<p class="06IsiAbstrak">Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif menggunakan <em>Microsoft PowerPoint</em> pada materi peluang kelas XII. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian <em>research and development</em>. Langkah pengembangan penelitian ini mengacu pada model Borg and Gall. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini mengacu pada model pengembangan Borg dan Gall, yang menggunakan 10 tahap. Namun, dalam penelitian ini peneliti menyederhanakan menjadi 7 tahap. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dalam skala kecil yang terhalang oleh keterbatasan biaya, waktu, dan kesamaan tahap. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran multimedia interaktif menggunakan <em>Microsoft PowerPoint</em> materi peluang dikembangkan telah layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Kelayakan ini didasarkan pada uji kelayakan ahli materi yang mendapatkan skor 38,5 artinya memiliki kategori sangat layak. Uji kelayakan ahli media yang mendapatkan skor 81,5 memiliki kategori sangat layak. Uji kelayakan dari pengguna pada uji coba awal yang mendapatkan skor 66,4 memiliki kategori sangat layak. Uji kelayakan pada uji lapangan produk utama yang mendapatkan skor 69 memiliki kategori sangat layak. Temuan ini menjadikan media pembelajaran ini dapat dijadikan alternatif media pembelajaran matematika oleh guru maupun siswa.</p><p class="06IsiAbstrak"> </p><p class="07KatakunciKeywords">This study aims to determine the feasibility of interactive multimedia learning media using Microsoft PowerPoint in class XII opportunity material. This type of research is research and development research. This research development step refers to the Borg and Gall model. This research and development refer to the Borg and Gall development model, which uses 10 stages. However, in this study the researcher simplified it into 7 stages. This research is research on a small scale which is hindered by the limitations of cost, time, and the similarity of stages. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that interactive multimedia learning media using Microsoft PowerPoint material opportunities developed has been feasible to use in learning. This feasibility is based on a material expert's feasibility test who gets a score of 38.5 which means it has a very decent category. The feasibility test of media experts who get a score of 81.5 has a very decent category. The feasibility test of users in the initial trial who got a score of 66.4 has a very decent category. The feasibility test on the main product field test which gets a score of 69 has a very feasible category. These findings make this learning media can be used as an alternative media for learning mathematics by teachers and students.</p>

Photoembossing is a powerful photolithographic technique to prepare surface relief structures relying on polymerization-induced diffusion in a solventless development step. Conveniently, surface patterns are formed by two or more interfering laser beams without the need for a lithographic mask. The use of nanosecond pulsed light-based interference lithography strengthens the pattern resolution through the absence of vibrational line pattern distortions. Typically, a conventional photoembossing protocol consists of an exposure step at room temperature that is followed by a thermal development step at high temperature. In this work, we explore the possibility to perform the pulsed holographic exposure directly at the development temperature. The surface relief structures generated using this modified photoembossing protocol are compared with those generated using the conventional one. Importantly, the enhancement of surface relief height has been observed by exposing the samples directly at the development temperature, reaching approximately double relief heights when compared to samples obtained using the conventional protocol. Advantageously, the light dose needed to reach the optimum height and the amount of photoinitiator can be substantially reduced in this modified protocol, demonstrating it to be a more efficient process for surface relief generation in photopolymers. Kidney epithelial cell alignment studies on substrates with relief-height optimized structures generated using the two described protocols demonstrate improved cell alignment in samples generated with exposure directly at the development temperature, highlighting the relevance of the height enhancement reached by this method. Although cell alignment is well-known to be enhanced by increasing the relief height of the polymeric grating, our work demonstrates nano-second laser interference photoembossing as a powerful tool to easily prepare polymeric gratings with tunable topography in the range of interest for fundamental cell alignment studies.

This study aims to evaluate the Development of Self-Reliance Community Program (P2KM) as  corporate social responsibility that was conducted by Yayasan Baitul Hikmah PT. Elnusa Tbk by using CIPP model to know the impact of the program to the community on the periphery of  the company.  The program is expected that the life level of the community could be more prosperous with a commitment to a sustainable process. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive method. The results showed that the evaluation by using CIPP model showed that the program had been conducted by following concepts of community development  step by step and have increased community economy-level on the periphery of  the company. Moreover, the program also formed the local cadres for program sustainability that had been successful to establish a Baitul Maal wa Tamwil (BMT). The seriousness of managers and program assistants, community participation level, and community enthusiasm are supporting factors of the program. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the cooperation with local authorities and related agencies that have not proceeded smoothly and the educational background of the program managers.

The development of information technology not only covers social, political and cultural but also affects the economy. One that is being widely discussed is Fintech. This article aims to analyze fintech on PT. iGrow Resources Indonesia towards fatwa DSN number 117 / DSN-MUI / II / 2018 about information technology-based financing services based on sharia principles. This research is a library research using a descriptive analysis approach. PT. iGrow is not directly participate in the lending and borrowing process but provides a digital technology-based platform to facilitate the lending-borrowing process. The development of technology and information, especially Peer to Peer (P2P) Lending, has made innovation in fintech-based financial services more practical and modern. The concept of adapting to technological developments combined with the financial sector by iGrow which was development step that is very aware of the needs of fintech for the business world. Regarding the extent to which the Islamic principles applied in PT. iGrow, can be seen in the discussion of the agreement. It is concluded that the standard contract is not in accordance with sharia principles based on the DSN fatwa number 117 / DSN-MUI / II / 2018 concerning information technology-based financing services based on sharia principles.Keywords: Contract, Fintech, iGrow, Sharia,  AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi informasi tidak hanya mencakup kehidupan sosial, politik, dan budaya tetapi juga berpengaruh terhadap perekonomian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analisis. PT. iGrow tidak turun langsung dalam proses pinjam meminjam tetapi  menyediakan platform berbasis teknologi digital dalam memfasilitasi proses pinjam-meminjam. Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi khususnya Peer to Peer (P2P) Lending telah menciptakan inovasi  layanan keuangan berbasis fintech menjadi semakin praktis dan modern. Konsep adaptasi perkembangan teknologi yang dipadukan dengan bidang financial oleh iGrow merupakan langkah pengembangan bisnis yang sangat menyadari kebutuhan fintech bagi dunia bisnis. Terkait sejauh mana prinsip syariah yang diterapkan dalam PT. iGrow, dapat dilihat pada pembahasan akad dalam kontrak. Disimpulkan bahwa kontrak baku belum sesuai dengan prinsip syariah berdasarkan fatwa DSN nomor 117/DSN-MUI/II/2018 tentang layanan pembiyaan berbasis teknologi informasi berdasarkan prinsip syariah. Kata Kunci: Fintech, iGrow, Kontrak, Syariah

This study aimed to develop an instrument for measuring the attitudes that reflect the characteristics of the pandemic (Adult Pandemic Attitude Scale (A-PAS)) and verifying its validity and reliability. This study used a methodological research design and was conducted with a development step and an evaluation step. The development step included development of preliminary items, content validity, face validity, and preliminary investigation. The evaluation step included item analysis, construct validity, convergent validity, discriminant validity, criterion validity, factor naming, reliability, and completion of the final instrument. The A-PAS developed in this study consisted of a total of 20 items in five dimensions. The internal consistency of 20 items of the A-PAS, Cronbach’s α was 0.92 for 20 items, Cronbach’s α for each factor, a subscale of instrument, was 0.61~0.87 and Raykov’s p coefficient of each factor, which is a subscale of the tool, was found to be 0.60 to 0.88. Analysis of construct validity showed the results as follows: χ2 (p) = 134.05 (p < 0.001), RMSEA = 0.02, RMR = 0.02, GFI = 0.94, CFI = 0.99. The study findings suggest that the developed instrument can be utilized to measure the attitudes of adults toward pandemics, and reflect the reality of the pandemic situation. The outcomes can be used as valuable data for intervention, prevention activities, and policy preparation. The instrument will be applied in the event of a pandemic, such as COVID-19, and will be helpful in promoting the health of the people.

In recent years, social robots have become part of a variety of human activities, especially in applications involving children, e.g., entertainment, education, companionship. The interest of this work lies in the interaction of social robots with children in the field of special education. This paper seeks to present a systematic review of the use of robots in special education, with the ultimate goal of highlighting the degree of integration of robots in this field worldwide. This work aims to explore the technologies of robots that are applied according to the impairment type of children. The study showed a large number of attempts to apply social robots to the special education of children with various impairments, especially in recent years, as well as a wide variety of social robots from the market involved in such activities. The main conclusion of this work is the finding that the specific field of application of social robots is at the first development step; however, it is expected to be of great concern to the research community in the coming years.

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan perangkat evaluasi tes uraian berbasis komputer yang diberi nama Computer Based Evaluation Essay Model (CBEEM). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Research and Development (R&D). Penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan dari Plomp (2013). Penelitian terdiri dari 3 tahap utama, yaitu tahap penelitian, tahap pengembangan, dan tahap evaluasi. Data pada penelitian berupa data kualitatif yang dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan wawancara kepada 10 orang guru, divalidasi dengan triangulasi sumber, dan dianalisis dengan teknik Miles and Hubberman. Sedangkan tahap evaluasi model dilakukan dengan validasi ahli dan validasi praktisi yang dilakukan melalui pengisian angket validasi model yang diukur dalam skala likert dan isian secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CBEEM dapat berfungsi dengan baik, dan tervalidasi dengan baik oleh ahli dan praktisi. Langkah kerja utama dari CBEEM dimulai dengan input soal uraian dan kata kunci jawaban oleh guru, dilanjutkan dengan pengerjaan soal oleh siswa, dan akhirnya CBEEM akan mengoreksi jawaban soal uraian siswa dengan menggunakan kata kunci yang telah diinput oleh guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, disarankan bagi guru untuk menggunakan perangkat ini apabila menghendaki kemudahan dalam koreksi soal uraian. Kata Kunci: Computer Based Evaluation Essay Model Abstract: The aim of this research is develop essay test evaluation software that namely Computer Based Evaluation Essay Model (CBEEM). This is Research and Development. This research use Plomp (2013) development model. This research consists of 3 main steps: research step, development step, and evaluation step. The data of this research is qualitative data that collected by observation to 10 teachers that validated by sources triangulation then analyzed by Miles and Hubberman qualitative analysis technique. In the evaluation step, the model validated by expert and practitioner by filling the validation questionnaire that measured by likert scale and also qualitative opinion. The result of this research show that CBEEM may be run well and validated by expert and practitioner. The main working step of CBEEM start by inputting questions and key words of answer by the teacher, then following by answering the questions by the students, and then CBEEM will check the answer using the keywords from the teacher. Based on the result, the teachers recommend to use this software if want to get help to check the essay test answer. Key Words: Computer Based Evaluation Essay Model

Since 2001, Frauscher Thermal Motors have been conducting research in the field of thermodynamic machines, in particular Stirling engines of various types. One important development step is the invention of a Stirling engine in an alphagamma® configuration. In this configuration, the expansion piston is designed as a differential piston with its ring surface connected to the cold volume. In this paper, the design advantages of the alphagamma® configuration in comparison with a traditional alpha configuration are shown analytically by using a polytropic model as a modification of the ideal adiabatic analysis. The findings were confirmed by also simulating the proposed alphagamma® configuration in a Sage model which was validated against experimental data with very good agreement. The results of both methods show that the counter-productive compression work can be reduced to almost zero – which makes the compression piston a displacer and explains the name alphagamma® – with the expansion work also reduced for the same net work output. As a consequence, the forces on the pistons, and thus, on the bearings can be significantly reduced, also leading to smaller piston side-loads, less friction and wear. The combination of all advantages allows the design of a mechanically sound and inexpensive machine.
