Development of the ASEAN Qualification Recognition Framework (AQRF) on Halal Management Standardization as a Success Strategy for ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA)

This study aims to harmonization of halal in countries in ASEAN. This is done by stating several things, including: Analyzing halal practice standards in ASEAN countries, Aligning halal standards between ASEAN and developing AQRF on halal management. This study uses a qualitative method. The philosophical world view in this study is more attached to a pragmatic world view, this world view is based on applications and solutions to existing problems (Patton in Cresswell, 1990). From the point of view of research design, the researcher uses a case study design, the researcher develops an in-depth analysis of a case, program, event, activity, or process in one or more individuals. In the case study design approach, the researcher limits time and activities. Information collection is carried out by various data collection procedures. Data collection techniques used in this study are; 1. Interviews, 2. Content-relevant analysis of documents, 3. Round table. Based on the results that have been obtained that Indonesia has the ability to carry out production procedures that are guaranteed halal from each process. However, a thorough halal audit needs to be carried out consistently. This is supported by research conducted by Hudaefi & Jaswir (2019) that Indonesia with the largest Muslim population in Indonesia has become a leader in the world halal industry (Detik Finance, 2011; Republika, 2010; Safari, 2018; Satria, 2012).

Diathesis Deconstruction in Efforts to Differentiate Titles in Scientific Article Manuscripts

This study attempts to describe the descriptive deconstruction of the title of a scientific article whose text is derived from the conversion of research reports. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using a propositional analysis model. Proposition analysis is an analytical model that seeks to dissect the structure of the language based on the structure outside the language. Therefore, this field of study is included in the field of psycholinguistic studies because it raises language problems based on human psychological elements. In this study, it is known that research reports and scientific articles have different reader objectives. Each has a different motive of interest. Research reports have expository motifs with specific audiences, such as leaders or related stakeholders. For this reason, the description and presentation are detailed and detailed. While scientific articles emphasize the informative side with the general target audience; academics, experts, and society in general. Because of this difference, the use of titles needs to be distinguished even though they have the same essence. This is because, by selecting the appropriate title, it is expected to increase the visitation and readability of the scientific article. One of the efforts that can be done is to diathesis deconstruct the research title. This diathesis deconstruction is based on a propositional analysis that looks at the structure of the proposition, the meaning of the predicator, and the role of the argument in the research title, which is then deconstructed by considering the construction of the previous diathesis.

Efektivitas Penanganan Covid-19 dan Dampaknya pada Hasil Pemilihan Umum

Pandemi Covid-19 mendisrupsi jalannya pemilu di berbagai negara dan berpengaruh pada penurunan partisipasi pemilih dan meningkatkan potensi transmisi virus yang mengancam kesehatan masyarakat. Salah satu negara yang menyelenggarakan pemilu di tengah pandemi Covid-19 adalah Korea Selatan. Berbeda dengan mayoritas negara penyelenggara pemilu lainnya di saat pandemi, Pemilu Legislatif Korea Selatan tahun 2020 menjadi pemilu legislatif dengan perolehan turnout voters tertinggi mencapai 66,2 persen. Pemilu tersebut dimenangkan oleh Democratic People’s Party of Korea selaku partai pengusung Presiden Moon Jae-in. Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh dari four-pronged strategy yang digunakan oleh Presiden Moon Jae-in dalam menanggulangi Covid-19 terhadap kemenangan Democratic People’s Party of Korea. Tidak hanya menggunakan penilaian retrospective, penelitian ini juga akan membahas tingginya civic duty masyarakat Korea Selatan yang mempengaruhi tingginya perolehan turnout voters, terlepas dari pemilu yang diadakan di tengah situasi krisis. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terlepas dari buruknya penilaian kebijakan ekonomi, hubungan luar negeri, dan skandal politik pada pemerintahan Presiden Moon Jae-in, situasi krisis dinilai memiliki urgensi yang lebih tinggi dan menjadi indikator utama masyarakat dalam melakukan penilaian retrospective. Hal tersebut didukung dengan pandangan masyarakat yang menilai Pandemi Covid-19 sebagai krisis nasional, dan berpartisipasi dalam pemilu dianggap sebagai bentuk nation-saving duty. Tingginya partisipasi pemilih dan efektivitas four-pronged strategy mempengaruhi kemenangan Democratic People’s Party of Korea pada Pemilu Legislatif Korea Selatan tahun 2020.

Pengaruh Social Media dan Event Marketing terhadap Minat Beli di Pyukanau Official

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Social Media serta Event Marketing terhadap Minat Beli produk fashion. Metode yang dipakai kuantitatif, korelasi mencari hubungan antara variabel. Pada penelitian ini populasinya adalah followers Instagram Pyukanau Official yang berjumlah 544 dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin diperlukan 100 orang responden. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive probability sampling dengan menyebar angket melalui Google Form. Hasil dari pengujian menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics version 26.0 adalah nilai R 0,867 dan koefisien R2 0,752 atau 75,2%. Social media berpengaruh terhadap minat beli dengan nilai t hitung 4,697 > t tabel 1,984, event marketing berpengaruh terhadap minat beli dengan nilai t hitung 5,824 > t tabel 1,984, dan secara simultan antara sosial media (X1), event marketing (X2), terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap minat beli (Y) di Pyukanau Official dengan nilai Sig 0,000b (p < 0,05).

Indonesian Defense Diplomacy in Achieving Cyber Security Through ADMM-Plus 2014-2019

Cyber ??security issues began to emerge along with advances in the field of information technology and the rapid increase in internet use. However, the greater the need for the internet in the daily activities of the world community, the more potential international security threats arise from activities within the cyber scope. Given the "borderless" nature of cybercrime, it is necessary to deal with other countries. Indonesia's participation in ADMM-Plus illustrates Indonesia's efforts to achieve national interests, namely cyber security through the external environment. This study aims to discuss Indonesia's defense diplomacy in achieving cyber security through ADMM-Plus 2014-2019. By using defense diplomacy theory and qualitative methods, this research illustrates that Indonesia's diplomacy in ADMM-Plus is still at an early stage, so it is difficult to say that the diplomacy has not been maximized. However, the presence of ADMM-Plus has a positive impact on Indonesia, especially in terms of cyber security.

Analisis Pengaruh Dana Bantuan Pembangunan dalam Rangka Mengurangi Ketimpangan Pendapatan di Provinsi Jawa Barat

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan efektivitas dana bantuan pembangunan dalam mengurangi ketimpangan pendapatan. Namun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dana bantuan pembangunan tidak berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan pendapatan. Analisis regresi dengan data sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dalam menangani data yang tidak berdistribusi normal, peneliti melakukan transformasi data dengan logaritma natural. Peneliti menemukan variabel lain yang terkait erat dengan ketimpangan pendapatan dalam pembahasan, yaitu pendidikan, kesehatan, dan sektor industri.

Pemodelan Ketergantungan antara Foreign Directed Investment (FDI) dengan Gross Domestic Product (GDP) Menggunakan Kopula

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memodelkan ketergantungan FDI dan GDP. Metode yang digunakan adalah copula. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji stasioner, penentuan model ARIMA, uji heterokedastisitas, transformasi residu data, uji normalitas, uji koefisien korelasi tau Kendal, perhitungan nilai parameter kelas Archimedean, perhitungan MSE. Dari rangkaian yang dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa copula clayton yang terpilih dalam pemodelan ketergantungan FDI dan GDP.
