The aims of this study is to examine the contribution of self-determination to sexual harassment, to examine the contribution of peer conformity to sexual harassment, and to examine the contribution of self-determination and peer conformity together with sexual harassment. This research uses quantitative method with simple and multiple regression analysis. The study population is all students high school city of Padang who are active in 2020/2021. The number of samples in this study were 273 teenagers who were selected by cluster random sampling technique using the Slovin formula. Methods of data collection using self-determination scale, peer conformity scale, and sexual harassment scale with a Likert Scale model to then be tested for validity and reliability. The research findings show that: (1) there is a significant negative contribution between self-determination with sexual harassment shown by correlation coefficient of R= 0.736 and R Square of 0.542, which means that the contribution of self-determination to sexual harassment is 54.2%. (2) there is a significant positive contribution between peer conformity to sexual harassment shown by correlation coefficient of R = 0.767 and R Square of 0.588, which means that the contribution of peer conformity to sexual harassment is 58.8%. (3) there is a significant contribution between self-determination and peer conformity together to sexual harassment shown by correlation coefficient of R =  0.810 and R Square of 0.665, which means that the contribution of peer conformity to sexual harassment is 68.5%.

The pressure and burden of studying in the medical faculty of UI is greater than other majors because of the high pass mark requirements which cause stress. The adaptation process for students is difficult and the medical department is not a passion, instead the demands of parents make low achievement motivation which has an impact on decreased academic achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of achievement motivation and stress to the academic achievement of FKUI students. This study uses a quantitative approach using survey methods and path analysis techniques. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire on google form based on the Likert scale. Hypothesis testing is obtained from the t test and F test. Hypothesis testing of this study uses Path Analysis with the help of the SPSS Version 20.0 application. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia (FKUI) Depok and as the unit of analysis are new students for the 2019-2020 school year of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Indonesia. The research was carried out from January to April 2020. The survey method involves collecting data to test hypotheses or answer people's questions about certain topics or problems. The number of research samples was 64 international class students. Sampling in this study using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. This is because the population is not homogeneous. The finding of the results of this study is that achievement motivation has a positive contribution to academic achievement. Stress has a negative contribution to academic achievement. Achievement motivation has a negative contribution to stress.

The research instrument used in the form of a questionnaire compiled in the form of a Likert Scale model and tested for validity using the formula of the hierarchical correlation and reliability test using the alpha formula. The index of validity and reliability is significant at 95% confidence level. Analysis of data research using the average formula. The results of data analysis of the research show that the average teacher career guidance by the principal with a score of 3.50, which means that it is in the category quite good. With this it can be concluded that career guidance by the principal is still not optimal yet. The purpose of this study was to determine how consumers’ decisions in using the RedDoorz application, and to find out how the effectiveness of e-service quality in the RedDoorz application as well as customer feedback on the RedDoorz application. This research uses descriptive and associative methods and uses a nonprobability sampling technique that's is purposive sampling. By distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents with a survey on the city of Sukabumi, data collection was done by collecting primary and secondary data, researchers conducted questionnaires testing using validity and reliability tests, also using the classic assumption test that is the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test to determine residual values normal or reverse regression. The data analysis technique used is a simple correlation coefficient, multiple correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing using a partial test ( T-test) and simultaneous test ( F test). From the results of the questionnaire, analysis can be declared valid and reliable, as well as the results in testing the normality test of the total population expressed normal distribution. The results of the analysis conducted by researchers are the influence of e-service quality on decision using the RedDoorz application, also the influence of customer feedback on decision using the RedDoorz application, decision using the application can be explained by e-service quality can also be explained by customer feedback, including in the simultaneous test of e-service quality and customer feedback both influence the decision to use the RedDoorz application.

This study evaluated the psychometric properties of a self-report scale for assessing perceived driver competence, labeled the Self-Efficacy Scale for Driver Competence (SSDC), using item response theory analyses. Two samples of Swedish driving-license examinees (n = 795; n = 714) completed two versions of the SSDC that were parallel in content. Prior work, using classical test theory analyses, has provided support for the validity and reliability of scores from the SSDC. This study investigated the measurement precision, item hierarchy, and differential functioning for males and females of the items in the SSDC as well as how the rating scale functions. The results confirmed the previous findings; that the SSDC demonstrates sound psychometric properties. In addition, the findings showed that measurement precision could be increased by adding items that tap higher self-efficacy levels. Moreover, the rating scale can be improved by reducing the number of categories or by providing each category with a label.
