and executive act, which was the basis for the adoption of a final non-appealable judgment against that person in a court. The introduction of such novelty in the legal system of Lithuania implies the further development of the protection of human rights and freedoms and the realization of the principle of the Rule of Law which is necessary for the latter. Therefore, while investigating the novelty of the constitutional complaint in Lithuania, models of constitutional complaint, specific details of the establishment of this institute in Lithuania are unravelled, and practical aspects are investigated by analysing first constitutional complaints submitted to and accepted by the Constitutional Court.

The extrauterine migration of an intrauterine device (IUD) can be life-threatening and may require emergent surgical intervention and treatment. A case report where an ectopic IUD located on sigmoid colon within peritoneal cavity in a 40-year-old multigravida was successfully removed by laparoscopy is described. Although the practicality and success of this method depends on the position and location of the ectopic IUD and on the extent to which the device is imbedded, this case suggests that removal of the migrated IUD from the peritoneal cavity is an additional possibility for use of the laparoscope.

A distinctive feature of virtualization of noise-immune encoding is the realized possibility of complex solution of problems of noise immunity, protection against information intrusions and imitating resistance. This, with relatively low economic costs, will significantly expand the capabilities of telecommunications systems in terms of information security. The effectiveness of the complex solution of information protection tasks from the positions of virtualization of the noise-immune encoding processes is experimentally proved in the work. The effectiveness of protection from information intrusions provided by virtual noise-immune codes and the effect of virtualization on the efficiency of the original noise-immune code were experimentally investigated. The obtained results show that virtual noise-resistant coding provides the effectiveness of protection from information intrusions, comparable with the efficiency of modern standards of cryptographic protection, with significantly lower complexity of practical implementation. In general, the results of experimental studies show that the virtualization of the process of noise-immune encoding from the perspective of the approach proposed in [1] opens an additional possibility of protecting information in the part of ensuring information security.

A single-valued neutrosophic set is an instance of a neutrosophic set, which provides us an additional possibility to represent uncertainty, imprecise, incomplete and inconsistent information existing in real situations. In this research study, we present concepts of energy, Laplacian energy and signless Laplacian energy in single-valued neutrosophic graphs (SVNGs), describe some of their properties and develop relationship among them. We also consider practical examples to illustrate the applicability of the our proposed concepts.

LCL is operating an aerobic composting plant at Lahore that has been purchased from and installed by the Menart Composting Company, Belgium. Since municipal solid waste (MSW) in Lahore is heterogeneous a screening drum (MTR 1850) installed to screen the waste before composting with additional possibility for hand-sorting of recyclables in a sorting belt. This Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) has been prepared for and adopted by the composting plant of the Lahore Compost Ltd (LCL). The SOP intends to ensure that LCL adopts the identified best practices in the plant, operates it through standard recommended procedures; and takes necessary corrective actions when required

AbstractSince 2008, the settlement procedure of the EU Commission has been established as an additional possibility to terminate cartel proceedings that exists alongside the standard fine procedure. So far, the Commission has used this procedure to conclude twenty-one proceedings. With these decisions adopted under the settlement procedure, the Commission’s relatively new instrument to handle cartel cases has proven to have reached its efficiency-seeking goal. This article provides an overview of the underlying rules, summarizes the EU Commission’s practice between 2008 and now, and outlines the benefits and potential downsides of the procedure.
