Recently, demand for high-rise residential has increased every year and shifted residential development patterns from vertical to horizontal development. Living in high-rise residential will require residents to share common facilities and resources. For that, a management body is known as Management Corporation (MC) or Joint Management Body (JMB) is established. This management body is responsible to collect the service charge from residents, as well as managing and maintaining the buildings and common property. However, a review of the literature has found out gaps between the MC responsibility and residents’ satisfaction. Driven by study objectives, this study focuses on exploring issues faced by the tenants living in the selected high-rise strata housing. Through a questionnaire survey, responses are randomly collected and analysed. A descriptive table, Relative Importance Index (RII) and correlation test are used in the analysis to provide findings for the study.

Projects for the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources involve multi-disciplinary technology and management knowledge. However, enterprises often do not have relevant technical reserves and construction experience, thus posing difficulties in balancing the cost, progress, quality, and other indicators of construction while considering the team building of enterprises If not resolved, these problems may lead to resource wastage and low rates of comprehensive resource utilization. This paper introduces the advantages and disadvantages of Outsourcing, Self-management, Consultant, and Joint Management Modes in handling such projects. Taking a mining company in Guangxi as an example, the pros and cons of the above modes are analysed from different perspectives according to the actual situation of the enterprise being studied. The study’s findings have some guiding significance and can provide a comprehensively practical view from an educational significance perspective for enterprises who are planning to implement project construction.

ObjectiveTo map evidence on the implementation of the WHO’s collaborative framework for the management of tuberculosis (TB) and diabetes mellitus (DM) comorbidity, globally.DesignScoping review.MethodsGuided by Arksey and O’Malley’s scoping review framework, this review mapped literature on the global implementation of the framework for the management of TB and DM comorbidity, globally. An extensive literature search for peer-reviewed studies, theses, studies in the press and a list of references from the selected studies was conducted to source-eligible studies. PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of Science, Science Direct, the EBSCOhost platform (academic search complete, health source: nursing/academic edition, CINAHL with full text), Scopus and the WHO library were used to source the literature. We performed title screening of articles using keywords in the databases, after which two independent reviewers (RS and PV) screened abstracts and full articles. Studies from August 2011 to May 2021 were included in this review and the screening was guided by the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Findings were analysed using the thematic content analysis approach and results presented in the form of a narrative report. The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis extension was used as a checklist and for explaining the scoping review process.ResultsThis review found evidence of the WHO TB-DM collaborative framework’s implementation in 35 countries across the globe. TB-DM comorbidity was identified in patients through bidirectional screening of both patients with TB and patients with DM in rural and urban settings.ConclusionDue to the paucity of evidence on mechanisms of collaboration, we recommend further research in other implementing countries to identify techniques used for diagnosis and integration of TB and DM services, in order to ensure that effective and joint management of TB-DM comorbidity in populations is achieved.

A more sustainable management of natural resources and the establishment of processes allowing a joint management of nuclear materials to avoid their diversion from their civilian use are two issues for the nuclear industry. Short alternatives to existing processes have therefore been proposed based on known systems available, tributylphosphate (TBP), for the separation of actinides by liquid/liquid extraction. Proof of concept of such alternative has been established on the uranium(VI)/thorium(IV) system. From an organic phase consisting of a mixture of TBP/n-dodecane loaded with uranium and thorium, two fluxes have been obtained: the first contains almost all of the thorium in the presence of uranium in a controlled ratio, the second contains surplus uranium. Two levers were selected to control the spontaneous separation of the organic phase: the addition of concentrated nitric acid, or the temperature variation. Best results have been obtained using a temperature drop in the liquid/liquid extraction process, and variations in process conditions have been studied. Final metal recovery and solvent recycling have also been demonstrated, opening the door for further process development.

Collaboration in the management of mangrove areas is a role for every social element in local government, the community, and the private sector. Co-management is an alternative solution in the form of management that integrates the roles and interests of everyone in the mangrove rehabilitation program. This study aims to analyze the role and level of influence of the interests of each actor in mangrove rehabilitation activities in Langkat Regency. The research method uses descriptive-qualitative data collected from the results of questionnaires, interviews; Field observations are processed in the form described in the description in the tabulation. From the results of this study, the form of joint management in mangrove rehabilitation is at a consultative stage where the government starts to consider local views in the decision-making process, the level of participation of each stakeholder is in a low category, so this Study recommends that the form of participation of each stakeholder can be improved through the form of joint regulations, sustainability programs and systematic work distribution that is disseminated to every implementer of mangrove rehabilitation programs in Langkat District.

The present study was conducted in purposively selected “East Forest Circle” of Jammu division of J&K. Multistage sampling plan was followed for the selection of respondents. Six forest ranges from East circle having maximum number of Joint Management Programme (JFM)Cs were selected purposively. Twenty four committees, four from each selected ranges of East circle and eight members from each selected JFMC were selected through random sampling technique. The respondents were divided into two groups 1).Treatment group: Eight members from each selected JFMC were selected randomly for the study making the sample size to 192 respondents. 2). Control group: Two villages from each range (12 villages in total) were selected through random sampling technique. From each selected village nine non- JFMC members were randomly selected. Thus, a total sample of 108 non-JFMC members were selected from these villages. Binary regression model was applied to analyze the factors affecting farmer’s decision to join JFM programme. The result of the study showed that family size, area under trees, extension contact and social participation significantly affecting farmer’s decision to join JFM programme.

In the scientific article the author conducted a scientific study of the peculiarities of protection of property and personal non-property rights of spouses in cases of establishing a regime of separate residence. Based on the above research, the author notes that the importance of the legal position in cases of establishing a regime of separate residence of spouses is the decision of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Ukraine №11 of December 21, 2007 “On the practice of law enforcement, divorce, annulment and division of joint property of the spouses “, namely paragraph 12 of this resolution. Unfortunately, this document is the only legal position of the Supreme Court on the establishment of the legal regime of separate residence of spouses, so to determine the approaches of courts of general jurisdiction in considering this category of cases, you should refer to the analysis of individual court deci-sions. The analysis of the conducted case law allows to indicate that the main reasons that indicate the impossibility and / or unwillingness of the spouses to live together may indicate: lack of common life goals and family interests, which makes it impossible to live together and marital relations, long separate residence, lack of joint household , the presence of different views on life, lack of mutual understanding in the family, lack of joint management, lack of desire to continue living together, family disputes and conflicts that led to tense relationships, lack of intention to resume cohabitation, alcohol abuse, lack interest in raising one’s own child, quarrels and physical violence against the other spouse. The decision of the High Specialized Court of the Court of Ukraine on Civil and Criminal Cases in Case №6-27361, according to which the existence of property disputes concerning joint joint ownership of spouses does not deprive the right to establish a separate residence regime, also has a certain legal position.
