Rural communities in West Kalimantan use the Dayak language as their daily communication language. However, they do not understand the language, this condition makes it difficult for them to understand the contents of the Qur'an which is generally translated into language. This is qualitative research, with a descriptive-analytic method. The results of this study indicate that the Vernacularization of the Qur'an in the Kanayatn Dayak language has never been done before. Therefore, based on this, the research is feasible to do. The stage is to see the vernacularization process as an initial effort of indigenization (indigenization), especially for the people of the interior of West Kalimantan. The results of this study indicate that the vernacularization of the Qur'an is carried out using the ijmali (global) interpretation method by providing footnotes for verses that require explanation. Meanwhile, the process of indigenization is to make the Qur'an easier to understand, especially for the people of the interior of West Kalimantan, so that the values of the Qur'an can be applied in the daily life of the Dayak community.

Contemporary philosophy of perception is dominated by extremely polarized debates. The polarization is particularly acute in the debate between naïve realist disjunctivists and their opponents, but divisions seem almost as stark in other areas of dispute (for example, the debate over whether we experience so-called ‘high-level’ properties, and the debate concerning individuation of the senses). The guiding hypothesis underlying this volume is that such polarization stems from insufficient attention to how we should go about settling these debates. In general, there is widespread, largely implicit disagreement concerning what philosophical theories of perception are supposed to explain, the claims that we should hold fixed in the course of theorizing, and the methods that such theorizing should employ. The goal of this volume is to move such methodological questions from the background to the fore, in the hope of facilitating progress. The contributions constitute an initial effort to spur more explicit, systematic discussion of methodology in philosophy of perception. They cover a wide range of relevant topics, from the relation between scientific and philosophical theorizing about perception, to lessons we can learn from the history of philosophy of perception.

Digital health remains a growing and challenging niche in public health practice. Academic-industry collaboration (AIC) offers a mechanism to bring disparate sectors together to alleviate digital health challenges of engagement, reach, sustainability, dissemination, evaluation, and equity. Despite the ongoing endorsements for AIC in digital health, limited understanding exists of successful AIC exists. Most published research highlights the barriers of collaboration rather than efficacy, leaving collaborators asking: What are the benefits and facilitators of AIC and do they apply in digital health? As an initial effort to fill the gap in the literature, the purpose of this mini review outlines the benefits and facilitators from previous AIC and offers recommendations specific to digital health.

The Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle) began as an initial effort of liberalization and economic integration in ASEAN. IMT-GT was officially endorsed in 1993, provides a sub-regional framework to accelerate cooperation and economic integration to develop the country's economy. With the increasingly vigorous issue of halal, then established the institution to oversee and provide assurance against halal products. This article explains halal tourism, regulation on halal certification as well as research institute about halal. There are by providing the differences between the three developing countries namely Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. Indonesia has regulation about concerning guarantee of halal products regulation  UU number 33 year 2014. Malaysia has an advantage in terms of regulations and laws on halal certification, but not so with Indonesia as a country with a majority Muslim population. Indonesia has not made halal certification as a guarantee of food and beverage product safety. Indonesia also has a large and free halal market, clear rules, but in implementation it can be said to be weak. Whereas in Malaysia, halal research is quite strong and shows an increasing trend, public awareness about halal is also strong so that the process of certifying halal products goes synergistically. But in Thailand is still starting steps towards halal research. But on the other hand, producers in Thailand have a high awareness of the importance of producing halal products.

The formal concept of futility has been inchoately explored in psychotherapeutic scholarship and only recently has a small body of work focused primarily on anorexia nervosa and schizophrenia emerged. Therefore, this chapter must be considered an exploratory investigation of the meaning of the concept of futility in the practice of psychotherapy. The exploration will begin with a tracing of the intellectual history of the concept and a review of attempts to develop definitions and typologies of futility. It will then outline the fundamental ethical arguments debated in the medical futility literature with reference to anorexia nervosa. Medical, philosophical, legal, and ethical critiques of the idea of futility and its use in medicine and psychiatry will be examined. Finally, a tentative initial effort will be made to apply the ethical principles and values inherent in the debate regarding these discussions of futility to psychotherapy.
