ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Department of Religion. Strikes with the aim to find out how much influence, Employee Competence, Job Placement, and Career Development, on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Department of Religion. 75 respondents. Questionnaires distributed as much as 75 and can be processed, The analytical method used is regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results obtained based on Partial Test (t test) are obtained: (a) there is a positive and significant influence between Competence on Employee Performance, evidenced by the value t count is greater than t table. (b) There is a positive and significant influence between Job Placement on Employee Performance, evidenced by the value of t calculated is greater than t table. (c) There is a positive and significant influence between Career Development on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the value of t calculated greater than t table . Then based on hypothesis testing together (Test F) it can be seen that employee competence, work placement, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And by testing the coefficient of determination (R2)showed that the percentage of the competence of Employees, Job Placement and Career Development to variable affects employee performance in other variables such as mutations, organizational climate, motivation, and others.   Keywords: Competence, Job Placement, Career Development

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of eWOM (Electronic Word Of Mouth) Trust and Purchase Intention on Students in the English village of Pare-Kediri. The population in this study were those who took courses at the Pare-Kediri English village course institute in January-March 2019 which obtained a sample of 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and library studies. The test results partially show that there is a significant and significant effect on the trust variable on Purchase Intention as evidenced by a significant value of 0,000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0,000 <0,05). The partial test results show that there is a significant and significant effect between eWOM variables on Purchase Intention as evidenced by a significant value of 0.005 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.005 <0.05). Based on the calculation results obtained a significant value is 0,000. This shows that the significant value of the test is the trust variable F and eWOM <0.05, which means that the results of this simultaneous test are trust and eWOM has an effect on Purchase Intention.

The aim of this study was to determine the condition of activated sludge in the biologic reactor located in the collective wastewater treatment plant in Nowy Targ (Poland) based on OUR tests in the aspect of the impact of sludge’s concentration in the biologic reactor and dependence of BOD5/TN and BOD5/TP in wastewater flowing into the biologic reactor. The analysis was conducted based on test results from 61 samples of activated sludge taken from the biologic reactor and 61 samples of wastewater flowing into the biologic reactor. The analysis included the concentration of sludge in the biologic reactor. The following indicators were analyzed in wastewater flowing into the reactor: biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5), total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP). The statistical analysis concerning the impact of the analyzed factors on oxygen uptake rate (OUR) tests was developed based on the Pearson’s correlation coefficient and partial correlation of many variables. Based on the results of the partial correlation analysis, nomograms were developed to determine the condition of activated sludge microorganisms (OUR) based on the BOD5/TN and BOD5/TP connection and knowledge of the sludge concentration in the bioreactor of the treatment plant. The presented nomograms can be formulated for each bioreactor based on activated sludge technology related the load of organic and biogenic pollutants in the wastewater flowing into the bioreactor and the concentration of the sludge in the bioreactor.

Abstract:                The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and price perception partially or simultaneously on consumer perceptions at 45,000 Convenience Stores in Tenggarong and to determine the dominant variables in influencing consumer perceptions between the two independent variables. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression method with the help of SPSS 20.0 For Window's, with a population of 150 respondents and a sample of 70 respondents.                Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables of product quality, price perception and product variations simultaneously affect consumer purchasing decisions. Product quality variable has a partial effect on consumer purchasing decisions at 45,000 Convenience Stores in Tenggarong. Price perception variable (X2) partially influences consumer purchasing decisions at 45,000 Convenience Stores in Tenggarong, Product variation variable (X3) partially affects consumer purchasing decisions at 45,000 Convenience Stores in Tenggarong. From the three partial correlation test results, it can be seen that the value of the product quality variable has the greatest influence compared to the price perception variable and product variation, so that the product quality variable is the most dominant variable influencing consumer purchasing decisions.   Keywords: Product Quality, Price Perception, Product Variation, Purchase Decision
