To improve classroom teaching behavior recognition and evaluation accuracy, this paper proposes a new model based on deep learning. First, we obtain the classroom teaching behavior characteristic data through the SVM’s linear separable initial and determine the relationship of the characteristic sample data in the hyperplane. Then, we obtain the heterogeneous support vector of the online learning behavior characteristic sample data in the SVM’s hyperplane and complete the extraction of data with the help of convolutional neural networks. We then use a decision matrix to analyze the hierarchical process, determine the weight of classroom teaching behavior indicators, verify their consistency, and complete the evaluation by calculating the membership of evaluation factors. The experimental results show that the identification and evaluation method of classroom teaching behavior in this paper can effectively improve the identification accuracy of the classroom teaching behavior.

AbstractDevelopment of elaborate and polarized neuronal morphology requires precisely regulated transport of cellular cargos by motor proteins such as kinesin-1. Kinesin-1 has numerous cellular cargos which must be delivered to unique neuronal compartments. The process by which this motor selectively transports and delivers cargo to regulate neuronal morphogenesis is poorly understood. Our work implicates one kinesin light chain subunit, KLC4, as an essential regulator of axon branching and arborization pattern of sensory neurons during development. Using several live imaging approaches in klc4 mutant zebrafish, we show that KLC4 is required for stabilization of nascent axon branches and for proper microtubule (MT) dynamics. Furthermore, KLC4 is required for the contact repulsion necessary for tiling of peripheral axon arbors: in klc4 mutants, peripheral axons showed abnormal fasciculation, a behavior characteristic of central axons, suggesting that KLC4 patterns axonal compartments and helps define axon identity. Finally, we find that klc4 mutant adults show anxiety-like behavior in a novel tank test, implicating klc4 as a novel gene involved in stress response circuits.

Pyrrhotite nanoparticles with 5C and 3C superstructures were synthesized via a simple one-step thermal decomposition method in which hexadecylamine was used as a solvent at various reaction temperatures (TR). Structural analysis showed that at TR = 360 °C, almost uniform in size and shape Fe7S8 nanoparticles with 3C superstructure are formed, and an increase in the reaction temperature leads to the formation of Fe9S10 nanoparticles (5C superstructure), herewith a significant increase in the size of nanoparticles is observed. High-temperature magnetic measurements in 5 repeated heating-cooling cycles revealed that after the first heating branch in the Fe9S10 samples, the λ—Peak transition disappears, and the magnetization has a Weiss-type behavior characteristic of the Fe7S8 sample. The change in the behavior of magnetization can be explained by the redistribution of iron vacancies, which changes the initial phase composition of nanoparticles.

Stator coils of automobiles in operation generate heat and are cooled by a coolant poured from above. Since the behavior characteristic of the coolant poured on the coils is not clarified yet due to its complexity, the three-dimensional two-phase flow simulation is conducted. In this study, as a steppingstone to the simulation of the liquid falling on the actual coils, the coils are modelled with horizontal rectangular pillar arrays whose governing parameters can be easily changed. The two-phase flows are simulated using the lattice Boltzmann method and the phase-field model, and the effects of the governing parameters, such as the physical properties of the cooling liquid, the wettability, and the gap between the pillars, on the wetting area are investigated. The results show that the oil tends to spread across the pillars because of its high viscosity. Moreover, the liquid spreads quickly when the contact angle is small. In the case that the pillars are stacked, the wetting area of the inner pillars is larger than that of the exposed pillars.

Consumerism is a social phenomenon that refers to the way in which consumer spending habits extend beyond the mere purchase of items for purposes of necessity. Consumerism is inevitable, and the technology sector leads companies to create better products for their consumers. In the early 2000s, a new concept emerged, “new consumerism.” The new consumers are concerned about time, sustainability, authenticity, technology, and simplicity. Their wellbeing plays a vital role in their thinking; they expect the freedom to choose, to see, and to listen. In such a world, companies need to use this new consumer behavior characteristic in order to create customer engagement. This chapter explains what the consumerism is and its transformation to new consumerism in the context of customer engagement. In order to explain this, the author clarifies the relationship between conspicuous consumption and consumerism and also how it affects mobile technology companies. Finally, this chapter argues how to use consumerism to maintain customer engagement.

The article is devoted to the review of scientific concepts of judicial discourse as a kind of legal discourse, analyzes the main communicative roles of a judge in judicial discourse, clarifies the main strategies and tactics of speech behavior characteristic of the communicative role of a judge in judicial discourse. The concept of communicative role is thoroughly characterized by such a scientist as J. Sternin, who divides the communicative role into standard and initiative, and initiative, in turn, is also divided into two groups: short-term (short-term, situational) and long-term (long-term). The main views of modern linguists on the problem of defining judicial discourse are reviewed, in particular, the linguistic aspects of communication in court are thoroughlypresented. The degree of research of the problem in linguistics on studying the problems of legal discourse is analyzed, for example the works of such scientists as N. V. Artykutsa, S. V. Dordy, Yu. F. Pradid, O. L. Dotsenko, O. O. Kobzeva are presented. The focus is on the problem of legal terminology, various aspects of the language of legislation, linguistic issues of legal expertise and features of speech genres of legal discourse.

The phenomenon of personnel organizational loyalty as a key organizational asset is considered from the perspective of its level, conditions of development and correlates. The problem of loyalty is viewed in the context of the following components: emotional, cognitive and behavioral. The focus group method was used to describe the cohort behavior characteristic of various loyalty levels and obtain the competence model. General loyalty level was subsequently assessed with Organizational Commitment Scale (OCS) and K. V. Kharsky’s Loyalty Manifestation Observation Sheet methods recognized as the average one in organizations of various profiles. Correlations with employees’ personal features are described through the individual typological questionnaire by L. N. Sobchik, J. Rotter’s I-E Scale, and R. M. Belbin’s Team Roles. Certain personality traits are identified that can be viewed as universal personality correlates of loyalty. Employees’ dominant motives are identified as “Satisfaction from Achieving a Goal, an Outcome” and “Communication with Colleagues”. The only loyalty correlate related to implementation of innovations is identified – readiness to follow a leader. The higher the loyalty, the better competitive motive and the motive of feeling one’s usefulness are manifested. In terms of innovations, the following types are identified at the organization: “Readiness Based on Positive Emotional Attitude to Everything New” and “Readiness on Condition of Personal and Professional Fulfillment”; consequently, employees support changes, but only at the first stages of implementation. Presumably, several psychological mechanisms shaping loyalty based on traits like aggressiveness, rigidity and anxiety (sensitivity, lability) exist. It is proven that loyalty correlates are conditioned rather by the enterprise type and its HR policy than universal characteristics. However, the trend of a dependency between aggressiveness as a personal trait and one’s loyal attitude to the organization is manifested at enterprises from various fields.
