The aim of the research is to analyze the likely geopolitical changes as we’re moving towards a new quality of technology, economy and society. It is shown how a natural change of technological structures in society, accompanied by the emergence of qualitatively new technologies, significant changes in the economy and social sphere, is associated with geopolitical and political economic aspects of the development of society. With the help of the scenario analysis method, the probable tendencies of geopolitical and political economic processes of society development in the period of the sixth technological structure of the economy are determined. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the fact that, based on the TESP-analysis method, studies of the prospects for the development of world civilization made it possible to establish that the most probable geopolitheconomic scenario should be considered a combination of aspects: in the production and technological sphere - a natural transition from production technologies of the fifth technological order to technologies of the sixth technological order. way of life; in economics - «digital zeroing»; in the social sphere - the implementation of radical reforms; in politics - the continuation and escalation of the scale of hybrid wars.

Menopause, probably the most important natural change in a woman’s life and a major component of female senescence, is characterized, inter alia, by cessation of ovarian estrogen and progesterone production, resulting in a gradual deterioration of the female immune system. Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) is used in postmenopausal women to relieve some of the peri- and postmenopausal symptoms, while there is also evidence that the therapy may additionally partially reverse menopausal immune senescence. Flavonoids, and especially isoflavones, are widely used for the treatment of menopausal symptoms, although it is not at present clear whether they can reverse or alleviate other menopausal changes. HRT reverses the menopausal CD4/CD8 ratio and also limits the general peri- and postmenopausal inflammatory state. Moreover, the increased levels of interleukins (IL)-1β, IL-6, and IL-8, as well as of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) are decreased after the initiation of HRT. However, some reports show no effect of HRT on IL-4, IL-10, and IL-12. It is thus evident that the molecular pathways connecting HRT and female immune senescence need to be clarified. Interestingly, recent studies have suggested that the anti-inflammatory properties of isoflavones possibly interact with inflammatory cytokines when applied in menopause treatments, thereby potentially reversing immune senescence. This narrative review presents the latest data on the effect of menopausal therapies, including administration of flavonoid-rich products, on age-associated immune senescence reversal with the aim of revealing possible directions for future research and treatment development.

Abstract Communication skills are critical for young children with developmental disabilities or delays (DD) to increase their inclusion in school and community settings. Thus, many early intervention (EI) services focus on improving children's communication skills. The involvement of the caregivers, the natural change agents, in EI sessions could significantly impact the communication skills development of young children with DD. EI service providers' perspectives could be one of the factors that increase caregiver involvement. Their perspectives may work as a discernment variable through which they reject or accept the practices related to caregiver involvement, based on their beliefs (Campbell & Halbert, 2002). The purpose of this pilot study was to understand service providers' perspectives on caregiver involvement in EI services. Survey methodology was used, and 129 service providers' responses were analyzed. Overall, the service providers reported that they believed caregiver involvement in EI sessions, and, more specifically, in communication intervention, is critical. Also, service providers reported that they were trying to involve caregivers in their EI services, with some variation between subgroup characteristics. Findings from the survey data have implications related to professional development in the area of building strong partnerships between professionals and families to support children's communication and inclusion.

In the context of global challenges and shocks, businesses are encouraged to abandon socio-economic determinism and resort to creative, innovative interaction because in the context of global challenges, creativity, innovation, knowledge, access to information, the ability to interact in socio-behavioral constraints are powerful engines of development of states, business entities and individuals. Creative interaction should be a constantly changing concept based on creative forms of cooperation, the result of which is not only survival in global shocks and imbalances, but also the activities of economic entities capable of generating impact on economic growth and development.

The article considers the sustainable development of the city public spaces and the penitentiary complexes problems from the Synergetics and Socionics standpoint. These approaches provide consideration of the opposite processes of public spaces socialization and correctional complexes resocialization, sustainability, and dynamism its organization, and self-organization. The regularities of sustainable development are present in the cyclical nature of historical changes in public spaces and the penitentiary system. Cycles unfold in the alternation order of pairwise polarized processes, on the one hand, dispersion and concentration, and, on the other, – self-organization and adaptation. We have found that the interaction of universal processes and the natural change of cycles stimulates, on the one hand, growth and stabilization, and, on the other, – transformation and metamorphosis, which lead to the emergence of new forms and structures of public spaces and penitentiary complexes. We have proposed to use Socionical methods for increasing tolerance and democracy in the architectural environment of settlements. We have described the methodological tools to achieve the harmonization of the architectural environment of settlements.

Bosnia and Herzegovina has witnessed continuous depopulation since 1991. Depopulation was foreseen even without the emergence of war, but not nearly to that extent or that early. Bosnia and Herzegovina is in a worse demographic position than the European Union countries that show similar demographic trends. Very low birth rates, low fertility and low natural population growth have been recorded in the time of weaker economic development, which increasingly accelerates the emigration of the educated population in particular, and permanently adversely affects the reproductive potential of the country. This paper considers a hidden mutual relationship between the demographic situation (natural change, population ageing) in Bosnia and Herzegovina and its citizens' system of values. According to the survey conducted on 614 respondents, Bosnia and Herzegovina's citizens have fewer children than they would like.

Abstract This article discusses Descartes’s preferred focus on morally and theologically neutral subjects and points out the impact of this focus on the scientific status of theology. It does so by linking Descartes’s method to his transformation of the notion of substance. Descartes’s Meditations centred around epistemological questions rather than non-human intelligences or the life of the mind beyond this world. Likewise, in his early works, Descartes consistently avoided referring to causal operators. Finally, having first redefined the notion of substance in the Principia, Descartes would completely abandon making use of this notion in his later years. Indeed, in contrast to many authors before and after him, Descartes never showed any interest in the long-established metaphysical interpretation of substances as being causal factors of natural change. With God, nature, and mind commonly serving as instances of substantial causality, Descartes’s philosophy had a huge impact on the place of God in science and discreetly excluded theology as a subject to which his method might be applied.
