The article presents a theoretical analysis and summarizes approaches to the use of kinesioplasty in the training of young football players to optimize motor activity and functional reserves of individual movements. The analysis of the literature showed that the anatomical-physiological and psychological features of the development of the body of young football players are most favorable for the development of most physical qualities of man. Based on the generalization of educational and methodological and scientific literature, it was found that the mechanisms of interaction of posture and arbitrary precise movements are closely interrelated and depend on the state of postural balance and the general center of gravity of the athlete's biomechanics. The expediency of expanding the range of means of the training process of young football players aimed at optimizing their motor activity has been studied. In the sports and training process of young football players found that it is extremely important to develop both cortical mechanisms of motor coordination and the manifestation of various forms of motor coordination in the distal parts of the body, and through muscular activity - changes in spatial, force, temporal characteristics of voluntary movement, biodynamic characteristics of the athlete's posture. It is proved that in order to obtain a positive effect of kinesioplasty methods on the optimization of coordination abilities of young players, it is necessary to restructure the pathological motor stereotype formed as a result of spontaneous development, which adapts the athlete to increase stress and energy expenditure during sports training. And the ability to regulate a variety of parameters of movements is determined by the accuracy of motor sensations and perceptions. The pedagogical experiment was carried out on the basis of FC "Kudrivka". The experiment was carried out by stretching the grass-sickle 2021 rock. It was attended by (n = 30 people) of which (n = 15 people) control group and (n = 15 people) experimental group). The age of the subjects was 8-11 years.

Introduction. Rabbit meat is an excellent source of dietetic food. High-quality and safe meat production is a priority of the scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation. The research objective was to determine the optimal dose of Echinacea purpurea L. extract in the rabbit diet and study its effect on the physicochemical and morphological quality parameters of rabbit meat. Study objects and methods. At 70 days of age, the experimental animals started to receive various doses of a phytobiotic feed additive based on the Echinacea purpurea extract. The experiment lasted 30 days. Results and discussion. The daily dose of 1.0 g and 1.5 g per animal proved to stimulate the redox processes in the rabbit metabolism. The body weight of the test animals significantly increased compared with the control group. The test slaughter revealed a high level of meat productivity. The animals in experimental groups II and III showed the best slaughter indicators. Each animal received 1.5 g of the extract per day. The morphological composition of chilled carcass indicated that the additive had a positive effect on the mass indicators. According to the physical and chemical analysis, the contents of water, protein, and ash in the experimental group was the same as in the control group. The ratio of unsaturated and saturated fatty acids in the control group was 1.34:1, while in the experimental group III is was 1.39:1. This optimal proportion proved a high biological value of rabbit meat, which makes it a dietary product. The phytobiotic additive proved commercial as the test animals demonstrated an intensive weight gain compared with the control group. Experimental groups II and III showed the best slaughter indicators. Conclusion. 1.5 g of the extract of Echinacea purpurea had a positive effect on the composition and physicochemical parameters of rabbit meat, as well as meat production.

Unbalanced mineral and vitamin nutrition of lactating cows can be a critical factor in the realization of their productive potential. The development and introduction into production of inexpensive, but effective feed additives is the main trend of improving the feeding of modern animal husbandry. Under the conditions of the Tyumen region such natural raw materials can be sapropels, which successfully combine a variety of biologically active substances. The purpose of the research was to study the digestibility of nutrients and energy metabolism in lactating cows when sapropel is included in the ration. Scientifi c and economic experiment in the study of the effectiveness of feeding sapropel lake Nepryak has been carried out in the training and experimental farm of the State Northern Trans-Urals Agrarian University. The animals of the control group have been fed the main diet. Cows of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups have been fed 300 and 500 g of sapropel per head/day, respectively, in addition to the main ration. It has been found as a result of research that the introduction of sapropel into the ration of cows has a positive effect on the digestibility of nutrients. The digestibility coefficients were higher in the animals of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups compared with the cows of the control group. Cows from the experimental groups digested all the organic substances of the ration better. During the experiment period cows of the 1st and 2nd experimental groups in contrast to the control group had higher milk yield by 11,31 and 10,38 %, respectively, milk protein yield by 10,56 and 5,95 %, milk fat yield by 17,18 and 12,99 %. It has been established that the introduction of sapropel into the ration of cows has the positive effect on the digestibility of nutrients, contributes to the increase of milk productivity, normalizes the metabolism in the body.

Background. Stroke is the leading cause of serious and long-term disability worldwide. Survivors may recover some motor functions after rehabilitation therapy. However, many stroke patients missed the best time period for recovery and entered into the sequela stage of chronic stroke. Method. Studies have shown that motor imagery- (MI-) based brain-computer interface (BCI) has a positive effect on poststroke rehabilitation. This study used both virtual limbs and functional electrical stimulation (FES) as feedback to provide patients with a closed-loop sensorimotor integration for motor rehabilitation. An MI-based BCI system acquired, analyzed, and classified motor attempts from electroencephalogram (EEG) signals. The FES system would be activated if the BCI detected that the user was imagining wrist dorsiflexion on the instructed side of the body. Sixteen stroke patients in the sequela stage were randomly assigned to a BCI group and a control group. All of them participated in rehabilitation training for four weeks and were assessed by the Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) of motor function. Results. The average improvement score of the BCI group was 3.5, which was higher than that of the control group (0.9). The active EEG patterns of the four patients in the BCI group whose FMA scores increased gradually became centralized and shifted to sensorimotor areas and premotor areas throughout the study. Conclusions. Study results showed evidence that patients in the BCI group achieved larger functional improvements than those in the control group and that the BCI-FES system is effective in restoring motor function to upper extremities in stroke patients. This study provides a more autonomous approach than traditional treatments used in stroke rehabilitation.

The work aims to study the effect of different doses of the experimental probiotic preparation “Plantarum” when fed to pregnant animals on their reproductive qualities, as well as on the growth and development of young animals. To obtain young animals, four groups of goats were formed in the type of the Saanen breed, 20 heads each. In the first (control) group, the animals received a standard diet, in the diet of the animals of the second, third and fourth groups in the second half of pregnancy, the probiotic preparation “Plantarum” was additionally introduced, containing Lactobacillus Plantarum, Propiobacterium freudenreihii, in dosages from 0.4 to 0.8 ml/kg of body weight per day. From the offspring of the goats of the experimental groups, four groups of 12 goats were formed. The highest percentage of preservation (94%) and the highest business output of kids per 100 queens (150%) were observed in the fourth experimental group (0.8 ml). The goats of the second, third and fourth groups exceeded the body weight of their contemporaries from the control group by 3%, 6.3%, and 8.8%. The highest indices of the absolute increase in body weight by age periods were noted in the fourth group of goats. There were no significant differences in body build indices during the experiment between the goats of the control and experimental groups. Thus, the maximum positive effect was observed with the introduction of a probiotic preparation into the diet of pregnant goats at a dose of 0.8 ml/kg of body weight per day.

Balances in rhythmic gymnastics constitute one of the basic groups of elements. When performing any elements of the program, it is extremely important for a gymnast to maintain the balance of the body and its parts in relation to each other. At the same time, flexibility is considered a fundamental quality in the sport in question, for it determines both selection and training in sports schools. The aim of the study was to substantiate the effectiveness of the training program for young gymnasts at the initial stage of sports training (1st year of training) based on the methodology of developing the ability to balance. The study was conducted from September 2017 to March 2018 on the basis of Sports School of the Olympic Reserve No. 42 (Moscow). The participants were of the same age, which ensures the qualitative homogeneity of the sample. Two groups of participants – experimental and control – were randomly formed. In the experimental group, the training of young gymnasts was conducted according to the methodology, the main provisions of which are: the division of training in the direction of the development of physical qualities in accordance with the schedule; the use of parterre gymnastics exercises as a warm-up; a strictly determined sequence in the development of elements (small poses, concluding exercises, large poses of classical dance, forms of basic equilibria, complicated equilibria, turns). The results of the control tests showed that, in the experimental group, the average increase in the index of ability to equilibria (Δe = 30.8%) was significantly higher than in the control group (Δc = 8.3%). The practical application of the proposed technique is that it can be used in the organization of the training process of young gymnasts at the stage of initial sports training (1st year of training). Currently, when training novice athletes, the emphasis is on the development of the physical quality of flexibility. In the course of the study, the authors found it necessary to answer the question of whether the developed technique had a negative impact on the development of flexibility. They analyzed the flexibility tests used in the selection of gymnasts and saw that the quality of change in both groups was comparable. Therefore, it can be concluded that the developed methodology does not prevent the development of flexibility. The results of this study will serve as a starting point for further research on the problem of the content of the training process of young gymnasts at the stage of initial sports training.

Objective: This study aims at examining the body composition of male football players who perform regular football training by Bioelectrical Impedance (BIA) method and comparing it with a healthy control group and investigating the effect of regular exercise on body composition.Materials and Methods: A total of 60 people participated in the study, including 30 volunteer male football players performing football trainings regularly from 11 Nisan Football Club playing in Turkey Football Federation Regional Amateur League (BAL) and 30 healthy volunteer control group consisting of male students from Harran University Medical Faculty. Both groups’ ages and body mass indexes are similar to each other.  Bioelectrical Impedance (BIA) method was used for Osseosis, skeletal muscle weight (SMM), body mass index (BMI), body fat percentage (BFP), waist hip ratio (WHR), and basal metabolism parameters of the participants. The data obtained were evaluated with SPSS 23.0 statistical package program, and the significance level was evaluated as p < 0.01 and p < 0.05.Findings: There was no statistically significant difference between the values of age, height, weight, intracellular fluid, extracellular fluid, protein, mineral, skeletal muscle weight (SMM), body mass index (BMI) and muscle ratios of the experimental and control groups (p > 0.05). When the parameters of basal metabolism, Osseosis and skeletal muscle weight of the experimental group were discussed, no significant relationship was detected, although they were high numerically (p > 0.05). It was determined that the body fat percentage (BFP) of the experimental and control groups was correlated at p < 0.01 level and waist-hip ratio was correlated (WHR) at p < 0.05 level, which was statistically significant. As a result, although there was no significant difference between BMI values between the football players and the control group, the fact that the players' lower BMI values and lower waist-hip ratios showed that regular training reduces the risk of developing chronic diseases.

The first period of mature age (21-35 years) of women is characterized by the beginning of involutionary processes in the body and a decrease in the motor abilities of women, and the solution to this problem is possible by optimizing their motor activity. An important factor in training for mature women is to ensure a positive effect on the functional state of the muscles of the torso. Classes in dance types of health-improving motor activity (in particular, bellydance- fitness) have a positive effect on the psycho-emotional state of women and the state of their musculoskeletal system. The work is devoted to the research of the influence of the practice of bellydance-fitness (fitness with movements of oriental dance) on the functional state of the trunk muscles of women of the first period of mature age. Indicators of physical qualities such as static and dynamic strength endurance of torso muscles; spinal mobility in women engaged in bellydance-fitness were studied. Indicators of physical preparedness of women with less than 4 months of training and women with 2-3 years of training were compared. It was a positive effect of bellydance-fitness on the level of functional state of the torso muscles of women. Women with 2-3 years of training are characterized by a higher level of strength of the muscles of the torso and mobility of the spine than women with less than 4 months of training. The results of the research give grounds to recommend the use of bellydance-fitness as a means of improving the functional state of the torso muscles of women.

The article presents the results of studies on the use of a feed additive containing live sporeforming bacteria Bacillus subtilis and live yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae, sorbed on activated carbon particles, to pregnant cows for the formation of immunoglobulins in the body and their isolation in colostrum, as well as for the nonspecific resistance of the resulting calves. The experiments were conducted in the winter-spring period, when the body of cows and calves contains a reduced level of nutrients, immunoglobulins and other biologically active substances, which leads to inhibition of the function of both nonspecific resistance factors and specific immunity. It was found that the feed additive had a positive effect on the physiological and biochemical parameters of calves. In the colostrum of cows of the experimental groups, relative to the animals of the control group, the content of immunoglobulins was 36.4% higher. Calves whose mothers received a feed additive for 30 days at a dose of 20 g per head before calving had higher indicators of total protein, albumins, globulins and factors of nonspecific resistance, such as bactericidal and lysozyme activity of blood serum, phagocytic activity of neutrophils.

The increasing level of sporting achievements is the reason for seeking new and different solutions in different areas of the training process. It is therefore aimed at enriching training content with new methods, forms or introducing a more effective organization of training classes. It should be assumed that the way to improve the effectiveness of training consists in combining developmental activities: motor skills, special motor abilities and mental abilities (Naglak 2010, Duda 2016). Among these athletic qualities, considerable reserves are recognized in the teaching-learning of special motor activities and tactics in which athlete's mental abilities are utilized. Hence, by looking for new ways to optimize the training process for players, attention is drawn to a problem that until recently was unpopular in sports learning, and whose relevance is systematically increasing, ie the need for intellectualization of the training process. The aim of the research Demonstrating the influence of conscious analysis of the movement task among football players on their performance and on the basis of the importance of thought processes for the efficient performance of movement tasks determining directions for creative teaching of the sport game as an effective way of teaching technical and tactical activities. Material and methods of testing The test group will be football players in three age categories: • Footballers (U-12) • Juniors (U-16) • Seniors In the research process, the creative method will be applied to the creative exercises (Bergier 1996, Duda 2016) based on a conscious analysis of the motor activity. Results: The analysis of the research results shows that creative teaching learners achieve better results in motion Conclusions: 1. Efficacy of motor activity requires understanding of causal relationships. 2. Mentalization of the training process increases the effectiveness of the movement of players.
