Rebel or collaborator of God? Hildegard of Bingen about a converted creation approach. Hildegard of Bingen (1098-1179) describes the consequences of the destruction of nature with surprising modern illustrations. At the same time, she shows ways to change for the better. Instead of rebelling against God and the order of creation, man is invited to take his position in the heart of creation. Obedience frees man to deal with creation in a compliant manner. This way he can respond to God’s love and act with responsibility in the world. Keywords: Hildegard von Bingen, Schöpfung, Gottes Liebe, Freiheit, Vernunft, Verantwortung, Gottesvergessenheit, Umkehr, geschöpfliches Dasein, Gehorsam.

Abstract In the mirror of the New Testament, helping is an authentic expression of being human. The focus is on the people who need help but should not remain dependent on it. Therefore, empathy and effectiveness are important virtues of helping. Helping makes people happy when it is done out of charity; helping brings misfortune when it becomes a means to an end. The ethos of helping is based on faith in God, who alone is able to save people's lives. This theocentrism relativises human helping and thus justifies the focus on what is humanly possible, but also the hope of transcending these limits, so that no one needs help any more, because all are filled with God's love.

Abstract This article develops an account of some of the central features involved on the human side in adopting a richly accepting orientation towards God's love. It then builds a conceptual and empirical argument for the conclusion that accepting God's love can enhance a person's mental health and can indirectly enable a person to cultivate or maintain moral virtues – whether or not God exists. Importantly, the article contends that these transformative benefits are available to both believers and agnostics, and an original secondary data analysis is offered to support this conclusion in the case of agnostics. The article explains how this transformative value of accepting God's love may serve as the basis for a novel pragmatic argument for theistic religious commitment.

In this reflective article, the writers study Religiosity, sports and the ethics of mercy (hesed). This study departs from the author's observation of one of John Ortberg’s books. Ortberg explained in his work, among others that in the area of spirituality we often play like we want to score in basketball or baseball, with the hope of scoring as much as possible, whether quantitatively or qualitatively. Based on this thought, the writers observe the text of Philippians 2: 6-8, that Jesus is the only servant who can be emulated in all things by giving up the totality of His life for the sake of humanity. The uniqueness of Jesus as a servant of God has been reflected in the story of His life, namely He was born in a cage of animals and served indefinitely. And at the end of His life, He was willing to die in the most despicable state of being crucified. The story of Jesus is the story of God descending to earth who took on human appearance. The method used is a qualitative research method, and the authors examine the Philippian text to analyze the Bible's view of Religiosity, sport and the ethics of mercy (hesed). The reflective study process carried out by these authors is to use a variety of reliable library and electronic sources to support the authors's analysis. The results of this study, which were intended from the beginning as reflective narratives rather than theoretical analysis, are to believe that Jesus came down to earth as a manifestation of God's love from Heaven, and that should be an example for us all as His disciples.

„You care about everything, because everything is yours, Lord, lover of life” (Wis 11.26) – affirmation of life in the pages of the Holy Scriptures Life is one of the main subject in Bible, because God describe Himself as Living, Alive, and create life and enables it’s various forms to development, and bring out from nonexistence. At the basis of that is God’s love, reachable for people in the relationship with Him. In this article the life’s affirmation is analysed in the key of continuity, growth and transposition, according to generally accepted ideas of the time of Bible’s books redaction. It’ll be taken into account texts, where is described the subject by using word „life”.

In a time of climate change, environmental degradation, and social injustice, the question of the value and purpose of human life has become urgent. What are the grounds for hope in a wounded world? This Sacred Life gives a deep philosophical and religious articulation of humanity's identity and vocation by rooting people in a symbiotic, meshwork world that is saturated with sacred gifts. The benefits of artificial intelligence and genetic enhancement notwithstanding, Norman Wirzba shows how an account of humans as interdependent and vulnerable creatures orients people to be a creative, healing presence in a world punctuated by wounds. He argues that the commodification of places and creatures needs to be resisted so that all life can be cherished and celebrated. Humanity's fundamental vocation is to bear witness to God's love for creaturely life, and to commit to the construction of a hospitable and beautiful world.

The present article introduces the results of the analysis of texts by Czech (Catholic) Christian young adults published in 2019 and 2020 on the website signaly.cz. This page is intended to unite Christians and support them in their faith. The texts are diverse in genre, their content is purely religious or secular, but it at least remotely touches on the issues of the spiritual life of man or his/her religiosity (“soft spirituality”). Posting on the internet testifies to the need for young people not only to strengthen themselves and others in their faith in God, but also to share trivial content that relates to daily life and behind which (in the background) they see God’s will, the expression of God’s love and wisdom.

Abstract: The following article will explore the human need to experience the love of God, through the love of those who are our physical and spiritual origin, that is, our parents. The first part of the analysis will stablish a theoretical framework, drawn from our human experience, that explains the relationship between the notion of human love and happiness. Secondly, the connection between the need to experience God’s love in order to reciprocate it through freedom will be brought to our discussion. In that sense, to love and being loved on earth becomes a matter of acknowledging the true nature of human freedom up to the point of, willingly, co-participating in God’s plan to become parents, that is: to procreate and educate the children of God. Finally, the commitment of every society to rethink and value the function of parents to build society from the inside, the “global home” for human beings, will be exalted. Key Words: Love, Family, Parenthood, Freedom, Happiness.
