In the context of football’s globalisation, some of the most important football clubs (FCs) can currently be classified as ‘entertainment multinationals’. Sport hospitality provides opportunities to maximise club stadiums’ use so that they can increase clubs’ annual turnover and function as branding platforms. This study sought to identify the main narratives shared online about—and the dimensions of—visitors’ experiences with top football brands in stadium tours. The data collected for this research comprised 400 text reviews for 10 European FCs’ stadiums (i.e., 4000 reviews) written by visitors in the post-experience phase. Content analysis of these Web reviews was conducted using Leximancer software. The results confirm the existence of 15 themes: fan, tour, stadium, team, museum, room, staff, game, (best) place, ticket, seating, recommend(ation), food, shop and attraction. Most researchers have examined stadium tours from a supply-side perspective. The present study’s aim was, therefore, to contribute to the existing literature by analysing stadium tours’ dimensions from the visitors’ point of view. Stadium tours and museum visits are important sources of revenue that contribute to FCs’ economic sustainability. Offering outstanding customer experiences is thus of utmost importance to maximise club stadiums’ usage and strengthen fans’ engagement.

In Albania, most businesses are classified as SMEs and their importance in the economy has grown exponentially in recent years. As SMEs comprise the majority of businesses, their taxes are crucial for the state budget. The purpose of this paper is to understand the SMEs’ attitude toward tax compliance. The objective of this research is to assess tax knowledge of SMEs as a precondition for tax compliance. Tax noncompliance has been a prevalent issue, and the tax authorities have undertaken a reform in this regard. This paper aims to understand the current situation regarding tax compliance. The current study is based on questionnaires distributed to 348 SMEs. Businesses responded to questions related to the recognition of taxes, duties and procedures. SMEs are separated in two groups, small and medium by annual turnover, in order to achieve the most accurate survey results. The results of the questions were not always the same for both groups. There are more small businesses that are not familiar with taxes, duties and tax procedures, resulting in conclusion that medium businesses are more tax compliant than small businesses. Tax authorities need to know the situation of SMEs, get their opinions on taxes and duties and take them into consideration.

It is very important to promote root growth and delay root and leaf senescence, to improve nitrogen absorption and utilization efficiency, and to improve the storage nutrition level of the tree, so as to improve the fruit quality and yield of peach. In this experiment, we compared and analyzed the effects of traditional fertilization and bag-controlled release fertilizer (BCRF) on the growth of shoots and roots, senescence of leaves and roots, and fruit yield and quality. Moreover, the impacts of BCRF on ammonia volatilization, nitrogen utilization rate, fine root turnover, and plant storage nutrients were also investigated. Compared with conventional fertilizer use, the application of BCRF significantly promoted the shoot growth of young peach trees. Additionally, BCRF delayed leaf senescence and increased root activity in autumn. This increased the storage nutrients of the peach tree. Compared with traditional fertilizer, ammonia volatilization reduced to 54.36% under BCRF application situation. BCRF also promoted the occurrence of fine roots and decreased the annual turnover rate. A 15N tracer test showed that, compared with traditional fertilizer, BCRF nitrogen utilization efficiency increased by 37.73% in peach trees under BCRF treatment significantly. The results from 3 consecutive years showed that the application of BCRF increased the yield of individual plants by 21.35% on average compared to the yield from plants receiving equal amounts of fertilizer applied by spreading (FSA). Thus, BCRF can promote the occurrence of fine roots and decrease the root annual turnover rate in peach trees, and it also improves the utilization efficiency of fertilizer, reduces ammonia volatilization, delays leaf senescence, and enhances storage nutrition, fruit yield, and fruit quality in peach trees.

This study's primary goal is to investigate all variables that are reported to affect the organisational structure in the same research model. For this purpose, effects of Top Management Team profile variables, including Strategic Decision-Making Style and Strategic Decision-Making Group Size, Environmental Dynamism, Environmental Hostility, Organization Size (both annual turnover and number of employees are taken separately as the indicators of organisation size), Organization’s Age, and Technology (three technological levels: low, medium and high technologies) on the Organizational Structure analysed. Organisation’s Degrees of Centralization and Formalization were taken as organisational structure variables. The research adopted a convenient sampling method and was conducted with 455 managers working in Turkey's different organisations. The Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) approach is used to assess the effects of Top Management Team profile variables, environmental factors, and organisational factors on both the degree of centralisation and formalisation. The results show that TMT Age, Environmental Hostility, Organizational Size (Annual Turnover only), and Technology have a positive and significant effect only on formalisation, while Strategic Decision-Making Group Size, Strategic Decision-Making Style, and Environmental Dynamism on both The Degree of Centralisation and Formalisation. This study also showed that the effects of most of the variables mentioned in the literature as antecedents of the organisational structure could not be determined while all the variables mentioned above are included in the same research model.

While the modern economy demonstrates an increase in company mobility, neither economists nor company managers pay due attention to this developing socio-economic phenomenon. Therefore, we analysed how new organisations enter the market of companies and old enterprises leave it after losing their viability, noting the specific features of these processes. We examined the market of companies in Russia in general and in the Federal Districts of the Russian Federation in particular. We used the data from 1 January 2001 to 1 January 2020 published in the Statistical Register of Organisations of Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat). The research methodology includes synthesis, analysis, comparison methods, and systemic-structural approach. The obtained results showed that, since 2016, the share of officially liquidated companies in the Russian Federation and most of its regions exceeds the birth rate of organisations. This is inextricably linked to the worsening economic situation in Russia, including the business environment. We noted that privately owned companies and organisations with joint Russian and foreign ownership have the highest turnover. The average annual turnover of organisations in Russia amounted to 16.8% in the period 2001–2019. Among the federal districts of the Russian Federation, organisations of the Siberian and Ural Federal Districts have demonstrated the greatest dynamics of the market of companies over the 19-year period (18.1 % and 17.4 %, respectively). Corresponding changes have taken place in the structure of organisations in the market of Russian companies. The share of companies providing various services has sharply increased, including transport and communication companies, and real estate organisations. New organisations with an established business reputation are mostly registered in the regions with higher competitive immunity, characterised by a favourable business environment for small- and medium-sized enterprises. The research results can be used by authorities for managing the spatial development of territories, and determining the support for certain types of business activities in a particular region or municipality.
