The article considers the problem of political discourse transformation as exemplified by European (British&Russian) political rhetoric of the 20th century. Considered is the complex nature of political discourse comprising both its variable and invariable aspects reflecting discursive constancy and change which are regarded as manifestations of the sliding mode usually applicable to exact sciences phenomena. The major factors of transformation depend on social change caused by dramatic events in history, namely political conflicts. The invariable part of political discourse is concentrated around the text structure with dicteme as the main information and structure unit of the text and discourse. The variable part is determined by factors of speech regulation including target content of the utterance, status of the speaker and the listener, pre-supposition and post-supposition. Genre and register specificity of political discourse as its constant characteristics reflect the change. Conclusions offer some generalizations Virtual Learning offer for Biologic Informatics aspects

The active development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology poses the question of how to integrate this phenomenon into legal reality, about the limits of using this technology in social practices regulated by law, and ultimately about developing an optimal model of legal regulation of AI. The paper focuses on the problem of developing the legal content of the concept of AI, including some methodological and ontological foundations of such work. The author brings to the scientific discussion certain constant characteristics of AI that are significant for legal regulation, which, if adopted by the legal scientific community, could be used as a scientifically sound basis for constructing specific variants of legal regulation that meet the needs of a particular sphere of social practice. The author believes that the scientifically based legal concept of AI is largely able to determine the direction and scope of applied legal research on the multidimensional problems of using AI technology in social interaction practices, including in the administration of justice, to distinguish the legal issues and problems related to this from ethical, philosophical, technological and other issues.According to the author, the task of forming the legal concept of AI is not limited to the formulation of specific legal definitions and cannot be solved at this level. The result of the juridification of the concept of AI should be a set of unchangeable (constant) legal characteristics, while specific definitions of this term in regulations may differ depending on the needs of legal regulation practice. In the work on the formation of a legally significant concept of AI, it is proposed to abandon the descriptive essentialist approach aimed at identifying the essence of AI in favor of an ascriptive constructivist approach, which involves attributing to the content of the concept of AI those legal properties that, on the one hand, are significant for the purposes of legal regulation, and on the other hand, limit the limits of legal regulation.

Introduction. The article is devoted to the consideration of the lexical and world-modeling activity of units of the lexical-semantic group «Parts of the body» - somatisms, which is reflected in the texts of Russian folk proverbs. The peculiarities of the semantics and pragmatics of somatisms, which determine the specifics of their functioning in a folklore text, make it possible to define somatic vocabulary as markers of national identity. Aim and objectives. The aim of the research is to study the somatisms that function in the texts of Russian folk proverbs, in the aspect of their realization of their lexical and world-modeling potential. Material and methods. As the research material, the texts of Russian folk proverbs containing somatism lexemes are used. The principle of selection of empirical material is based on a continuous sample of the most frequently encountered somatic units from texts. The research methodology consists of methods of observation, quantitative analysis, lexical and semantic analysis, with the involvement of elements of discourse and conceptual analysis. Results and discussion. Somatisms, the meaning of which is based on the meanings of anthropomorphism, play a significant role in the formation of the idea of a person in the linguistic and conceptual picture of the world. The conceptual meaning of somatisms is manifested differently in different linguocultures. In the presence of undoubted universal, constant characteristics inherent in all ethnic groups, there is a presence of interpretations due to the specificity of a particular culture. This becomes obvious when comparing the cases of the functioning of somatisms in the texts of Russian and Chinese proverbs: the named linguocultures are extremely different in cultural and linguistic terms. It was revealed that the greatest lexical and world-modeling potential, judging by the texts of proverbs, in the Russian linguistic picture of the world is possessed by the somatisms head, hand, and eyes. Each somatic lexeme has a specific conceptual meaning, an important component of which is the axiological component “value”. So, somatism, the head is interpreted as «the value of the intellect», the hand is the «value of vital activity», the eyes are the «value of personal participation.» In fewer proverbs, there are somatisms hair, legs, mouth, tongue, nose. In this list, interpretations such as legs, symbolizing the «value of mobility,» and hair, a marker of the anti-value of «external» as opposed to the value of «internal», are primarily evident. Conclusion. The study of somatisms in the aspect of considering their lexical and world-modeling activity, manifested in folklore texts (in this case, in proverbs), makes it possible to form an idea of fragments of the linguistic and conceptual picture of the world of an ethnic group.

This project presentation and approach for Agricultural robot (Agri-Bot) for soil monitoring and water monitoring to integrated with computer vision web services and mobile services. The aim of this project is to increase the agricultural sector in large extent. It focus on pharmacy technology that they can approach increase the productivity. We normally used microcontroller and computer subsystems. This project will help farmers to grow for prosperous country. Particularly some advanced technologies had being used India An Atmospheric Water Generator. It is based on condensation technology that extract water from atmosphere or humidity in air. The condensed water is purified by some filters including carbon and reverse osmosis and UV sterilization light. The results is pure drinking water from air. The technology is work on the principle of refrigerators and conditioners. In India new soil moisture sensors are designed based on theoretical basis and analysis of the dielectric constant characteristics of soil. By using this sensor, it is easier to find the moisture of soil i.e. low or high moisture. Without sensor it is impossible to understand that how much of water is given to plants.

Geographical variations in fertility and the diffusion of fertility across space and social networks are central topics in demographic research. Less is known, however, about the role of neighborhoods and neighbors with regard to geographical variations in fertility. This paper investigates spatial variations in family size by analyzing third births in a neighborhood context. Using unique geo-data on neighbors and neighborhoods, this paper introduces a new geographical dimension of fertility variation and contributes to our understanding of geographical variations in fertility. Flexible, ego-centered neighborhoods are constructed using longitudinal geo-data taken from administrative registers (2000-2014). Data on inhabitants’ residential address, their housing, family situation and fixed effects for statistical tracts are used to account for sorting into housing and urban versus rural districts. The analysis shows that the likelihood of two-child couples having another child increases with the share of families in the neighborhood that have three or more children. This relationship remains unchanged, even after controlling for the sociodemographic characteristics of couples, the educational level attained by neighboring women as well as time-constant characteristics of neighborhoods. Results are consistent across various neighborhood definitions ranging from the 12 to the 500 nearest neighbors. However, the association between neighbors’ fertility becomes stronger as the number of neighbors increases, suggesting that selective residential sorting is an important driver. Consequently, this study indicates that transitions to third birth may be linked to social interaction effects among neighbors, in addition to well-known processes of selective residential sorting.

Cross-linked derivatives of acylated branched polyethyleneimine containing 2-isopropyl-2-oxazoline units were investigated in chloroform and aqueous solutions using methods of molecular hydrodynamics, static and dynamic light scattering, and turbidity. The studied samples differed by the cross-linker content. The solubility of the polyethyleneimines studied worsened with the increasing mole fraction of the cross-linker. Cross-linked polyethyleneimines were characterized by small dimensions in comparison with linear analogs; the increase in the cross-linker content leads to a growth of intramolecular density. At low temperatures, the aqueous solutions of investigated samples were molecularly dispersed, and the large aggregates were formed due to the dehydration of oxazoline units and the formation of intermolecular hydrogen bonds. For the cross-linked polyethyleneimines, the phase separation temperatures were lower than that for linear and star-shaped poly-2-isopropyl-2-oxazolines. The low critical solution temperature of the solutions of studied polymers decreased with the increasing cross-linker mole fraction. The time of establishment of the constant characteristics of the studied solutions after the jump-like change in temperature reaches 3000 s, which is at least two times longer than for linear polymers.

The present paper reports the catalytic influence of 16- s -16 (spacer ( s ) = 4, 5, 6) gemini surfactants on the rate constant of histidine and ninhydrin at 343 K and pH 5.0 using the spectrophotometric technique. The effect of varying amounts of geminis was made on the rate constant of histidine and ninhydrin keeping other constituents constant. Characteristics of the rate constant ( k ψ ) versus [gemini] depict the effect of surfactants on the rate constant. A systematic explanation about the effect of surfactants is revealed and discussed in the text. The influence of different parameters that includes [reactants], temperature and pH has also been performed on the study. In order to determine the critical micelle concentration (cmc) of pure surfactants and their solution mixtures, conductivity measurement was employed. By using the Eyring equation, activation parameters at different temperatures have been obtained. The resultant data of k ψ versus [gemini] plot were rationalized with the pseudo-phase model of micelles.

Minerals are natural chemicals, which have an ordered internal structure, and certain constant characteristics that allow them to be identified as mineral. Tungsten (W) is a chemical substance that has a melting point of 3,419°C, and a specific weight of 19.3g/cm3… There are about 20 minerals that contain tungsten in its chemical composition, with scheelite and volframite being the main ones. The data were taken from the National Department of Mineral Production – DNPM (http://www.dnpm.gov.br/). The data was compiled within the Excel application, a component of the Microsoft Corporation Office suite. The bibliographic research was carried out in scientific articles found in the worldwide computer network. Data show that between 2008 and 2010 there was a decline in tungsten production in the form of contained mineral and concentrate. From 2011 on, production grew. Brazil exported almost four times what it imported from tungsten in the researchperiod. Between 2008 and 2012 there was an increase in the apparent consumption of tungsten. In 2013 and 2014 there was a sharp drop in relation to other years. The Brazilian tungsten picture showed difficulties, but continued to grow, bringing research that can improve the consumption and production of raw materials in the national territory.
