A comparative test was carried out for milk-clotting enzymes (MCE) of animal origin (Naturen® Extra), microbial origin (Marzyme®) and MCE based on recombinant camel chymosin (Chy-max® M) in the production of soft cheese “Lyubitelskiy”. By the end of the shelf life of the cheeses (12 days at a temperature of 3 ± 1 °C), differences were noted in the degree of proteolysis (DP) and the value of the complex modulus G*, which were the following ones for cheeses produced with MCE of the brands: Naturen® — DP = 17.86 ± 0.24%; G* = 4164 ± 587 Pa; Marzyme® — DP = 17.98 ± 0.49%; G* = 4581±786 Pa; Chy-max® M — DP = 9.85 ± 0.63%; G* = 7949 ± 1157 Pa. Cheeses made with Chy-max® M MCE had a denser texture than cheeses made with MCE of Naturen or Marzyme, which did not differ significantly in consistency. In the studied cheeses, the severity of the bitter taste was proportional to the content of water-soluble peptides with a mass of 0.5–3 kDa. Cheeses with Marzyme® MCE had a more intense bitterness than cheeses with Naturen® MCE. There was no bitter taste in cheeses produced with MCE of Chy-max® M. It was concluded that in the production of soft cheeses, recombinant camel chymosin can be used to increase the shelf life, and MCE of microbial origin can be recommended to replace more expensive MCE of animal origin.

Abstract Electrochromic devices (EC), or Smart Windows, are amongst the most promising technologies to increase users’ wellbeing in buildings. A comparative test of EC windows performance was realised in the ZEB Test Cell Laboratory in Trondheim, Norway. Two identical rooms were used for the comparative tests. One of the rooms was equipped with EC devices. The other room was equipped with a traditional insulated glazing unit (IGU) with external solar shading device. Three automatic control strategies were tested in this experiment. The EC device demonstrated a good impact on the thermal and visual comfort when compared to a traditional IGU without moveable shading and a traditional IGU with an external screen.

Many air pollutants are inhaled by human breathing, increasing the prevalence of respiratory disease and even mortality. With the recent COVID-19 issue, the number of air pollutants affecting humans is demands further investigation. However, there are not many adequate air measuring devices that can cover a variety of air pollutants. In this study, the developed air measurement system is able to measure sixteen air pollutants (PM10, PM2.5, PM4.0, PM1.0, CO2, CH4, temperature, humidity, VOCs, O2, H2S, NH3, SO2, CO, O3, NO2) in real time. The developed ‘multi-item air quality monitoring system’ can measure sixteen air pollutants in real time and transmit them to the server and the smartphone application at the same time. It was developed to reduce air pollutant damage to humans by emergency alerts using the smartphone application. The development system is composed of hardware development (measurement device) and software development (smartphone application, server). To verify the reliability of the developed equipment, a comparative test, temperature–humidity accuracy test, and operating temperature test were conducted. In the comparative test, difference ratios of ±5% for PM10, ±6% for PM2.5, ±4% for O3, ±5% for NO2, ±7% for CO, and ±7% for SO2 were found compared to the professional measuring devices. The temperature and humidity accuracy test result showed high reliability at ±1% and humidity ± 2%. The result of the operating temperature test showed that there was no problem in normal operation, However, further tests including the long-term comparative test and the closed chamber test will be carried out for all sensors. Additional work including a long-term test for more clear reliability of the device and closed chamber accuracy test for all 16-item sensors, data acquisition rate, and data transmit rate are in progress for commercializing the device.

Abstract Tuberculosis is a zoonotic infectious disease, caused by bacteria of the tuberculosis complex. Mycobacterium bovis causes tuberculosis in water buffaloes (Bubalus bubalis), and it can also infect other domestic animals, wild fauna, and humans. The diagnosis of bovine tuberculosis (bTB) through intradermal injections is challenging, and to understand the behaviour of other diagnostic tests is crucial. The aim of this research is to analyse three diagnostic tests against bTB in water buffaloes with positive test DPP. Different diagnostic tests were tested in 50 buffaloes diagnosed with bTB Cervical Comparative Test, from the Colombian lower tropic. Lesions compatible with bTB in 26 buffaloes with a positive DPP ; Four out of 2 samples of Mycobacterium bovis in DPP-positive buffaloes were isolated and confirmed positively in tissues using PCR-HRM, three buffaloes showed granulomatous lesions in histological analyses with positive microbiological isolation; 17 DPP-positive buffaloes had a positive PCR-HRM test and nine of these buffaloes showed no histological findings compatible with bTB, leading to purely molecular diagnosis. Evidence in histological, microbiological, and molecular findings in DPP is positive for the water buffaloes. None of the complementary tests showed 100% concordance with the intradermal results obtained with the Cervical Comparative Test for bTB.

The investigated material presents 8 lines of soy obtained as a result of the mutagenesis induced by the analyzed in the field of the comparative test (2019). Based on the results obtained, we can deduce that in soybean culture gamma treatment is an effective method to increase a wide range of variability of quantitative and qualitative traits to obtain new lines of with increased productivity, high protein and fat content to improve of this culture in the Republic of Moldova.

The development of automotive technology is very fast, we can find this in today's vehicles that use a lot of very sophisticated technology, namely in terms of engines, electricity, and its newest features, especially on two-wheeled vehicles. Therefore, the user community is required to be more selective in choosing a vehicle both in terms of quality and quantity. Including in the selection of spare parts on vehicle engines must use good quality, this is useful as a motorbike power booster, especially in the ignition system, namely spark plugs as a vital tool that sprinkles sparks in the combustion chamber. Recently, many spark plugs have been found that are not good enough so that the power generated by the vehicle is reduced. The purpose of this test is as a Comparative Test of the Endurance of Various Motorcycle Spark Plugs by Using a Spark Plug Tester so that it can be seen that the spark plug is suitable or not used in the vehicle which aims to get maximum performance.

Kesejahteraan masyarakat di dearah pedesaan mulai terabaikan terlebih dengan adanya virus covid 19 yang mengharuskan pemerintah mengambil kebijakan pemberian bantuan baik tunai ataupun non tunai untuk menutup kesenjangan masayarakat khususnya Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 115 KPM PKH di Desa Boro Kedungwaru Tulungagung. Analisis data menggunakan statistik perbandingan dengan uji paired sample t test. Berdasarkan uji komparatif paired sample t test diperoleh hasil bahwa dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,715 > ttabel sebesat 1,658 dengan nilai probabilitas sig. t test sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak yang berarti terdapat perbedaan rata-rata yang signifikan antara kesejahteraan kelompok penerima manfaat (KPM) di masa pandemi covid 19 sebelum dan sesudah menerima bantuan program keluarga harapan (PKH). Disparitas kesejahteraan masyarakat yang terdampak covid 19 dengan adanya PKH tercatat tidak efektif, hal ini terlihat dari aspek sasaran yang menerima bantuan PKH tidak terdata secara tepat dan data masih tumpang tindih dengan penerima bantuan program lainnya. Kata Kunci: Disparitas, Kesejahteraan Masyarakat, Program Keluarga Harapan Abstract The welfare of the community in rural areas is starting to be neglected, especially with the covid 19 virus that attacks all aspects of people's lives, which requires the government from the center to the regions to take policies to provide cash and non-cash assistance to close gaps that exist in the community, one of which is the policy granting the Family Hope Program (PKH). Respondents in this study were 115 KPM PKH in Boro Village, Kedungwaru Tulungagung. Data analysis used comparative statistics with paired sample t test. Based on the comparative test of paired sample t test, the result is that with a t-count value of 3.715 > ttable of 1.658 with a probability value of sig. t test of 0.000
