The paper first addresses the educational policies dictated at the international and national levels to deal with the health emergency caused by COVID-19. The main objective of these policies has been not to stop the teaching-learning processes, moving from face-to-face and blended modalities to an online modality, trying not to neglect aspects such as educational quality. Afterwards, those dictated and implemented by the University Network of the University of Guadalajara (U. de G.) are analyzed. Then, the reality faced by the professors of the Centro Universitario del Norte (CUNorte) to continue their teaching work is described. Finally, the challenges in the short, medium and long term, related to the use of information and communication technologies (ICT), such as the lack of training in digital platforms and tools, computer equipment for work, obsolescence of the same and problems of Internet connectivity, among others.

The research carried out aims to develop teaching materials that are sontextual local wisdom in order to attract student in learning. The teaching materials that will be developed in this research are e-LKPD based on drying salted fish on temperatured and heat materials. The research method used in this research in the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development model has five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and evaluation. The research steps are carried out in accordanse with the ADDIE satges. The results of the research conducted, namely at the analysis stage, it was found that the lack of use of alternative teaching materials such as e-LKPD made student less interested during the learning process. Teaching materials that contain observation activities are meeded to improve psychomotor skills in students so that in this study the e-LKPD was developed by containing a simple experiment on drying salted fish. Preparation or writing of e-LKPD materials using the 3d pageflip application. This applicatin has the adavantage of complete features that make the 3d effect look real. This 3d pageflip appication requires a number of computer devices to use and the installation process is quite long. The constraints of this research are that the computer equipment owned by the researcher does not support the isntallation of the 3d pagefip application, the limited time of the study, and the limitation of the researcher in usng the 3d pageflip applicatin so that the research is only carried out until the sdesign stage.

Analysis of national and international databases on the safety of physical factors. Non-regulatory working conditions of computer users are largely due to the lack of national sanitary norms and rules for the safe operation of computer equipment. Current international standards relate to the radiative properties of technical means and do not consider the conditions in the workplace. It is shown that general standards on maximum permissible levels of physical factors are unacceptable for their application in the field of user safety due to high maximum permissible levels of electromagnetic fields, infrasound, electrostatic fields, etc. In addition, there are significant differences in the various current regulations regarding limit levels and methods for determining the integrated electromagnetic load. When developing sanitary norms for the safety of users of computer equipment, the dependence of air quality on the aeroionic composition on the presence of surface electrophysical charges on polymer surfaces and models of technical means and means of air cooling should be taken into account. It is advisable to regulate the use of artificial air ionization devices. Given the relatively low levels of electromagnetic fields in the workplace of users, it is necessary to regulate the ways of controlling the levels of electromagnetic fields with acceptable errors. Given the impact of unstable operation of technical ways on the psychomatic state of users in the process of developing the relevant standard, it is necessary to take into account the stable operation of equipment by increasing the levels of electromagnetic compatibility of equipment.

The use of ICT equipment in schools has not reached its full potential due to a number of limitations. Video feedback in physical education classes is one way that computer equipment is used and, according to Dr Saburo Nishimura, Heisei International University, this has proven to be effective and beneficial. However, there remains room for improvement and Nishimura and his team want to maximise its impact. The researchers are seeking to fulfil research gaps concerning the process of acquiring skill proficiency with the use of video feedback and how ICT equipment can be effectively used in physical education classes. As such, the team is working on a project that is seeking to elucidate the learning time that students require in order to grasp areas for improvement regarding physical movement by watching videos of their movements and also videos of the same movements being expertly performed. In addition, the researchers want to clarify the minimum number of trials (number of exercises) required to improve their skills. This work will involve the participation of high school students and Nishimura has already obtained consent for this from a number of high schools. It will also involve the use of tablets. The effect of video feedback will be analysed from two perspectives: eye movement analysis and motion analysis.

All known studies on the effect of computer equipment on the concentration of air ions of both signs have been used for rooms where desktop computers are operated. The expediency of conducting research using a laptop computer is substantiated. Therefore, the urgent task is to study the dynamics of the air ionic composition of the air from the operation of personal computers and identify ways to maintain this indicator at the regulatory level. It is shown that the switched on computer deionizes air, and mainly on one polarity. It is established that this is a consequence of electrification of polymer surfaces. The cause of electrification is triboelectric phenomena, including the directional movement of dry air from the CPU cooling fan. Additional electrification (and consequently - deionization of air) gives the presence of the user. Confirmation of the cause of deionization is the slow recovery of the concentration of air ions after turning on the computer to a certain neutralization of surface charges. The dependences of the change of air ion concentrations on the distance from the electric field source are established. At its intensity of about 5 kV/m with dimensions of 1.0×1.0 m, the critical distance is 1.2-1.3 m. It is recommended to carry out wet absorption for an unambiguous workplace, which provides insignificant electric fields for 1.5 hours. During the operation of many personal computers, it is advisable to neutralize surface charges with an ultrasonic humidifier-ionizer. It is emphasized that the conducted research has a separate character. This is due to the presence of specific synthetic materials It is advisable to conduct research in standard rooms for the operation of computer equipment to obtain information that can be summarized and used to develop sanitary standards for the operation of computer equipment.

The purpose of the resarch is to exploring opportunities for students to receive social assistance from the state and local government in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic. Both theoretical and empirical research methods were used in this study. State social assistance to students would be expected by providing material support for the purchase of computer equipment. Municipal social assistance is expected both in the form of a crisis benefit and indirectly by supporting the student's family if it enters the status of a poor or low-income family.

This study explores the opinions of life and earth sciences teachers about the obstacles related to their formative assessment practices and their suggestions and proposals susceptible to resolving the problem. As part of the skills-based approach, we also want to check the remediation practices - being a necessity - with teachers going through the devices used to reach the limits of this phase. We used a questionnaire addressed to one hundred and fifteen teachers of life and earth sciences working in high schools located in Casablanca and El Jadida Cities (Morocco). The major obstacles encountered by the teachers surveyed when setting up formative evaluations are the non-motivation of learners, the lack of computer equipment, and the heterogeneity of the classes, which pushes them to give proposals related to learners, Teachers, and assessment practices. As for remediation, although it is executed with various tools, it also remains limited by various constraints. Our survey, therefore, reflects the state of a teacher who is limited by obstacles either at the level of formative evaluation or of remediation.

Abstract This study is an analysis of how a set of factors influenced the decision to adopt information and communication technologies (ICTs) in small businesses in Colombia; for this purpose, a logistic modeling is applied wherein the explained variable represents the companies’ decision to adopt ICTs. The main explanatory elements include the demographic aspects of the owner, the company characteristics, and the legal practice of the company and its social capital. Data from the Microbusiness Survey 2019 conducted by the National Administrative Department of Statistics of Colombia were employed. The study results noted that personal aspects such as the age and gender of the owner have an impact on the adoption of ICTs. Moreover, computer equipment is critical in these small businesses, thereby making a policy of subsidizing the acquisition of these devices relevant. In addition, business formality and social capital ties have a positive influence on the use of ICTs.
