The objective of the research is to study the influence of restorative motor mode at the high altitude on functional condition of the sportsmen body during their stay in the mountains and the subsequent readaptation period. Materials and methods. Ten male sportsmen, whose specialization was medium and long-distance running took part in the research. The research was conducted in Bishkek during the 3-week stay in highlands (2350 m) and after their return to the foothills. During their stay in the mountains the sportsmen followed a specific motional mode in the form of outdoor activities. At the high altitude (2nd, 7th, 12th and 22nd days) and during the readaptation period (5th–6th and 18th–19st days) the condition of the respiratory function, cardio respiratory system and the maximum level of oxygen intake of sportsmen were evaluated. Results. During their stay in the mountains the increase of external expiration reserves and optimization of cardiovascular activity were observed. The level of maximum oxygen consumption after a decrease increased during the period of readaptation by 9,8% (P < 0,05). Conclusions. Outdoor activities at the high altitude conditions allow you to preserve and expand the functional reserves of the body of sportsmen during the transient period of the oneyear training macrocycle.

For the first time, studies were conducted to study the features of the heart rate response of laboratory animals exposed to various modes of motor activity when administered with β, α1 and α2-blockers. It was found that in all the experimental groups of animals studied, a decrease in the heart rate response was observed in the first week after the introduction of β, α1 and α2-adreno blockers. It was revealed that the initial reaction of the heart rate on the introduction of β, α1 and α2-blockers depends on the level of motor activity of laboratory animals. It was found that the most pronounced decrease in the heart rate response to the introduction of different subtypes of adreno-blockers is observed in the group of animals with limited motor activity. At the same time, the smallest decrease in the heart rate response occurs in the group of animals subject to enhanced motor mode. It was revealed that in the group of experimental animals, during further muscle training, by the end of the fourth week, there was a less pronounced decrease in the heart rate response to the administration of β, α1 and α2-adreno blockers. It was found that in a group of animals subject to a regime of limited motor activity, by the end of the fourth week of hypokinesia, the most pronounced decrease in the heart rate response to the introduction of β, α1-targeted blockers occurs.

In order to improve the educational process in the conditions of quarantine restrictions, it is important to assess the characteristics of students' reaction, depending on the specialty in which they receive education, to certain pedagogical methods and techniques characteristic of distance learning. The purpose of the work is to investigate the dynamics of students' attitude to distance learning and to identify the features of the educational process in the information and educational environment of higher education institutions depending on the field of study. The study from 2020 to 2021 involved 134 students of Kyiv National Economic University Vadym Hetman and 256 students of the National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine. During the research such methods as analysis and generalization of literature sources, questionnaires, statistical analysis were used. Results. It was found that regardless of the direction of study, a decrease in motor activity in 2020 was noted by a statistically significant (p <0.05) larger share of freelance students than in 2021, which indicates the adaptation of participants in the educational process to distance learning and stabilization of their motor mode . It was found that students of economic education have a statistically significant (p <0.05) more time on the PC compared to those seeking higher education in physical education. In contrast to students of the Economic Free Economic Zone, the share of students of NUFVSU who mastered the theoretical knowledge of health at work at the computer, statistically significant (p <0.05) increased by 15.4%. In 2020, the shares of students who control the working posture of a PC user and perform mini-sets of exercises when working on a PC depending on the direction of study statistically significant (p> 0.05) did not differ, and in 2021 statistically significant (p <0.05) most students of NUFVSU remembered the need to maintain the ergonomically optimal posture of the PC user and performed such sets of physical exercises than among KNEU students. It was found that among the students of NUFVSU statistically significant (p <0.05) a larger proportion is systematically engaged in health-improving motor activity and cares about health while working on the PC compared to students of KNEU. Also statistically significant (p <0.05), a higher percentage of NUFVSU students indicate the absence of discomfort in the spine after prolonged work on the PC.

The paper presents an analysis of energy consumption in a Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) used in actual road conditions. Therefore, the paper features a comparison of the consumption of energy obtained from fuel and from energy taken from the vehicle’s batteries for each travel with a total distance of 5000 km. The instantaneous energy consumption per travelling kilometre in actual operating conditions for a combustion engine mode are within the range of 233 to 1170 Wh/km and for an electric motor mode are within the range of 135 to 420 Wh/km. The average values amount to 894 Wh/km for the combustion engine and 208 Wh/km for the electric motor. The experimental data was used to develop curves for the total energy consumption per 100km of road section travelled divided into particular engine types (combustion/electric), demonstrating a close correlation to actual operating conditions. These values were referred to the tested passenger vehicle’s approval data in a WLTP test, with the average values of 303 Wh/km and CO2 emission of 23 g/km.

Aim. To conduct a targeted search for scientific literature sources aimed at compiling a review of data on the use of physical factors inthe medical rehabilitation of children suffering from spinal osteochondropathies. One of the most urgent and socially significant problems of modern medicine is the wide prevalence of orthopedic pathology, amongwhich the leading positions are occupied by diseases of the spine. In the population of children and adolescents, there has been arecent steady increase in pain syndromes of a vertebrogenic nature, leading to a violation of physical functioning. According to variouspopulation studies, the prevalence of this nosological form among the child population ranges from 0.42 to 37%. The prevalenceof Sheyerman-Mau disease in the general population of children and adolescents ranges from 0.4-8.3%. This pathology is the mostcommon among all osteochondropathies of childhood. To date, the etiology of spinal osteochondropathy is still unclear. Due to theasymptomatic course, the disease is not always diagnosed at the early stages of development which creates certain difficulties indiagnosing and prescribing effective treatment of the disease. Medical rehabilitation of children with spinal osteochondropathies isaimed at preventing further progression of deformity, improving posture, respiratory function and cardiovascular system and includes:rational motor mode and nutrition, general strengthening and hardening procedures, conservative orthopedic measures (wearing acorset, staying in a plaster bed), active correction of deformity (kinesotherapy), hydrokinesotherapy, massage, passive correction ofdeformity (treatment with position), physiotherapy (electrical muscle stimulation), sports (skiing, swimming). A special place in thereview is given to the presentation of the stages of medical rehabilitation of children with dorsalgia and adolescents who have undergonesurgical treatment for spinal osteochondropathies. Conclusion. When prescribing a personalized program of medical rehabilitation for children suffering from spinal osteochondropathies, the maximum positive dynamics of the course of the disease is achieved, which leads to an improvement in the quality of lifeand a decrease in disability among the children’s population. The developed programs of medical rehabilitation of children will reducethe socio-economic losses from vertebrogenic pathology and will contribute to strengthening the health of the younger generationsof Russia.

The article reveals the peculiarities of the construction of rational modes of motor activity of student youth in the conditions of distance learning. It is established that the rational organization of physical activity has become especially relevant due to the imbalance between food consumption, exercise and human rest. A special role in this problem is played by the organization of the motor mode of student youth, whose training is associated with low motor activity in terms of distance learning. It has been found that chronic lack of physical activity in the regime of student youth becomes a real threat to their health and normal physical performance. Practice shows that two classes (four hours) per week in the first two courses of the university do not allow to ensure a minimum level of physical activity of students. So it is clear that the need for independent exercise in free time is objectively justified. Research shows that physical activity is an integral part of human behavior should ensure the proper functioning of body systems and health. Taking into account individual norms of motor activity is one of the essential factors in improving the system of physical education of students. Therefore, when researching the health of students and involving them in physical culture, special attention was paid to the problem of the relationship between physical activity and other aspects of student lifestyle. These problems became the subject of our analysis at the stage of the observational experiment, which preceded the development of a health training program to improve student health.

The article is devoted to the study of losses in devices based on high-temperature superconductors of the 2nd generation. The complexity of the devices under study increases from a single rack coil to a winding assembled from several coils, and finally to an electric machine operating in generator mode. This is the way to experimentally study the behavior of 2nd generation high temperature superconductor (2G HTS) carrying a transport current in various conditions: self-field, external DC, and AC magnetic field. Attention is also paid to the losses in the winding during its operation from the inverter, which simulates the operating conditions in the motor mode of a propulsion system.
