Actor-network theory represents a way to look at things, very different from traditional approaches. Convinced that actor-networks can provide an excellent mindset to deal with innovation in engineering education we present a concise background on the topic oriented to this knowledge area. We deal with knowledge, learning, contexts, and actor networking within situated cooperative environments. We deal with the articulation of planned approaches and policies, providing ideas to explore contexts in which we can improve people’s involvement and design some innovative strategies and artifacts. We address the conciliation of sensibilities that normally wouldn’t be able to cooperate. We try to imagine a space of translations and negotiations that facilitate the formulation of problems as a combination of detours and extensions, constructing alignments to a goal

In pre-school age, children generally show significant development, especially in aspects of cognitive development. This happens because in pre-school age is a golden age that is often called golden age.Cognitive development is not necessarily able to take place optimally without the stimulus or stimulation given to pre-school age children.Lack of stimulation given to pre-school age children can result in loss of brain cells function so that it will impact the slow cognitive development and impact on the child's ability to process the information received. The research method in this study is to use literature studies based on the results of analysis of the results of research used as literature in this study. The procedure in conducting literature studies in this study is to determine the formulation of problems, find relevant literature, evaluate the data obtained, analyze and then interpret the data that has been obtained.Based on the study of literature can be obtained the conclusion that the provision of stimulation education in pre-school age children can improve the cognitive development of pre-school age children

The article discusses and presents the formulation of problems of inter-project unification of on-board systems in the development of modifications of spacecraft that are part of space systems for remote sensing of the Earth. It is shown that when developing a complex of advanced space systems, it is possible to partially combine unified on-board systems and finished products, which, under given constraints, provides a minimum of total costs. The formulation of the main task of inter-project unification of spacecraft for remote sensing of the Earth using finished products and partially unified on-board systems and a special case of the problem — conducting an economically justified inter-project unification from completely unified on-board systems (aggregates) of promising modifications of spacecraft is given. The initial data and limitations for solving the main and particular problems are determined. The tasks are presented in a deterministic setting. The concept of optimality of the choice of areas of unification of each on-board system is formulated, which is characterized by the minimum of a criterion having an additive structure, this is the total economic effect for areas of unification. It is believed that the analysis of the results of solving the problems of inter-project unification in the development of promising modifications of spacecraft will reveal the directions of inter-project unification of those on-board systems for which it is most appropriate; to formulate the fundamental principles of modernization of space systems and creation of modifications of spacecraft for remote sensing of the Earth in the planned period.

“Soft Operation Research and Practice: The Contribution of the Founders of Operations Research” explores two themes relating to the 43 people whose profiles constitute the Assad and Gass book referred to in the article. First, it explores the direct influence of the founders on the development of soft operations research (OR) and the alignment of their work with the characteristics of soft OR. Second, it explores how many key early developments of OR stemmed from the founders’ engagement with practice. It is argued that the affinity of the founders with soft OR and with its emphasis on process in the framing and formulation of problems should therefore be universally recognized as a legitimate branch of OR within its practice and evidenced within its publications. It is additionally argued that all academics should see engagement with practice as a fertile source of stimulation and ideas.

The purpose of this research to understand the monopoly concept carried out by state-owned enterprises in the aviation sector and efforts to overcome it. The method used in this study is a normative juridical approach using secondary data, namely data obtained from literature reviews. The type of research carried out in this paper is legal research, namely research that examines the formulation of problems contained in research by examining the relevant laws and regulations that apply. The conclusion of this research is that State-Owned Enterprises are state-owned companies that are granted exemptions to monopolize market share for the benefit and welfare of the people. The per se illegal approach method is used to determine the impact of an alleged violation of business competition. Good corporate governance can be used as a reference in determining any actions taken by State-Owned Enterprises in market share to encourage or inhibit competition.

This study aims to look at the legality of human rights restrictions in a military emergency in Indonesia. This research uses a normative legal research type. The choice of this type of normative analysis is related to the formulation of problems that become legal research issues. The findings of this study are that restrictions on human rights in a state of military emergency are justified because the human rights possessed by every human being do not apply, primarily if an army emergency is enforced, all human rights possessed by every human being can be limited to the implementation for the respect of human rights, the enforcement of a military emergency must see the condition of a region whether it is categorized as threatening the life of the nation or not. For this reason, this study recommends that the Government, in imposing restrictions on human rights in a military emergency, must be based on the element of a dangerous threat.

The influence of the order of construction of houses on the formation of the stress-strain state of the system "foundation-foundation-above-ground structures" is investigated For this purpose, several options for setting tasks for the phased construction of multi-section building sections are considered. With this in mind, it should be noted that the construction of each subsequent section has an impact on the built entirely or partially adjacent section. That is why this effect should be investigated to predict how serious this impact may be, and to draw appropriate constructive decisions. Thus, the main objectives of the study are: Creation of SEM without taking into account the stages of construction of the house; Calculation of a house with a phased loading of 5 floors. Taking into account changes in the order of construction of sections; Formation of SEM taking into account the sequence of erection of sections without including the sequence of erection of floors within the boundaries of the current section; Research of the impact of the calculation of sections of a multi-section building without and taking into account the summary of subsequent sections. The research of the impact of the sequence of construction and installation of the object will allow us to assess the stress-strain scheme at all stages of construction, so changes in the behavior of the scheme will be recorded at all stages of construction specified by the designers. To do this, the change in the stress-strain state (VAT) of the system "foundation - foundations - above-ground structures" must be modeled with different options for stages of construction, taking into account the real parameters of the soil base and so on. The interaction of piles in different zones of sections, the work of grids in the foundations of high-rise buildings are considered. The research was carried out with the help of numerical modeling of the system "foundation - foundations - aboveground constructions". The redistribution of forces in the piles depending on the formulation of problems on the stages of construction of sections and design parameters (location of piles in characteristic zones, the influence of the stiffness of the aboveground part on the redistribution of forces). Characteristic zones in the foundation are distinguished: they are central, lateral, angular and especially at the joints of adjacent sections. The redistribution of efforts between piles and a grid is revealed.

Immigration control is an activity of collecting, processing, and presenting immigration data and information in order to ensure compliance with immigration laws. Foreigner Reporting (APOA) is an innovation of the Directorate General of Immigration in the implementation of immigration control which is oriented towards the function of law enforcement and state security. However, there are still some obstacles and constraint in the implementation of reporting foreigners through APOA. The formulation of problems examined in this paper is how the implementation of immigration control, reporting procedures, and constraints and obstacles in the implementation of reporting through APOA. This writing uses a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach through data collection by identifying laws and regulations and collecting some library materials relevant to the topic of this research. From the research results, it was found that there were still many inn owners or managers and the community who had not reported the presence of foreigners in their area. In this case, the Directorate General of Immigration must be able to optimize the implementation of reporting on foreigners so that it makes it easier for immigration officers to carry out immigration control, especially for foreigners.
