One that affects the success of student learning is motivation. Less motivation to learn in students will affect the decrease in enthusiasm for learning and learning outcomes. There are several factors that influence the motivation of students in learning, including the support of parents and peers. This research aims to; (1) Describe the contribution of parental support, peer conformity and students' learning motivation, and (2) examine the contribution of parental support and peer conformity together on students' learning motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach with analytical descriptive method. The sample in this study were students of class VII and VIII, a total of 108 students. This research instrument uses a Likert scale model. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistical techniques, then using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The research findings show that in general; 1) students' parental support is in the high category, peer conformity of students is in the very high category, students' learning motivation is in the very high category, and 2) there is a strong and positive relationship between parental support and students' learning motivation. . This research has implications for the educational process in schools as a contribution to parental support and positive peer conformity which makes students have high learning motivation and are confident in their own abilities.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of trust, the price, and income on the level of e-commerce transactions in 2017 UNNES students. This research is a direct survey research. The study uses Linear Regression Analysis to determine the magnitude of the influence between X variables on Y. The results of this study indicate that of the 99 students who became respondents in this study as many as 31 students (31.31%) had e-commerce transaction rates that were included in the very high category, 57 students (48.48%) had e-commerce transaction rates that were included in the high category, 11 students (33.33%) had e-commerce transaction rates included in the moderate category.

In general this research is intended to build knowledge about the extent to which the attention of parents, emotional intelligence, motivation to learn effect student learning outcomes. Therefore, the authors make the title of research is "The Effect of Parents Attention, Emotional Intelligence and Learning Motivation of Learning Outcomes Learners Educate High School 4 Sampit at 2016/2017. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of parents' attention, emotional intelligence and motivation to learn the outcomes of learners in SMA Negeri 4 Sampit at 2016/2017. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with 76 samples. The results showed that the attention of parents, emotional intelligence, and motivation to learn partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on learning outcomes of learners.

Culinary business from every new is always increasing, has always been the highest compared with other types of business. Based on data from the print media, Bandung is designated as an Indonesian culinary destination because it contributes greatly to the state revenue. However, there are problems that often occur especially in the culinary field, one of which is from human resources. This study was conducted to determine the effect of human resources viewed from emotional intelligence to employee performance. The method used is descriptive analysis to obtain the results of emotional intelligence is in the high category and employee performance is also in the high category. The result of simple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = 13.060 + 0.420X, with R Square of 0.599 means there is contribution between emotional intelligence to employee performance equal to 59.9%.

Abstrak Pendidikan di Indonesia sangat diperhatikan perkembangannya. Hasil belajar seseorang bisa dipengaruhi oleh motivasinya dalam belajar serta fasilitas yang menunjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar serta fasilitas saat belajar terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Sebanyak 79 orang siswa dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil belajar dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh motivasi belajar. (2) hasil belajar dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh motivasi belajar. (3) fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar berpengaruh signitifikan dan positif pada hasil belajar. Kata Kunci : Hasil belajar, Fasilitas belajar, motivasi belajar   Abstract In Indonesia education is one of the factors that has been considered in its development. There are several factors that affect learning outcomes, namely learning facilities and learning motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in economic subjects. The method in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study were 79 students. The results showed that (1) learning facilities has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. (2) learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes. This study aims; (1) to analyze the effect of teacher pedagogic competence on student achievement, (2) to analyze the effect of learning motivation on student achievement, (3) to analyze the effect of pedagogic competence and student motivation on student achievement. This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression.The population in this study were all students of XI TKJ, totaling 60 students. Researchers used a questionnaire in the form of google form as an instrument to facilitate data collection. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded that (1) pedagogical competence has an effect on student achievement; (2) learning motivation affects student achievement, (3) pedagogical competence and student motivation affect student achievement.

In this paper a new method for testing algorithms and programs of multivariate statistical procedures—the so-called “exact samples method” is introduced. The programs of simple linear regression analysis from four most popular standard packages are tested and compared with the help of the new method.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence on the part of employes job performance marketing division. This type of research is a quantitative study conducted on 32 employees of the marketing Koperasi Serba Usaha (KSU) Sinar Jaya Malang. Analysis tools used were a range of scales and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research competence influence on employee performance, including the ability to know that the competence evidenced in the high category with an average score scale range is 100.67, competence knowledge in very high category with a score of 105, and competence in the category of self-concept is also very high with the average score scale range is 109.67. Employee performance in the high category, indicated by an average score of 93.33 scale range.Keywords: The Characteristics of Individuals, Competence and employee performance, Marketing.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of lecturer pedagogic competence on learning motivation of Social Studies Department FKIP ULM students. The research method is used a quantitative approach. The research subjects consisted of 150 social studies students with full sampling. The data collection methods in the form of observation, literature study, documentation, and questionnaires. The data analysis was done by percentage techniques and simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16 for windows. The results showed that the pedagogic competence of lecturers was in the good category at 82.4%, the learning motivation of students was in the sufficient category of 74.5%. The results of simple linear regression analysis show that tcount (5.712)> t table (1.976), it can be stated that the hypothesis test Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This study can be concluded that the pedagogical competence of lecturers has a significant influence on student learning motivation.

This study aims to determine the effect of formative-sumative evaluation model on student learning motivation in geography teaching planning course. The type of this research is evaluation research with quantitative approach. Data were obtained through documentation technique and questionnaire. The collected data is processed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the summative-formative evaluation obtained an average of 73.8 and 79.4. In the internal motivation aspect, the result of the questionnaire shows that 100% of students are interested in the subject, interest / willingness to learn, curiosity, enthusiasm to ask, opinion during PBM, enthusiastic to do and complete the task, and enthusiastic in cooperation very well. While the aspect of external motivation shows that 54.8% of the facilities support the smooth learning process, the atmosphere is conducive, the results are very good, and parents are proud of the value obtained by the students. Learning by using formative-sumative evaluation model has a significant effect on students' learning motivation, as evidenced from the results of multiple linear regression analysis which shows that Fcount = 4,528 is greater than Ftable = 3.34, then Ho is rejected. Thus it is known that the formative-sumative evaluation model has a significant effect on students' learning motivation in Geography teaching planning course.

Namun, ada masalah  yang sering terjadi terutama di bidang kuliner, salah satunya berasal dari sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sumber daya manusia yang dilihat dari kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan hasil kecerdasan emosional berada pada kategori tinggi dan kinerja karyawan juga berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan Y = 13,060 + 0,420X, dengan R Square sebesar 0,599 berarti ada kontribusi antara kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 59,9%.
