Is an integral part of the development of the concept of forming a standard range of transport and technological hydrophilic modular means for maintenance of airfields and aircraft. Goal. Development of scientifically sound recommendations for determining the rational parameters of the hydraulic system with automation of control and energy saving during operation of modular vehicles for maintenance of airfields and aircraft, taking into account the potential of domestic engineering and critical imports of units. Methodology. Analysis of the development of axial-piston pumps and  motors according to the manufacturers' catalogs taking into account the needs of modular vehicles for maintenance of airfields and aircraft, in particular, taking into account the creation of modern hydraulic machines by  enterprise «Hydrosila»  by increasing pressure, speed and development new  regulators. Results. It is established that the domestic nomenclature of modern pumps and  motors of axial piston type allows to create three-dimensional hydraulic drives with power to 110 kW for transmissions with machine stepless remote electrohydraulic regulation of speed of rotation of wheels of modular vehicles and to  85 kW throttle drives of technological equipment with energy saving systems by using pumps with automatic regulators of change of working volume. It has been established that in the pumps for  of transmissions the ratio of mass to power is reduced three times.Originality.  Graphic dependences of power, supply and torque of standard size series on the working volume of axial-piston pumps and hydraulic motors of the domestic enterprise "Hydrosila" for volumetric hydraulic transmissions and technological equipment of aerodrome and aircraft maintenance facilities are constructed. Practical value. The possibility of a rational selection of axial-piston domestic hydraulic machines for the development of hydraulic drives for airfields and aircraft.

The rail steel properties are adversely affected by rigid non-metallic inclusions, containing aluminum oxides. Therefore, aluminum content is limited to 0.004 % wt. in rail steel grades. Aluminum can get into steel from charge materials and refractory lining. In this work, we’ve analyzed how the chemical composition of refractories used in rail steel making influence steel quality on example of one domestic enterprise. To determine the main types of non-metallic inclusions created in E76F rail steels, we have performed fractional gas analysis of the samples taken in various process steps. It was found that the slag composition after degassing changes insignificantly, while the most part of non-metallic inclusions in rail steel is represented by aluminates.

The article deals with the application of new methods and approaches for machining of carbon plastics on the basis of the analysis of foreign information sources with a search depth of five years. The complex problems of composite materials processing, in particular, carbon plastics, the solutions of which have not yet been found in full, are noted. Applying of new methods of hole formation, part milling, hydro-abrasive and laser processing allows to obtain new output quality indicators is pointed out. The implementation of considered methods, developed by foreign scientists, may supplement the tools arsenal and technologies of composite materials processing at domestic enterprise. The importance of quality assurance of composites` complex surfaces processing and formation in aircraft and aerospace engineering, where utilization level of this material is constantly increasing, is indicated.

Strategies and actions for mitigating the emissions of greenhouse gas (GHG) and air pollutants in the transportation sector are becoming more important and urgent due to concerns related to public health and climate change. As a result, the Taiwanese government has promulgated a number of regulatory measures and promotion plans (or programs) on bioethanol use, novel fermentation research projects and domestic production since the mid-2000s. The main aim of this paper was to present a trend analysis of the motor gasoline supply/consumption and bioethanol supply, and the regulatory system relevant to bioethanol production and gasohol use since 2007 based on the official database and the statistics. The motor gasoline supply has shown a decreasing trend in the last five years (2016–2020), especially in 2020, corresponding to the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak in 2020. Although the government provided a subsidy of NT$ 1.0–2.0 dollars per liter for refueling E3 gasohol based on the price of 95-unleaded gasoline, the bioethanol supply has shown decreasing demand since 2012. In addition, the plans for domestic bioethanol production from lignocellulosic residues or energy crops were ceased in 2011 due to non-profitability. To examine the obstacles to bioethanol promotion in Taiwan, the bottlenecks to bioethanol production and gasohol use were addressed from the perspectives of the producer (domestic enterprise), the seller (gas station) and the consumer (end user).

With increasing internal and external competition in the market, domestic enterprises due to ill-considered financial and economic policy, lose their position and may be on the verge of bankruptcy. This, in the future, will negatively affect the economy of the whole country as the production activity of enterprises is one of the factors influencing the accumulation of Ukraine's GDP. Therefore, the question arises about the effectiveness of the analysis of their financial condition for further effective operation of the enterprise. Because financial condition is a complex concept and is the result of the interaction of all elements of the system of financial relations of the enterprise and is determined by a set of production and economic factors and is characterized by a system of indicators reflecting the availability, location and use of financial resources. The article contains an analysis and analytical conclusions when assessing the financial condition on the example of a domestic enterprise and shows why this analysis should be performed at the enterprise. In the article this analysis is carried out by the coefficient method, by sequential analysis of 4 parts of the financial condition of the enterprise: analysis of basic financial and economic indicators, solvency analysis, financial stability analysis and profitability analysis of the research enterprise. Data for analysis were shown in the relevant tables. After the analysis of each link, certain analytical conclusions were made about the situation at the enterprise itself. The analysis showed an extremely difficult situation at the enterprise in each of the links, which can lead to the bankruptcy of the domestic enterprise, if you do not correct the situation in time. After the given analytical conclusions, on their basis the general conclusion on the posed problem about expediency and necessity of performance of the analysis of a financial condition at the domestic enterprises was created. And also, in accordance with the results of the analysis, the proposed measures to improve the functioning of the above research enterprise.

The article is aimed at improving the theoretical and methodical instrumentarium for automating business processes in the context of developing a universal algorithm for optimizing and automating business processes of an enterprise using the stochastic modeling method and WorkFlow techniques – EPC. As result of the research, the authors’ approaches to defining the fundamental principles of automation of enterprise business processes are analyzed. The expediency of practical use of the stochastic modeling method and WorkFlow techniques – EPC for optimization of business processes is specified. Practical recommendations on the management of automation of business processes at the domestic enterprise using the stochastic modeling method are provided. It is proved that the use of the proposed algorithm of automation of business processes makes it possible to significantly increase the likelihood of its urgent and unimpeded implementation (in terms of the project implementation). Prospects for further research in this direction are the analysis of the problems of evaluating the efficiency of business processes of enterprise, in particular, the use of the control points method for the formation of an intra-organization system of audit for basic business processes. Specific notations of business process modeling in the context of their application in the realities of domestic doing business require additional research and analysis.

The process of manufacturing semiconductor components for the production of microwave diodes is considered. Scientifically based recommendations are presented for the separation of relatively thick, up to 1.5 mm, stacked silicon-based semiconductor substrates by the so-called sandblasting method, based on masking and pneumatic jet cutting of the substrate with micro abrasive powder. It is described the masking method and the principals of setting of the operating parameters of the packaged substrate jet processing, which were tested with a positive result on a pilot industrial sandblasting plant currently used by a domestic enterprise.

The purpose of the article is to develop a methodological approach to support the decision-making process in determining the creditworthiness of legal entities, as well as to create economic mathematical models based on this approach using the theory of fuzzy logic and fuzzy sets. Methodology. In the author's work (Palamarchuk, 2013), 49 real financial statements (Form 1 and Form 2) of Ukrainian enterprises were selected, 25 of which were potentially bankrupt and 24 were normally operating enterprises. As a result, 7 coefficients were obtained. Here we continue our modelling and building rule base. Result of the experiment is based on statistical data of domestic enterprise. The model has been constructed with the use of theory of fuzzy logic. Considering the expert knowledge, this model helps to make decisions on whether to provide the legal entity with the loan. Practical implications. The model and methodology can be used in commercial banks of Ukraine for calculating application risks. The known models do not fit to every economy. This is the reason which provides value originality of the topic of this study, which solves the problem of creating a method that would give the most sufficient assessment of creditworthiness.

The paper describes the main problems and peculiarities of implementation of the technology preliminaring. A certain topic is relevant for the formation of the company's human resources potential, because it is a source for new innovative ideas and new prospects for any organization. The purpose of the paper is to highlight the modern features of using prelim-ing in domestic enterprises, determine its advantages for a young specialist and study the impact of technology on the competitive development of organizations. The paper defines the positive and negative aspects of preliminaring technology.It is determined that students are inspired to do more, are not afraid to take risks and spend their time on achieving the goal, they are dynamic, effectively comprehend production processes, better perceive innovations, and are enthusiastic, so the inclusion of such a workforce will have a positive impact on the activities of any enterprise. In the research process was considered the probability of introducing preliminaring in the activities of the national stevedoring LLC "Brooklyn-Kiev" and the scheme of the key management stages of implementation preliminaring in the activities of the stevedoring company. It is noticed that the use of preliminaring in the stevedoring company gives an opportunity for the new employee assigned with the use of this technology, adapt to the specifics of the enterprise, production process, corporate culture prevailing in the organization since he's already interned at this company and is familiar with its organizational structure, individual links of the work team. The paper provides recommendations for the effective use of this technology in the activities of innovation-oriented organizations. It is emphasized that a certain technology preliminaringu-a tool that will help bring the company to the forefront in business and any domestic enterprise that considers itself modern and promising should take it into account.
