This study uses descriptive analysis with the questionnaire filling method. Data collection is done by disseminating questionnaires containing questions related to the mastery of applications on smartphones aimed at deaf children. Furthermore, the data is analyzed using inductive and thematic analytics. Dai this research can be known that from the use of Whatsapp Application as a means of communication used to receive distance learning materials is 94.74%, zoom meeting application mastery rate 0.00%, then youtube application mastery level in receiving information 100.00%. And the most preferred time for deaf children to learn is free, which is 65.79%. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to describe fine motor skills in mentally retarded children. This study involved 20 mentally retarded children in special schools (SLB) in North Lombok. Identification was carried out using several data collection techniques, namely through observation, filling out instruments and interviewing the teacher. Identification of mentally disabled children focuses on several fine motor skills, namely: making curved lines, making horizontal lines, making circle patterns, cutting straight line pattern paper, cutting zigzag pattern paper, cutting circle pattern paper, cutting square pattern paper, simple drawing, coloring using colored pencils, coloring using crayons, and coloring using watercolors. The results of the study used descriptive analysis with two categorizations. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that out of 20 mentally retarded children can be categorized as follows: on average 68% of children are in the Start Development category (MB), which means that children are starting to be able to do activities, but still with the help of teachers and 32% of children fall into the Developing Appropriate category Hope (BSH). Abstract: The Effect of Teacher Guidance Techniques on the Learning Outcomes of Class V Students of SDN 2 Malino. The One Group Pretest-Posttest type experiment with five stages, namely planning, giving pretest, giving treatment, giving posttest, and analyzing results. 25 teachers and students of class V SDN 2 Malino, totaling 25 people as respondents, were conducted in the odd semester 2020/2021. The research instruments used in this study were tests, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were processed using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis (Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Hypothesis Test). The variables examined in this study were tutoring techniques and learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The mathematics learning outcomes of SDN 2 Malino students before the treatment fall into the poor category, namely the mean 50.60. While the learning outcomes after treatment in the form of tutoring techniques showed an increase, namely the mean 80.20 including the good category. (2) The data obtained can be seen that the implementation of tutoring techniques affects student learning outcomes in class V SDN 2 Malino. This can be seen from the value of Sig.
