This study aims to analyze the impact of workload and work stress on job satisfaction with the motivation of a solution to the intervention of the nurse team covid-19 Maluku Southeast. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to 33 nurses. As for the method used in this study, there are modeling research methods using partial analysis tools at least square. The findings of this study are: The workload is not proven to have a negative and significant effect on motivation, work stress is not proven to have a negative but significant impact on motivation, the workload is not proven to have a negative and significant impact on job satisfaction, the work stress is proven to have a negative but insignificant effect on job satisfaction, the motivation proven to have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, Workloads have not proved to affect work satisfaction through motivation, work stress has proved to affect work satisfaction through motivation. The author suggests that research on job satisfaction can use variables other than workload, job stress, and motivation to reveal other contributions outside of these variables.

The objectives of this study are: (1) To analyze the Effect of Job Stress, Career Development and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention in PT PKSS and (2) To analyze the significant influence between Job Stress, Career Development and Employee Engagement simultaneously / Jointly towards Turnover Intention at PT PKSS. This research uses a quantitative method with a sample of all employees at PT PKSS, amounting to 98 people. The analysis technique used is Part Least Square Analysis (PLS). While the variables in this study are: (1) job stress, (2) career development, (3) employee engagement, and (4) turnover intention. The results of this study include: (1) Job stress has a significant effect on employee engagement with a T-Statistic value of 5,481, (2) Career development has a significant effect on employee engagement with a T-Statistic value of 4,909, (3) Work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention with a T-value Statistics of 3.071, (4) Career development has a significant effect on turnover intention with a T-Statistic value of 5.526, and (5) Employee employee variable can mediate jointly from the effect of work stress and career development on turnover intention. Can be proven by the analysis of VAF (Variance Accounted For) value calculation above, it can prove hypothesis 8 that employee engagement variable (Y1) can mediate the effect of work stress variables and career development together on turnover intention of 21.15%.

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of role conflict on employee job satisfaction with job stress as a mediation variable at PT. Jombang Intermedia Press (Jawa Pos Radar Jombang). The research used explanatory research with a quantitative approach to explain relationship variables through hypothesis testing. This study uses questionnaires which is distributed to 30 respondents of PT. Jombang Intermedia Pers (Radar Jombang) with saturated sampling method. The analysis method uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) with PLS (Partial Least Square) 3 . The result of data analysis known has significant positive influence between role conflict on work stress. But, role conflict has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work stress positively influence to job satisfaction, while work stress is not able to mediate between role conflict to job satisfaction. Keyword—Role Conflict, Job Stress, Job Satisfaction Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan meneliti pengaruh konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan yang dimediasi stres kerja pada PT. Jombang Intermedia Pers (Jawa Pos Radar Jombang). Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 30 karyawan PT.Jombang Intermedia Pers (Radar Jombang) dengan metode sampling jenuh. Metode analisis dibantu oleh SEM (Structural equation Model) dengan alat analisis Pls versi 3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara konflik peran terhadap stres kerja. Namun, justru konflik peran berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja juga berdampak positif terhadap kepuasan kerja. Adapun stres kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh konflik peran terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata Kunci—Konflik Peran, Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja

Job satisfaction is a condition where employees feel satisfied with their work. People who express high satisfaction in their work tend to be more productive, while unproductive people tend to experience stress on workers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work stress on job satisfaction with motivation as an mediation variable on Denpasar City Revenue Agency. This research was conducted at the Denpasar City Regional Revenue Agency, the number of samples in this study were 92 civil servants with saturated sampling method. Path analysis technique is used in this study. Based on the results of the analysis of the study found that job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job stress has a negative and insignificant effect on motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Motivation is able to mediate the influence of work stress on job satisfaction. This means that despite work stress but if supported by high motivation, maximum job satisfaction will arise.

This research aims to examine and analyze the impact of work stress on job satisfaction with social support as a moderating variable. This research method is quantitative, using Simple Random Sampling for its sampling technique. There were 60 employees as samples”the data collected by observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The statistical analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis and data analysis by utilizing Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 as the tool and Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) software. The result shows that work stress has a negative and significant influence on job satisfaction. Work stress will result in a decrease in job satisfaction felt by employees. As well as social support did not moderate the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction. Social support does not decrease the impact of work stress on job satisfaction that occur within the company. The company should manage the work stress level to fulfil workers' job satisfaction and avert adverse effects to the company's activities.

Job satisfaction can improve durability individuals to stress and impacts of stress and on the other hand, stress that perceived by an individual can be a source of discontent. This research aims to know the influence of work stress of job satisfaction of nurses in internist room of Krakatau Medika Hospital Cilegon. Research method the used is the descriptive method to 215 nurses who have experienced nurses' room of Krakatau Medika Hospital Cilegon. While to test the research hypothesis, the authorize a simple regresion analysis method with the help of software SPSS 20. The results showed job stress in nurses in the inpatient unit Krakatau Medika Hospital in the moderate category is 2.88 and the job satisfaction of nurses are in a high category. Work stress experienced by nurses at Krakatau Medika Hospital has a positive effect on job satisfaction, so the impact of positive stress is used as a motivational well as improved performance. The results of correlation calculations, the independent variables on satisfaction positive relationships with low classification, the amount of work stress on job satisfaction, which is 12.4% and the remaining 87.6% influenced by other factors not described in this study, other factors such as remuneration, staffing, work environment, leadership style, and so on.

This type of research is quantitative, where researchers distribute questionnaires as a medium for data collection and then processed into interval data which is then processed using SPSS18. The population and sample of this study are 36 employees of keluarga sehat clinic wedoro sidoarjo. Hypothesis test results partially work stress partially negative and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction partially has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and work environment partially does not significantly influence organizational commitment. And the results of the simultaneous hypothesis test was calculated to be 11.570 and included to be greater than Ftable = 2.92. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted and the significant value is 0,000 less than 0.05. So job stress, job satisfaction and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment. While the determination test obtained by the coefficient R Square 0.5202 means that the relationship between job stress, job satisfaction and work environment on organizational commitment has an effect of 52.0%, while the remaining 48.0% is explained by other variables not included in the modeling.

One of the things that leaders must pay attention to is the employee's organizational commitment. Therefore, companies need professional and trained employees to be able to deal with various work pressures. One of the factors that influence organizational commitment is job stress and job satisfaction. Work stress is a tension that causes an imbalance in the psychological condition of workers. Job satisfaction is an employee's attitude towards aspects of work that can lead to pleasant or unpleasant feelings. By improving the work stress system and employee job satisfaction is the key to success in maintaining employee organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job stress on organizational commitment and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The sample size used in this study was 40 respondents and this study used SmartPLS 3. With the results of the study, work stress had a negative and insignificant effect on organizational commitment and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan oleh pemimpin adalah mengenai komitmen organisasi karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan memerlukan karyawan yang profesional dan terlatih agar dapat menghadapi berbagai tekanan kerja. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi yaitu stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Stres kerja merupakan suatu ketegangan yang mengakibatkan suatu ketidakseimbangan pada kondisi psikologis pekerja. Kepuasan kerja merupakan sikap karyawan terhadap aspek-aspek pekerjaan yang dapat menimbulkan perasaan menyenangkan atau tidak menyenangkan. Dengan memperbaiki sistem stres kerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan adalah kunci sukses menjaga komitmen organisasi karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. ukuran sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 40 responden dan penelitian ini menggunakan SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.

The problem in this study is how the effect of work conflict, work environment and work stress on employee job satisfaction at the Representative Office of the Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) North Sumatra. This study aims to determine partially the variables of work conflict, work environment and work stress affect employee job satisfaction and the effect of work conflict, work environment, and job stress simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. associative and quantitative. The sampling technique used a saturated sample to 84 permanent employees. The data collection technique used interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires. The data analysis technique of this research uses classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study used statistical software SPPS 20. The results showed that based on the results of the t test, the conflict variable partially had a negative and insignificant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Job stress variable has a positive and insignificant effect on employee job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Compensation and Work Stress on The Work Satisfaction of the Go-jek Driver Partners (go-ride) Bandung Area in the Covid-19 Pandemic both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is the descriptive and verificative method with data collection using field research and literature research. The population in this study is the driver-partner of PT GO-JEK Indonesia Central Bandung Region. The sample used as many as 115 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis concluded that: 1) there is a significant influence together (simultaneously) of financial compensation and work stress on the job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners. 2) Financial compensation affects the variable Job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners. If the financial compensation is getting better, then the job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners will increase, as well as if the financial compensation gets worse than the job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners will decrease. 3) Work stress has a significant and negative effect on the variable Work satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners. If work stress increases, it will decrease the job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners. Likewise, if work stress decreases it will increase the job satisfaction of GO-JEK driver-partners.
