Kadaster, the Dutch National Land Registry and Mapping Agency, has been actively publishing their base registries as linked (open) spatial data for several years. To date, a number of these base registers as well as a number of external datasets have been successfully published as linked data and are publicly available. Increasing demand for linked data products and the availability of new linked data technologies have highlighted the need for a new, innovative approach to linked data publication within the organisation in the interest of reducing the time and costs associated with said publication. The new approach to linked data publication is novel in both its approach to dataset modelling, transformation, and publication architecture. In modelling whole datasets, a clear distinction is made between the Information Model and the Knowledge Model to capture both the organisation-specific requirements and to support external, community standards in the publication process. The publication architecture consists of several steps where instance data are loaded from their source as GML and transformed using an Enhancer and published in the triple store. Both the modelling and publication architecture form part of Kadaster’s larger vision for the development of the Kadaster Knowledge Graph through the integration of the various linked datasets.

AbstractSocio-environmental responsibility is a complementary and growing concept indiscussions, both in the organizational and educational spheres. The aim of this research was to find out how the UAE society views people who have recovered from addiction. The data was gathered using a scale with positive and negative statements based on four fundamental axes: First and foremost, how do community members react to a recovering addict in general?  Second, the extent to which recovering addicts are accepted in various social communities. Third, the presence of stigma or rejection by community members when dealing with a recovering addict. And fourth, the effect of the interaction of gender and age level on the attitudes of the sample members toward recovering addicts. In addition, an in-depth interview with ten respondents from addicts who recovered and returned to Al-Amal Private Hospital for treatment or follow-up was conducted. The interviews focused on showing and demonstrating the experiences of those recovering from addiction in dealing with the external community and the extent to which it accepts them, their integration into various "social, environment, professional" aspects and their exposure to stigma and ostracism within their societies. According to recovering addicts' narratives, the attitude of Emirati community members on recovering addicts is relatively positive, with negative indicators about "safety, trust, dealing, and integration" acting as a barrier to their integration into social capital. This result, which contradicted the respondents' accounts and the existence of a declining social perception, regardless of age and gender, was found to be related to demographic factors (gender/age) and attitudes of Emirati community members toward recovering addicts. Furthermore, there is a significant gap between what the recovered believes from societal reality after his recovery and individual society's perceptions and attitudes, which is a totally contradictory gap that reflects a lack of community members' awareness in dealing properly with this recovering addict.

Objective: The study aimed at verifying the association between Dark Triad and the interest in activities related to academic career among postgraduate accounting students. Method: The sample consisted of 124 students from postgraduate programs in the Accounting Sciences in Brazil. Data were collected through a survey and submitted to multivariate analysis. Results: The results show that narcissism and psychopathy are related to activities inherent to the academic career, while Machiavellian traits do not exhibit the same association. The lack of correlation between Machiavellianism and academic career activities may be related to the desired academic career profile. Students with narcissistic traits are adept at academic career activities mainly related to research and teaching. Psychopathic traits were not adept at activities related to teaching and extension (service to the external community), which may be related to the lack of empathy, lack of concern related to compliance with rules and insensitivity.   Contributions: The study contributes to the gap in accounting research that discusses non-pathological personality traits and career interests, since previous research has demanded attention in view of the objective and subjective issues inherent to the career and, at times, marginalize the relevant activities career choice. In addition, such discussions are presented as an advisory material for HEIs in terms of outlining the performance and interest of future teachers regarding the activities inherent to the academic career.

The implementation of e-governance in universities is considered a crucial matter because of integrating roles and achieving community development and institutional excellence. Despite this, there is a shortage of studies and research that deals with e-governance and institutional excellence, especially in Saudi universities. Hence, this is a pioneer in the context of Saudi Arabia. This research is aimed to identify the impact of e-governance on institutional excellence at the University of Ha'il in light of the Kingdom's 2030 vision. The study has relied on a random sample of 400 male and female students from various university colleges. The questionnaire was used as a means of collecting data after confirming its validity for measurement. Then the questionnaire was distributed electronically due to the suspension of the study because of the Corona pandemic. The data was analyzed using statistical methods appropriate to the data's nature. It has included averages, standard deviations, simple correlation coefficients, and multiple regression coefficients. The study has reached several results. The most important are the e-governance dimensions and institutional excellence criteria. These are effectively applied at the university. However, significant importance is not given to infrastructure, beneficiaries' satisfaction, and positive correlational relationships between all e-governance dimensions and institutional excellence criteria. The combined dimensions of e-governance are 80.9 % of the variance in institutional excellence. This means 19.1% is not included in the study due to other factors. The research has suggested taking an interest in the university's infrastructure, especially the internet. It has emphasized benefiting the beneficiaries' views in developing the university and supporting external community partnerships.

Palavras-chave: Geração de Renda; Interdisciplinaridade; Vulnerabilidade Social Total interaction between Federal Institute of Paraná and external community Abstract: For educational and social development, partnerships between public and private entities are essential and desirable, always in order to contemplate the appreciation of a greater good, the human being. The exchange of experience and knowledge consolidates the tripod - teaching, research, and extension in the educational scope. Thus, the offer of interactions between the internal community of the Assis Chateaubriand campus of the Federal Institute of Paraná Education (IFPR) and the external community is clearly institutionalized in Extension Programs and Projects at IFPR. This project aimed to formalize both relevant extensional and educational actions, distributed in all social segments, that positively impacted society. From June to October 2019, community actions were developed, such as workshops, meetings, events, and cultural presentations (theater performances). All the actions took place in a satisfactory way regarding meeting the expectations of the participating communities. Consequently, the school has promoted the construction of moral values, forming conscious and critical citizens: people who know how to be engaged in community life and who value personal and collective well-being, who work to build a better world.  The social isolation promoted by COVID-19 impacts the routine and habits of families with a reflection on the characteristics and generation of solid waste and consumption of natural resources. This situation has been identified as an opportunity for educational institutions to promote awareness actions with their internal and external community as a contribution to reduce such effects. In order to disseminate sustainable practices related to the daily life of the pandemic and to evaluate responses, the group of teachers and students developed activities which contributed to minimize the effects of the pandemic. The ease and speed of social media was used as a tool for actions. The methodological steps were: survey of the existing contents in the official networks of the Federal Institute of Espírito Santo related to the topic of interest, the definition of the InstagramTM social network, profile creation for the Ifes Biotechnology and Sustainability Laboratory (Labiotecs), increase of followers, creation and dissemination of content and publications analysis. The work is based on the Deming Cycle methodology in order to optimize its planning and execution. Among the results, 179 followers on the profile were reached, 10 posts were shared in the feed, 4 questionnaires and 5 polls applied until 06/17/2020. The effectiveness of the work was shown through the reach of publications and public acceptance. Also, the Deming cycle proved to be adequate and capable of being replicated.

AbstractThe purpose of this article is to demonstrate how a new cross-community leadership team came together, collaborated, coordinated across academic units with external community partners, and executed a joint mission to address the unmet clinical need for medical face shields during these unprecedented times. Key aspects of this success include the ability to forge and leverage new opportunities, overcome challenges, adapt to changing constraints, and serve the significant need across the Philadelphia region and healthcare systems. We teamed to design-build durable face shields (AJFlex Shields). This was accomplished by high-volume manufacturing via injection molding and by 3-D printing the key headband component that supports the protective shield. Partnering with industry collaborators and civic-minded community allies proved to be essential to bolster production and deliver approximately 33,000 face shields to more than 100 organizations in the region. Our interdisciplinary team of engineers, clinicians, product designers, manufacturers, distributors, and dedicated volunteers is committed to continuing the design-build effort and providing Drexel AJFlex Shields to our communities.

Individuals and organizations of different types are always challenged to decide by which kind of ethical framework they will abide by. The decision may be rewarding or punitive. External agents, like communities, may influence how the decision will result. This essay claims that Odebrecht corruption scandal bears an example of such a situation. Coupled with the company’s internal decisions, the external community played a role in moving Odebrecht from being a respected player in the global construction industry to the exposition of its immoral practices. The present study also demonstrates the recent attempts at political interference in the investigations of this scandal and how former Odebrecht is trying to rebuild itself as a company.
