Abstract Background Within-household transmission of Covid-19 is responsible for a significant number of infections. Efforts to protect at risk communities are needed. This study explored the acceptability of offering accommodation to support self-isolation among at risk populations, to prevent transmission of Covid-19 within vulnerable households. Methods Mixed methods design structured in two phases. Phase 1: Survey of 545 individuals who had provided consent to be contacted about ongoing research projects into infection control. Phase 2: Semi-structured interviews with 19 participants from ethnic minority and low income communities. Results Many survey and interview participants viewed the provision of accommodation as important and necessary in certain contexts. Of the 110 survey respondents, 85 (77%) said that they were not able to isolate at home. Among this group, 24 (28%) said they would accept accommodation and 23 (27%) said that they would probably accept. Of those unable to isolate at home, and at high risk if they caught the virus (N = 36) or living with someone at high risk (N 18), 19 (35%) said that they would accept, and 12 (22%) said they would probably accept accommodation. Factors influencing uptake of accommodation included perceived 1) household vulnerability 2) virus exposure and 3) lack of isolation at home options. Barriers to accepting the accommodation offer included 1) able to isolate at home 2) wanting to be with family 3) caring responsibilities 4) mental wellbeing concerns 5) concerns about moving when ill and 6) infection control concerns. Participants raised issues that should be addressed before accommodation is offered, including questions regarding who should use temporary accommodation and when, and how infection control in temporary accommodation would be managed. Conclusion The provision of accommodation to prevent within household transmission of Covid-19 is viewed as acceptable, feasible and necessary by some people who are concerned about infection transmission in the home and are unable to self-isolate or socially distance at home. Different households will have different requirements, e.g., those with caring responsibilities, and to overcome these challenges additional support may be needed for the provision of accommodation to be feasible to those who could benefit most.

Residential premises used for the tourist accommodation and temporary accommodation along with traditional accommodation facilities (hotels, hostels, etc.) form the infrastructure of tourist accommodation. The lack of a unified approach to the designation of these premises in international and Russian regulatory documents leads to the fact that different terminology is used in scientific and business turnover. A critical analysis of the terms allowed the author to identify three approaches to the designation of residential premises used for the tourist accommodation and temporary residence, which emphasize the contemporary aspects of the functioning of residential premises used for the tourist accommodation and temporary residence. Firstly, these residential premises are considered as facilities, objects of tourist accommodation, that is, «regularly or occasionally providing places for overnight stops», secondly, they are considered as residential premises, and thirdly, they are referred to as «airbnb objects», since most of these objects are presented on online booking platforms [1; 2]. The involvement of residential premises in the tourism sector allows us to speak about a special type of accommodation facilities for tourists for which the author proposes to use the term «tourist accommodation».

The professional activity of the employees in the Special Home for Temporary Accommodation of Foreigners at the Migration Directorate is closely related to their physical, combat, applied preparation, etc. Priority among specialized knowledge and skills is given to physical fitness. The characteristics of the activity show that the successful completion of the various tasks requires the performers to have appropriate motor skills. They are demonstrated as a system of meaningful and purposeful simple or complex movements, which are evaluated based on specific actions. Due to the specifics of the tasks to be solved, professional preparation is necessary. The purpose of the study is to establish the physical fitness of employees in junior executive positions. To assess and establish the level of physical fitness, a sports pedagogical test was conducted with 90 employees with an average age of 42.8 years. The attached test battery includes four tests approved by the Ministry of Interior. Analysis of motor test results in terms of speed, coordination, and endurance are lower in the assessment. This fact gives us reason to believe that in practice not enough purposeful work is done to develop the strength of the lower limbs and endurance.

AbstractTeh present study aims to identify proper places to build temporary accommodation for people and accessible roads using damage analysis results during a probable earthquake. Teh HAZUS damage estimation method, which is one of teh most common ones currently used in teh world, was used in dis study. Teh influential factors in locating teh temporary accommodation in Shiraz were studied by using damage results, AHP model, and Expert Choice software. Then, map for temporary accommodation was prepared. By integrating layers, teh ultimate map of optimal locating for temporary accommodation was presented. Subsequently, all teh parameters influencing teh safety of emergency evacuation and relief network were identified and teh impact rate of each one was determined based on experts’ opinions through AHP. Based on teh importance of each index, roads were weighed and coded. Then, teh optimal safe road for relief and emergency evacuation was proposed. Teh results suggested dat relief roads are different based on different indices and teh optimal road was obtained through overlapping teh data layers according to teh importance of each parameter. dis optimal road could provide maximum services in teh minimum time duration and subsequently create capacity building in urban crisis management.

Introduction: Earthquakes, one of the most important natural disasters of the earth, have always caused irreparable damage to human settlements in short time. One of the most important issues that we face after an earthquake is the transfer of earthquake victims and traumatized civilians to safe places and medical centers. The city of Mashhad with different geographical faults and the presence of enormous religious, cultural, historical and industrial assets make Mashhad the most dangerous city in terms of earthquake hazards. In the 9th district of this city, the existence of worn-out structures along the narrow passages and the importance to save time in providing relief proves the need to locate temporary accommodation centers and allocate the injured to safe places.Material and Methods:The process of optimizing the accommodation of people includes 2 main steps 1) Determining candidate locations for temporary accommodation 2) Optimal allocation of population blocks (origin). The weight of criteria was calculated using the pairwise comparison method. Then suitable places for deployment are identified. Criterion in the form of giving a specific weight to each, in order to prepare the final map, is of importance. Accordingly, the opinions of experts in the field of urban crisis management have been utilized. Subsequently, using GAMS software and 7 super-innovative algorithms such as SA, PSO, ICA, ACO, ABC, FA, LAFA.Results:The average process time and cost of 7 algorithms out of ten random problems with 1000 repetitions, and an average of 10 execution times show, that the 3 algorithms ACO, ABC and LAFA have lower cost and process time than the other meta-innovative algorithms. Therefore, we use the above three algorithms to solve the case studyConclusion: Finally, the LAFA optimization algorithm had obtained a better and more appropriate result due to its execution time and cost being less than the other two algorithms.
